"Zach and Xandrielle, parked beneath the tree. K-I-S-S-I-N-G!♬"

"For the love of God, SHUT UP!" I exclaimed annoyed at Jane who won't stop teasing me about it.

If you're wondering what's taking us so long in going to the classroom, I'll enlighten you. We got here so early and it just turned seven so...we're still the students here. Except a few ones who just arrived and we are taking our precious time, which is pure torture to me since Jane is a master teaser.

Can you believe that? Well...perks of always being teased. The teasing virus is passed to you. I'm 95% sure that I'll be affected soon.

Note to myself: Distance yourself to a Master Teaser Nerd. You'll probably be one of it soon.

"...K-I-S-S-I-N-G!" She giggled like a maniac, seeing my slightly flushed face.

"May I know why you're singing that song?" A baritone voice that I know so well asked behind us as we halted.

"Uhhh...It's trending?" Jane answered sheepishly - more like questioned.

"Right" he deadpanned before his dark obsidian eyes set on mine. I swear I saw something flash in his eyes but it is gone as quickly as it came.

"We should probably go" I announced while Jane gave me a knowing smile. I just rolled my eyes at her.

"Wait!" Both Jane and I stopped in our tracks and looked back at Zach.

"Let's not go yet" he said.

"Why not?" I asked in confusion.

"There's something we need to do in the office" he said and Jane blushed beet red. What the hell?! She took it the wrong way.

"Ja-" I started but she rushed out.

"Uhhm I gotta leave you two alone then, since you guys uhh..."

"Jane you took it the wrong way. There's just something we need to report" I explained to her and she relaxed but she still blushed in embarrassment.

What's with nerds and blushing?

"O-ok"

We let Zach lead the way to the office and I was quite surprised that he managed to know his way in such a short period of time.

Getting inside the office, the secretary greeted us before asking our purpose.

"We're just here to talk to Mrs. Jeggins if that would be OK?" Zach answered curtly in his authoritive voice, as if he is talking into a businessman/woman.

She nodded before pointing to the direction of Mrs. Jeggins' office desk.

Going to the direction she pointed, we saw Mrs. Jeggins there, signing something in her desk. Her auburn hair is tied in a professional ponytail and her mind face is in full display. She's our English teacher and I like her a lot. She is not too strict, but not too easy either. She's in her late thirties but she still look as if she's still in her early twenty's because of her kind face and young features. She's an understanding woman and a kind one. She's also the teacher that stands up to me when I was accused of wrong doings even though I didn't do anything wrong. Even when we use to encounter each other outside of school, we look like niece and aunt because we're kind of close but we know our boundary.

"Oh, good morning dear students. Is there something I can help you with?" She asks us politely in her motherly voice. I smiled at her.

"Ma'am, if you would let us, can we say something to the class before you start your lessons?" Zach asked as calmly as he could but he's failing. His anger is flowing out if him in waves.

What is he up to?
