Rebecca had laid me an outfit out; some black tights, a dark orange shirt dress, and some black heels. I brush my wavy hair and it on a black hat. I look in Rebecca's vanity mirror before I leave her room.

Rachel is on the couch with Embry and Paul. Rebecca is on the arm chair with a cup of coffee, with vanilla creamer.

"Is that vanilla or French vanilla creamer?" I ask Rebecca.

"French vanilla, of course, silly." Rebecca replies. "Dad always makes sure to get French vanilla for my visits."

"So, Becca. What are we doing today?"

"You, me, and Paul will be spending the day in Port Angeles, at the mall. We will be sure to find more to do, as well." Rebecca replies.

I sit on Paul's lap. "Paul at the mall? This will be good."

"Shut up, Brandi." Paul grumbles, embarrassed.

I kiss his cheek. "You will be okay, baby."

Paul looks up at me and he just smiles. We walk outside behind Rebecca, towards her Nissan Altima. Paul is in the back, while I climb into the passenger's seat up front beside Rebecca Black.

The mall is nearly packed when we arrive. Paul takes my hand protectively as we follow behind Rebecca through the entrance. Paul sighs as guys look my way and he wraps his arm securely around my shoulders.

Rebecca and I first go to Victoria's Secret, where Paul sits on a metal bench outside of the store. Rebecca smirks before she pulls me towards the back of the store where the body sprays and sexy underwear is located.

"I knew Paul wouldn't follow in this store." Rebecca smiles at me.

"I am glad he didn't." I sigh. "He is protective."

"He just loves you, Brandi." Rebecca insures me. "My husband is protective too, but I know it is because he loves me."

Paul takes my hand as we leave the mall. Rebecca bought me a few things from a few different stores. Now we are at a pizza parlor, five blocks away from the mall. She ordered two large sausage and pepperoni pizzas. Paul got a soda, Rebecca got sweet tea, and I got a orange Fanta.

"Today has been good." Rebecca smiles.

"And well needed." Paul grumbles. "Anything is better than patrolling."

"Bella meets the Cullen's today." I smile. "I hope Rosalie isn't too mean to her."

"Why do you say it like that?" Rebecca asks.

"Rosalie don't like humans very much." I shrug. "She don't like Bella because she knows."

"Can't say I'd blame her for being mean to a human." Paul actually agrees with a vampire.

"I'm a human, you jerk face." I grumble. "Rosalie is nice to me, though."

Famous Last Words by My Chemical Romance plays softly trough Rebecca's radio speakers as she puts in her burn mix cd. Paul is laid down in the backseat, I am talking with Rebecca and listening to her music.

"I am happy Sam and Emily took you in." Rebecca says to me as Paul's snores blend in with the music. We are just driving around now.

"I am happy they did too." I sigh. "I'm just glad Marcus Gibbons, the old sheriff in that small Missouri town, was there when he was."

"I heard about Ricky almost killing you." Rebecca says as 3 Days Grace begins to play.

"Yeah, and Marcus shot him where he stood." I smile. "I'm thankful for Marcus Gibbons, to be honest. Sam and Emily welcomed me into their home with open arms."

Rebecca smiles softly. "Sam may be gruff and mean looking on the outside, he has a very tender and loving heart."

"I know he does." I reply. "I have actually seen it here lately, since I've moved in there."

"Keep it down up there." Paul's tired voice grumbles.

"Wake up!" Rebecca shouts in reply. "We're here."

Paul jumps up and sighs, we are close to Billy's, but not yet. "Might as well stay awake. Thanks, Black."

"It's Morrison now, but you're welcome." Rebecca smirks back at Paul as she pulls into the Black place.

Paul gets in his truck and he speeds away. I get in my car after getting my clothes, deciding I want to go home today instead of after school tomorrow. I start up my beautiful Impala and I drive back home.

Sam hugs me in greeting before i bring my dirty clothes to the laundry room on the other end of the kitchen. My best friend -Jared Cameron- is sitting at the kitchen table, eating one of Emily's famous blueberry muffins.

I grab a muffin and sit across from my friend. "Today was fun."

"I say." Jared smirks. "Did Paul have a good time?"

"All up until Rebecca and I woke up when we got back to Billy and Jacobs." I reply in amusement.

Jared chuckles as we talk about my day, going and sitting on my bed. I open up to my friend, about Ricky and about my fear of loving Paul, because Paul is a hothead.

"Paul isn't bad, unless he's already angry." Jared says, laying back across my bed. "Trust me, I've seen him angry a few times."

"I don't think I want to be around when he is angered." I shutter at the thought.

"The same room is okay, if you two aren't alone." Jared insists. "Just don't be right beside an angry Paul."

"Trust me, I know, i have seen my sisters jaw." I sigh. "I know to stir clear of an angry wolf."

"We tried getting Emily to move, but she was too stunned to listen." Jared shrugs. "Get some sleep. School tomorrow."

Jared kisses my head in a brotherly manner and leaves my room, closing the door behind him. I change into some pajamas right as Emily walks in.

"Good night, B." She says before leaving.

I snuggle under my covers, getting myself warm. I eventually drift off to sleep.
