♡No One's POV♡★

♡Flashback♡★

It was July 22 1969. It was the end of the day and everyone had already gone home. Except for two people. A teacher named Tsuchigomori and a young boy named Yugi Amane. They both sat in an empty classroom. Somehow the young black haired boy had Injured his arm and Tsuchigomori was tending to the wound.

"Won't you come out and tell me already?" Tsuchigomori asked as he dabbed a cotton ball on Amane injured arm. "Every single day" he mumbled in annoyance. Tsuchigomori stopped and looked up from the black-haired boy. "Who's doing this to you...Yugi?" He asked once again. Amane ignored his teacher and stared outside the widened with a frown. The teacher let out a small chuckle at his student stubbornness. "You still won't tell me?" Tsuchigomori said placing down the cotton ball before looking through the first-aid kit for some bandages. "You've been like this since first year but it's gotten worse since L/N-san dea-" Tsuchigomori quickly cut himself off before he could finish.

He looked up at Amane and noticed the sadness in the boy's expression at the mention of his childhood friend. "N/N-chan..."

Tsuchigomori frowned to himself as he turns back to the first-aid kit and grabbed the bandages. "Your bruises don't fade. You've got no friends. You cut class" he said wrapping the bandages around his arm. After he finished Amane stared at his bandaged arm silently. "Are you listening, Yugi Amane?"

Amane turned his head away from his teacher not wanting to talk about it. "You're so pushy, Tsuchigomori-Sensei" he mumbled.

A growl escaped Tsuchigomori lips at what the boy had just said. "You little-" he once again cut into off and sighed knowing that Amane was just being a little shit because he wants to talk about it. "Listen" Tsuchigomori started sending the black-haired boy a worried look. "I'm worried about you..."

Amane looked ay his teacher before looking down at his bandaged hand. "About what? This?" He questions pointing at it. "It's totally fine. I don't really mind" Amane tried to re-insure Tsuchigomori.

But it didn't work.

Tsuchigomori got up and grabbed the young boy the shoulders. "Well, I do" he yelled startling the young boy. "What reason could possibly justify hurting someone like-"

"It's fine!" Amane yelled cutting Tsuchigomori off. Tsuchigomori took his hands off the boy's shoulders and stared down at him. "Even if it's not justified..." Amane said before standing up. "...Even if there's no reason...I don't mind." Tsuchigomori sadly stared at his student with pity in his eyes. He knew Amane was going through things. Just a couple of months ago his best friend had killed her self. And through those months things just kept going downhill for the young boy. "Guess what, Sensei" Amane said snapping his teacher out of his thoughts. "I've got a moon rock."

Tsuchigomori eyes widened at what Amane had just told him. "Huh?" He questioned with a confused look.

The black-haired boy smiled widely as he began looking for something in his pockets. "It happened one night when me and N/N-chan were four, I think," he told Tsuchigomori as he took out the moon rock from his pocket, showering him it. "It landed right on her head" he said letting out a small laugh at the funny memory of his friend getting hit on the head with the rock. "Would you believe me if I said it's real?" Amane asked as Tsuchigomori inspected the object.

Not wanting to lie to the boy he shook his head. "No..." he answered feeling a little guilty.

"Yeah, I figured!" Amane laughed out. "But we believe it's real. Whatever anyone says, it's a moon rock" The boy said before took off running. He stopped at the chalkboard and picked up a chalk stick. "How far apart do you think the moon and Earth are?" Amane asked as he wrote something on the board. "It's...380,000 kilometres!" He answered/yelled. He then looked at Tsuchigomori and smiled proudly. "That means this rock travelled all that way from the moon. Isn't that amazing? It's mine and N/N-chan's treasure" The said eyes shining as he talked about the 'moon rock.'

Tsuchigomori knew what his student was doing. He wanted Amane to talk about everything that was going on and not bottle everything which is what he was doing. "Yugi, we're not talking about the moon, we're talking about-"

Before Tsuchigomori could he was once again cut off by the young boy. "Oh! Look!" He yelled as Amane ran back over to the window to check out something.

A tick mark appeared on Tsuchigomori head. "Listen" he angrily as he snapped his head at where Amane was.

There the dark-haired boy stood staring out of an open window. Tsuchigomori hadn't even noticed until now at how dark it was. "Sensei!" The boy yelled with a huge smile. "You can already see the moon today" Amane said staring at the moon that the boy adored so much.

Tsuchigomori looked down at Amane arm to notice that the bandages had come undone. The teacher let out a sight. "Your bandages came loose" he pointed out before turning to where the first-aid kit was.

As Tsuchigomori was to open it he heard Amane speak up. "Have you ever wanted to go to the moon, Sensei?" Amane questioned.

This question confused the teacher. "What?" Tsuchigomori asked looking up at the black-haired boy with a raised eyebrow but that was quickly replaced with a scared and shook expression.

Amane was stood on the window ledge staring out with a frown. "I have" the boy told. He took out his moon rock and look at it. "The moon is so big and pretty. So, I've got a feeling it's a great place. And who knows Y/N-chan might be there" Amane said with a sad smile at the mention of his dear friend.

The boy then started to edge forward off the ledge without noticing. Tsuchigomori eyes widened. Fear ran through his body. "Watch out!" The teacher yelled out to his student as he over to him.

As Tsuchigomori was about to grab the black-haired boy, Amane slapped his hand away. This shocked and confused the Teacher. "Hey, sensei you're worried about me right?"

"Yeah" Tsuchigomori asked slightly confused at where this was going.

"Then let me ask you one favour" Amane said staring up at his teacher with his amber eyes.

Tsuchigomori smiled a bit. "Fine."

Amane let out a little laugh happy that Tsuchigomori agreed. "Great." The black-haired boy pulled out the moon rock once again and grabbed Tsuchigomori and placed it on his hand. Here, take this" Amane told.

"Isn't this your treasure?" The teacher asked confused on why he was given the 'moon rock'.

"Yup" Amane answer before turning his head to look back outside. "When I looked at this rock, I felt like I could go anywhere" the black-haired boy told his teacher expressing his hopes and dreams. When Amane looked back at Tsuchigomori what he saw in the young boy's eyes he would never forget. Emptiness... "but I've made up my mind not to go anywhere ever again."
