Riding on their ilu, the three musketeers follow after Lo'ak. Watching as the Sully boy goes farther and farther away from the island.

"See now- if we die.. it's gonna be your guy's fault." Manu says, following close behind the two girls.

"Yeah yeah, whatever you say Manu.." Y/N says, cautiously watching Lo'ak to make sure they don't lose sight of him.

"Payakan!" Lo'ak yells.

"It's me!" Lo'ak yells, looking around.

Suddenly, Payakan emerges from the water, surprising Lo'ak and the three musketeers.

Lo'ak gets off his ilu, and swims toward the Tulkun. The three musketeers do the same, getting off their own ilu and swimming towards the two.

"It's good to see you." Lo'ak says, pulling himself up to sit on Payakan's fin.

'It's good to see you all too.' Payakan greets, causing Lo'ak to raise a brow.

The three musketeers reveal themselves, and Lo'ak's eyes widen in surprise.

"You..you all are here? How-" Manu raises his hand and silences the boy.

"We came to..uh. visit a friend of ours." Manu says, nodding to Payakan.

"Wait.. you know Payakan too?" Lo'ak asks, looking even more surprised than before.

"Yes. Not to flex or anything, but we've known him longer than you." Manu says, sitting on Payakan's fin next to Lo'ak.

"What is a 'flex'?" Lo'ak asks, frowning at Manu.

"I swear I can't have any fun here." Manu murmurs, laying on top of Payakan's head.

Lo'ak turns to Payakan.

'Why are you outcast? What happened?' Lo'ak signs.

'It's too painful.' Payakan replies, blinking slowly.

"I trust you. You can trust me." Lo'ak says, placing his hand on the Tulkun.

"BOOO, stop being nice-"

"Shut up Manu."

Holding onto Payakan's fin, the four Na'vi teens all swim with the Tulkun.

'Can we go..slower..' Manu signs, holding tightly to his friend's fin.

'Go faster!' Lo'ak signs, and Manu panics.

Payakan speeds up, and you all swim fast through the water.

Manu ended up vomiting a little after the whole thing.

Maya held his hair back and rubbed his back to comfort him as he vomited.

"I told you guys I get..sea sick." Manu groans, holding his stomach and wiping his mouth.

"It was still funny." Lo'ak says, flipping off of Payakan and into the water.

"You feel better Manu?" Maya asks, patting his shoulder.

"Yeah..I feel fine." Manu says, sulking while sitting on Payakan's fin.

*TIMESKIP TO AFTER THE WHOLE ANCESTOR COVE AND KIRI'S MOMENT WITH GRACE*

The three musketeers were all chilling with Lo'ak, when suddenly the rest of the gang pulled up on their ilu's with Kiri.

Taking her into the Sully Marui, Lo'ak and the three musketeers followed. Watching over her, Manu helped comfort and distract Tuk by playing Tic-tac-toe with her. Of course she ended up winning.

Maya was talking with Ronal and Tsireya, and Y/N was just standing there looking at Kiri as the medics informed Jake of his daughter's condition.

I knew this would happen..

Ronal instructs Maya and Tsireya to gather some supplies, and the three all walk to the marui Kiri is kept in.

I could've prevented it.. right?

Walking in, Ronal looks at the tubes and screens that crowd the Marui, before turning away.

Isn't that what I wanted? To stop things like this from happening?

"I see that I am not needed here." Ronal says, walking towards the exit.

Why didn't I do anything?

Neytiri grabs her hand, "You are Tsahik." She says desperately.

Ronal glances at Neytiri, and then at Kiri.

"Remove these things." Ronal says.

"Out! You have all done nothing!" Neytiri shouts, and the medics all rush out.

"Tukitrey." Ronal says, handing the young girl an herb.

Manu scoots back, to give them space.

Ronal starts chanting, gently poking at Kiri's skin with a tool. (Idk what it's called y'all I'm sorry 😭)

Manu quietly rolls out of the Marui, feeling as though he didn't belong there with all the other women and girls.

Ronal continued her chanting, as the medics talk to Jake outside. Manu decides to eavesdrop.

"Jake. If she ever siezes underwater again, she could die." The medic says.

Manu frowns at this.

So does Jake.

After doing her ritual for a while, Kiri's eyes slowly open. Y/N steps back from everything to let the family see their daughter.

"Kiri. You're awake." Tuk says with a smile on her face.

Neytiri leans over her daughter, holding her hand to her cheek.

"Oh Kiri.. Kiri my sweet child." Neytiri says softly, comforting the young girl as she starts to weep.

Sitting in their Marui, the three musketeers all seem to be deep in thought.

"Since this already happened..what comes next." Manu says with fear on his face.

"Quaritch is near. He is getting closer." Maya states, her eyes never leaving the distant ocean.

"What are we gonna do if he comes? We know from the movie that he comes, burns some shit down, and shoots an animal. So what are we gonna do?!" Manu says, freaking out.

"Manu, calm down." Maya says, holding her hand out to get younger brother.

"We can't stop him. We can't be seen by him, if he sees us- we're dead." Y/N says, cracking her knuckles.

"We can't die again...can we?" Manu says, looking at the two of you worriedly.

"I'd die before I let anything happen to you two." Maya says, her voice getting much more serious than before.

Manu shakes his head, "No! We will all be okay! Don't say shit like that!" Manu says, shaking Maya by the shoulders.

"Yeah. You're acting like you're trying to manifest your death or something." Y/N says, feeling her anxiety spike up.

"You guys will be alright.." Maya says, laughing softly at you two.

"You are so scary Maya, I don't want you to die." Manu cries out- before pointing to Y/N, "and you too! If you die, I'll have no one to mess around with, no one to call my younger sister, no one to insult, I'll have no one to tell me to shut up when I say stupid stuff." Manu murmurs, starting to procastinate.

"Manu shut up-"

"SEE?!"

"Okay-okay, let's calm down guys." Maya says, sitting in between you and Manu.

"I just..I don't know how you guys do it." Manu says, plopping down on his bed.

"What are you talking about?" Y/N asks, turning to the boy.

"How do you guys not fear dying. Again." Manu says, shivering at the thought.

"If we were back home, my mom would've been yelling at me for not being a man. For not protecting the 'girls'." Manu blabbers, tugging at his hair.

"That's why I always had an attitude with everyone. Why I always had that sassy nature and whatnot.. Truth is-

I am scared. I'm so scared." Manu says, covering himself with his blanket.

"I can totally fight a bitch- or two- or six." Manu points out, counting with his fingers.

"Get to the point Manu-" Y/N says, scratching her head.

"But these guys have guns, and a whole bunch of other star wars type of shit. I'm not bulletproof." Manu says, sighing.

"If I do end up not coming back from all the stuff that's about to go down, I just wanna say that..I'm sorry for the attitude and stuff I've given you guys." Manu says, grabbing yours and Maya's hand.

"I'll do anything to protect you both....and the others too I guess.." The boy says, breathing in and out to calm himself down.

"And if I do die. I'll haunt y'all forever." Manu adds smugly, causing Maya to laugh at the boy and Y/N to roll her eyes.

"No more death talk guys. It's creeping me the hell out."
