"Are you sure you're okay?" Scarlett asked.

"Yeah, stop it," I said, shaking my head.

"I'm just scared that's all," she sighed.

"Dont be,"

"I'll tell your mom though, just incase,"

"Scarlett, it's nothing, I'm fine," I said.

Basically I forgot to take my sleeping pills and some other medicine last night, and I accidentally mentioned to Scarlett that my ribs were fucking up, and hurting.

"Okay, I need to go for class, but text me, or call if you need anything," she smiled, and I let out a chuckle.

"Bye," I said, and she left.

I placed my palm on my left rib, and took a deap breath in, feeling it sting a little.

I drank a sip of water, and tied my hair in a pony, when the door creaked open, and Cassidy walked in.

"Oh..hey," I said.

She smiled, "can I have your economics notes?" She asked.

"Sure, it's on my desk," I pointed.

"Okay I just wanted to tell you, today after school, I'm sort of going on a date with Asher...I hope that's okay..you know you said things were over between you two," she smiled.

Okay?? Weird, but okay. I don't see why the fuck she'd want to go out with him, but whatever makes her happy.

"Oh..yeah go for it.."

"And between us, he has a really cute friend,"

"Yeah?"

"Jax, I'll tell him to hit you up if things go well with Ash," she laughed.

"Again, no thanks," I laughed.

"Right sorry, you-" She looked at her phone and narrowed her eyes. "Shit I'm late, I need to leave, byee," she said, and walked out of my room

After freshening up and everything, I headed for my first class, which was AP Calculus. I didn't have her class yesterday, so I was seeing Mrs.Holler for the first time since the accident.

I walked into her class, and saw her sitting at her desk.

"Miss Jones, how are you?" She asked, which I oddly didn't expect.

"I'm alright," I said

"Take these," she said handing me sheets of paper.

WHAT the fuck is wrong with this woman.

"Submit whenever, preferably by next week," she said.

I took the worksheets and walked towards my place in the front, next to Aiden, who was surprisingly not late to class.

"What the fuck is this?" I complained staring the first question.

Aiden chuckled, "I'll come over after school?"

"Ugh yes," I sighed.

"Hey, by the way, my dad's opening this new hotel, and he's doing something related to art on the day it's opening. He asked if youd like to pain a mural for it, not a big one, like on a canvas cause a lot of local artists will be there like Lia Gree-

"What the fuck?! For real?" I asked.

"Yeah, would you he interested?" He chuckled again.

"Oh my god, yeahh!!" I squealed.

"Okay, I'll let him know," he laughed.

"Thank you!!"

He looked at me for a second and smiled, before his head turned back to face the board.

The rest of class went by as it does. Aiden was paying attention, and writing things down, and I was starring at the board, and then got lost in my own head, until the bell rang, and I was off to my next class.

"Hey, how are you?" Scarlett asked, as I sat at out table during lunch.

"Fine, how are you?" I asked, bored.

The others looked between us, with a weird confused look.

"What?" Jacob said finally.

"Nothing," I insisted.

I felt Aiden's eyes on me for a second, but I looked away almost instantly.

"I want to watch 'Get out'," Ryan said.

"Tonight?" Levi suggested. "We don't have practice tomorrow,"

"Yeah sure," I smiled.

"OH MY FUCKING GOD,!!!!!" I yelled looking at my phone.

"What happened?" Levi asked.

"I think I'm going to cry," I squealed.

"Hayley what the fuck happened?" Aiden asked, sounding concerned which made me laugh but,

"EEEE AN EDDIES'S OUTLET IS OPENING HERE!!!!" I yelled.

Eddie's is basically this ice cream place I went to my entire childhood. The ice cream there is good, But fuck, there's this baked raspberry cheesecake that is so fine I would Literally die for it.

It is without any doubt my favourite thing ever, and HOLY SHIT. I haven't eaten their cheesecake since I moved here, because Westwoodhigh has not even one fukcing outlet! But I guess my friends make up for the lack of quality cheesecake.

"Oh shush," Levi chuckled, im guessing he thought I was gonna say something more important, but what could possibly be more important.

I SWEAR TO FUCKING GOD THAT CHEESE CAKE.

"whats Eddie's?" Aiden asked.

"Some ice cream place, apparently the cheese cake is-" Levi said,

"Fucking insane," I smiled.

"Wow," Aiden laughed.

"Oh my god!! I can't wait till you guys taste it, ugh you'd understand-

"Why you wont shut up about it? My god you're going to talk about it the whole day aren't you," Jacob said, letting out a small laugh.

"Well yeah," I dead panned.

"Huh, Cassidy went out with Asher?" Scarlett asked, her eyes glued to her phone.

"Yeah she told me this morning..." I mumbled, still starring at the Eddie's poster on my phone.

Aiden scoffed, and Jacob and Ryan groaned. "What?" I looked up.

"Nothing," Jake shook his head.

I narrowed my eyes at them for a second, and then peeled my eyes off them, and to my phone. "I just can't wait for you guys to try some!!!" I chuckled.

I heard Levi and Scarlett laugh as well.

I looked up at Levi, who was smiling at me, he looked at Aiden, and a gave him a weird look.

"What?" I asked confused. What? I just want me some cheesecake.

"Okay it's opening on...Oh my god!! That's literally perfect, I'm getting my cast off on the same day, it's all uphill for here," I joked,

I heard Ryan and Aiden laughed again, and smiled.
