You and Dipper's Age: 15 I guess?

~•~3rd POV~•~

You were sitting in the library, reading (Y/F/B), trying to clear your mind. You and Pacifica used to be best friends, until the new kid, Dipper Pines, came into town. You both instantly fell in love with him. So, you both always would fight over him. When Pacifica tried to flirt with him, she made it seem creepy or she was desperate.

When you flirted, it looked like you weren't even flirting at all and you were just being friendly. You and Pacifica have been fighting for years over him. But, she finally won the war. A few weeks ago, you found out that her and Dipper were dating. It shattered your heart into a million pieces. Ever since they started going out, Pacifica and you broke up as best friends.

Whenever you were out in public, you always end up walking right into her and Dipper. She would always breg about them being a thing too. It just made you want to throw up it was so disgusting. It was a snowy week day in the middle of December. You heard the door of the library open. You looked over to see who it was, but then regretted for even looking.

Pacifica and Dipper.

Pacifica was talking to Dipper about something and he looked annoyed. You don't blame him. When she looked over your direction, you shrunk down in your seat and covered your face with your book, hoping that she didn't see you. You heard footsteps come your way.

"Would you look at that, it's (Y/n)! What are you doing here?" Pacifica asked you, giving you a fake attitude.
"Speak for yourself, you never go to a library, so what are you doing here? Shouldn't you be at a 'Too Much Makeup' Convention?" You snapped, putting down your book.

You saw Dipper try to hold back his laughter. Pacifica kept her fake smile on her face, but her eye twitched.

"Well, my boyfriend wanted to get a book to read, so I decided to tag along." Pacifica said, "But you still didn't answer my question, what are you doing here."
"I wanted to read (Y/F/B), if you wouldn't mind." You said, picking up your book again and starting to read.
"You like (Y/F/B)?" Dipper asked you, finally speaking.
"Uh, yeah, why?" You asked, a faint blush appearing on your cheeks.
"That's one of my favorite books too." He said.
"Really?" You asked.

He nodded. Pacifica tugged on his arm to make him be quiet. Her eye was twitching a lot too.

"Hey Pacifica, I think you need that twitchy eye of yours checked." You said, smirking a bit.

Finally, her fake smile turned into an angry glare. She walked up to you and got face to face with you.

"You know what? I'm done with this crap, Bookworm! Stay away from my man! He will never love you! Now why don't you go home and cry to your mommy?! Oh wait, you don't fucking have one!" She yelled, laughing at the end.

Tears formed in your eyes. You grabbed your book and ran out of the library. It was true, your mother did pass away a few years ago, but you still haven't gotten over her death. You keep denying that it's true. You had on your long patterned black scarf, red flannel sweater, black leggings, and light brown Uggs.

You ran down the sidewalk but started to slow down. The snow was coming down hard, and the winter breeze was pushing you around. Your hair was done so it moved your hair into your face, getting stuck in your mouth or covering your eyes (Sorry if you have short hair). Tears were streaming down your face. A gush of wind came out of nowhere and knocked you over in the big pile of snow.

Your clothing got all soaking wet, snow all over your clothes, body, and hair, and you were shivering like crazy.

"Hey, are you ok?" Someone asked.

You looked up at the person. It was Dipper. He helped you up and you tried to wipe off some of the snow on your clothes.

"W-why a-are you h-here?" You asked, stuttering because you were freezing.
"I came to see if you were ok. Now come on, I'll take you back to the Shack to warm you up." Dipper said.

Dipper and you started to walk back to the Shack. Once you got there, you walked up the steps and headed inside.

"Your clothes are soaking wet. Do you want to borrow a pair from my sister? I doubt she would mind?" Dipper asked.
"Uh, s-sure" You said, hugging yourself, still shivering.

Dipper led you upstairs to his and his twins room. He looked through his sisters draw for some clothes. He gave you a (F/c) tank top and grey sweat pants. You took the clothes and got dressed in their bathroom. Once you got dressed, Dipper led you downstairs into the living room. He sat you down in the comfy chair and wrapped you up and a warm blanket.

"Um, thanks, Dipper. You know you didn't have to do this for me." You said.
"I know." He said, walking into the kitchen.

You blushed a little bit.

Does he really care about me? I thought he would have cared more about his 'girlfriend'.

You thought. A few minutes later, Dipper came back into the room with two mugs of hot coco. He gave you one and he kept the other one for himself.

"Awe, you didn't have to make me hot coco." You said, smiling a little.
"It'll help you warm up." He smiled, taking a sip of his hot coco.

You took a sip of your hot coco. Instantly, you felt much more warmer. Also, this was probably the best hot coco you've ever had in a while.

"I remember when my mother was still alive, she would make me hot coco all the time." You said, looking down at your hot coco.
"What happened to your mother?" Dipper asked, sitting down next to you.

A faint blush appeared on your face, but you continued.

"She died of cancer a few years ago. It was really terrible." You said.
"I'm so sorry. I can't believe Pacifica thought that was funny." Dipper said.
"Yeah, that's why I left the library crying." You said.

It was quiet after.

"Did you leave Pacifica at the library?" You asked.
"Yeah. I yelled at her and left the library to find you." He said.
"Really?" You asked.
"Yeah." Dipper said.

He paused.

"I also broke up with her." He said.

Your eyes widened a bit, almost choking on your hot coco. On the inside, you were doing your happy jig, but you played it cool on the outside.

"Why did you break up with her?" You asked.
"She's a total bitch, especially to you. I just started dating her so she would just shut up and stop annoying me. But she ended up annoying me more once I said 'yes' to dating her." Dipper said, laughing at the end.

You laughed too.

"Yeah, I can't believe I used to be her best friend." You said.
"Why did you stop being best friends with her?" Dipper asked.

You hesitated a little.

"Um, because you-" You mumbled the rest.
"What?" Dipper asked.

You sighed.

"Because you came into town. We both liked you and we would always fight over you." You mumbled, loud enough so Dipper can hear.
"So, I'm the reason you lost your best friend?" Dipper asked.
"Don't be angry or upset, you made me realize how mean she really was. I bet she only liked me because I had a lot of money- or that my dad is good friends with her parents." You said, kinda disappointed.

You were quiet after.

"Hey, I know what else would warm you up." Dipper said.
"What?" You asked.

He pulled you into a tight hug. Your face went all red.

"Um, how does this help warm me up?" You asked.
"I'm warm and your cold." He said.
"O-k." You chuckled, your face still red.

He let go from the hug and you both stared into each other's eyes. You stared at his dark mocha eyes as he stared into your sparkling (E/c) eyes.

"I think I know another thing that will warm you up." Dipper said, a smile coming across his face.
"Wha-"

He interrupted you by kissing you on the lips. His lips were warm, and tasted like the hot coco he made. You were taken back at first, your face turning more red, but you started to close your eyes and kiss back. He was right; you instantly felt warm again. He pulled back from the kiss and you both stared at each other again.

"I've always liked you ever since you tried to 'flirt' with me." Dipper chuckled.
"So, why didn't you just tell me that you liked me then?" You asked.

He smiled at you.

"I wanted to wait for the perfect moment. So why not now?" Dipper said.
