A/N ok I'm skipping over what I wrote in past chapters cause i dont want to keep going back and forth between chapters so i am sorry plus I'm writing at 530 in the morning and want to go back to sleep I slept for 6 hrs(8pm-2am) and I'm starting to get tired but I'm determined to write right now so sorry I'm gnna continue on writing, mainly Antonio's POV with a bit of Jay's and Gabi's

*Jay's PoV*

I sit at my desk as we work on a case

"Jay" I look up to see Kevin

"Did you contact your C.I see if he knows anything on DeMarcus?"

"Ya he said he's a prospect as he says right now he's nothing but a slackie"

*Gabi's POV*

I pull up to the school parking lot which was full with parents so I pull out and go around the block

I park across the street and wait for the cars to go by so I can safely cross the street

I walk into the school and walk towards the office

"Hello" the secretary says and I smile

"Hi I'm here to pick up my niece Ryan Green" I say

"Uhm Jay Halstead picked her up 15 minutes ago saying Kennedy had a family emergency" I furrow my eyebrows and hold a finger up and she nods her head

I go to the other side of the room to call Kennedy

After talking to her for a minute she hangs up and calls Jay

I look around the office and see a camera

"Does that work?" I ask and she shakes her head

"No we've been meaning to replace it it crapped out 2 days ago, the replacements hasn't come in if it did I would show you" she says

"Kennedy is on her way" i say reading the text aloud and the secretary nods her head

"I'm going to wait outside" I say slipping my hands into my pocket

I get outside to see the school yard now vacant as all the kids have left with their parents or by bus

I wait a bit with the secretary whose name I now now, Ms. Moore

We see Jay and Kennedy run up to us

We talk and now we know Michael has Ryan and Ken is mad, Jay went to call Voight

"He said to come to the precinct" he says and we thank Ms. Moore and all head to our cars and make our way to the police station

I pull into and sit in my car since Kennedy and Jay haven't arrived yet I texted Matt before we left and told Boden I wasnt returning cause of a family emergency I see Kenmedy and Jay pull in and I wipe away a few stray tears and get out rushing to catch up

I wave to Judy before we go upstairs and I see Antonio and he gets up hugging Kennedy and I

*Antonio's POV*

I look in the lounge to see Kennedy sitting there with Gabi and our dad

I feel a pain go throughout my heart remembering when Diego was taken years back and had to sit around, I bet Kennedy feels like that right now

"Antonio go he with your sister she needs you like you needed Gabi when Diego was taken" Alvin says and I shake my head

"I need to be here my niece was taken and I will do what ever it takes to get her back" I say turning my attention back to the board trying to find something

After awhile we had Jay bring Kennedy home in case she manages to get out and finds her way back home

I sit at my desk studying the board like I'm going to get a quiz on it

I hear a phone ring

"Harbour pier" I hear Adam say and I see Hank by the phone telling Kennedy not to thank us yet

"Do we have a lead?" I ask and Alvin nods

"Kevin and Kim are going to pursue with a squad car" he says and I start pacing around

After 20 minutes i see Kim and Kevin walk up the steps shaking their heads

"It was a dead end only thing left behind was her backpack and a shoe" Kevin says placing Ryan's possessions on the desk

A few minutes later I see Kennedy and Jay run up the steps

They tell her and she nearly collapses I rush forward but Jay catches her

I sit back in my chair and my leg starts shaking as I sit back and watch my baby sister violently shaking as sobs rack through her body

I see her pull the sole out and pull a note out

It says where she was and we rush, Hank tried telling Kennedy and I to stay behind but we didnt listen

I pull behind Alvin and Adam and we circle around the house

*Jay's PoV*

I ask Kim to stay with Kennedy in case she tried running in, I see Antonio and Olinsky go around back and I go up front with Kevin

I turn the door knob it was unlocked I look back to see Kim holding Kennedy back

I need to get Ryan back, her and Kennedy mean the world to me and I wont let anyone take that away from me, I did once and not ever again

I follow Kevin and we slowly make our way through

"Clear" I say and Kevin moves forward into the house we hear voices

*Jerome's PoV*

I unlock the front door and head back upstairs to where Michael was sitting with Ryan

Hopefully they found the note

I walk into the room and see Michael smoking

"You shouldn't be smoking in here go for a walk dont worry I got this" I say and he glares at me

"She better still be here otherwise Reid will have a little visit with your ol' lady and kid" he says and I swallow the lump in my throat

I hear the back door close, I sigh slumping into the chair

"Hopefully they find that note" I sigh mumbling to myself

"They will" Ryan says through the cloth tied around her mouth

I stand up and walk over and pull it down

"She will my mom knows where I hide my notes from my dad" she says kicking her other shoe off

"Under the sole" I pull the sole up to see a note

My dearest Ryan,

I'm sorry I failed you just know I am always in your heart and I hope you get to know your mom, she is a wild, kind, loving spirit

I fold it back up and place it back and untie the shoe and slipping it back on

"Thank you Jerome" Ryan says smiling as I tie the laces

I hear sirens in the background then they all of the sudden stop

I hear the back door slam

"JEROME!" I hear Michael yell I back up and sit down

"Why did I hear sirens?" He spits flicking a few ashes to the floor

"Probably a robbery or something not far" I say raising my voice a little "i mean look we cant hear them so they must've just passed by here as a short cut" i say pointing out the window

"You better be right I'm grabbing something from the basement I'll be right back" he says

*Jay's PoV*

I slowly walk up the steps behind Adam who was in the front

I feel my palms sweating as we see a light at the end of the hall on o wipe my hands on my pants

I feel a hand on my shoulder and see Alvin

"You stay back ok this is personal for you" he says I furrow my eyebrows

"Listen to him" I look over Alvin's shoulder to see Hank

"But-"

"You stay here Jay that's an order" Hank says as he and Alvin pass me I wait at the top of the stairs I can see Kennedy she keeps trying to push past Kim to get by her

I hear them go to the last room

*Michael's PoV*

I hear a bunch of footsteps coming from upstairs I look out the basement window to see a bunch of cars and I see her

I stay downstairs, I see her try rush in but a another women is holding her back, I laugh seeing Kennedy struggle

I slowly make my way up the steps trying my best not to make loud footsteps

I reach the top to see no one up here, I round the corner and see someone just in a plain uniform

I hit him with the side of my forearm causing him to fall to the ground, I grab his gun and hide in a room waiting for Jay to come down

*Jay's PoV*

I wait as the rest of the team searches the house

"Yo Jay!" I hear Adam's voice, I run following it

I run in and see Ryan, Adam untied her upper body and was untying her legs

I run up hugging her, she wraps her arms around my neck

After Adam finishes untying her I lift her up and hug her tight

"Thank god we found you" I say holding her close letting a few tears fall

"Your mom is waiting outside" I say she smiles

"Hank" I hear Ryan's voice

"Please be nice he was helping me" she says as Hank cuffs some random guy which wasnt Michael's brother

We walk down the stairs and I see Michael leaning on a doorway with a gun

"You know what I hate" he says twirling the gun around his finger "two faced people" he adds aiming the gun at the guy Hank had cuffed

He shots the gun and it grazes my shoulder missing the guy but also causing Ryan to whimper

I pull her close and he shots again but this time aiming right at me

He fires,Ryan screams, I close my eyes but I hear a thud come in front of me

I open my eyes to see Jerome the suspect Hank cuffed, laying on the ground blood starting to pool around him

I see Adam sneaking behind Michael, I take this time to run out of the house with a shaking Ryan

*Kennedys PoV*

I see Jay run out with Ryan, Kim pulls her arms away and I rush up to the both of them

I hug the both of them and I feel a wet spot on my arm and see the blood coming from Jay's arm

"I'm fine it just grazed me" he says as I grab Ryan and hug her

She wiggles out of my grasp and she runs to a guy who was being hauled out on a stretcher

Sylvie and a replacement for Gabi showed up in case

"Ryan!" I say as she hugs the guy

"He helped me mom" she says, she rarely calls me mom just mainly Kennedy, I dont mind cause she didnt know me growing up

"What do you mean Ry?" Adam asks

"He wrote the note"

"He only done this because Michael made him" she adds

"I owed him a lot of money and he said he would forgot about the money if I helped him" he mutters

"I never wanted to do this but if i didnt my family would've paid, I have a girlfriend and we have our daughter I didnt want Michael to hurt them" he says coughing
