A few have been a bit confused about what a dominant is in this story so I'm going to enlighten you here (although it's kinda pretty late).

A Dominant is a person which characterizes partly from the definition in the dictionary that says: more important, powerful, or successful than most or all others. Although in this story, Dominants are people who are unique among the humans.

They have abilities of growing claws, elongating fangs, and eyes dilating black due to an extent based on emotion. For example, their eyes turn black when they're furious, angry, disrespected, lustful, or because their instincts are taking over.

Dominants have character traits like being more aggressive, more possessive, more territorial, fearless, and more prideful. They are also three times stronger than the strongest human and they also have 5x stronger senses (e.g. sight, smell, hear, and feel). They also have enhanced speed, agility, flexibility, endurance, coordination, and etc.

They also don't tolerate disrespect and they deem fit to punish anyone who does no matter the cause.

Dominants are a partly werewolf-based creature that I created. To werewolf readers, they'll probably understand this the most but to those who are not, I hope you'll understand more as the story progresses.

Dominants also have what they call their 'other side' which means it's like a subconscious or conscious part of our mind to us humans while it's the wolf counterpart or animal part to werewolves.

Dominants' emotions are also stronger than humans; making them feel stronger than normal emotions should be like if they get angry, they get too angry, if they get sad, they get too sad.

Years ago, back before Dominant is still new to Wattpad, one of my early readers pointed out that this story of mine, especially the aspects about what a Dominant is, is similar to the series/film "Teen Wolf". That was my first time hearing about it and it spiked my interest since I'm very fond of anything related to wolves like movies, posters, pictures, songs, etc. A few months after that, I just so happen to stumble across some Teen Wolf CDs available at a shop during a festival. I remembered what the reader said about Teen Wolf so I purchased the available 3 seasons. As I watched, it is indeed a bit similar and it got me HOOKED! Still, I didn't change anything to my story because I didn't copy it or anything. It just so happens to have a similar concept as my story.
