[NOT EDITED]

3rd pov–

It had taken a total two hours before the FBI were able to find the five that had escaped that night. They had apparently stayed in a motel with the money Pacifica seemed to have on her —of course— as soon as they escaped the woods. They didn't have enough money to treat Dipper's broken arm at a hospital right away, so they had to work with the best they had with the motel first AID kit and their common knowledge.

Once the FBI had breached the motel and taken the five with them, [Name] was immediately instructing the men on where the abandoned shack in the woods was in order to find Bill and the rest of the kidnapped people and to take Dipper to a hospital. At first [Name] also wanted to join the FBI agents to the shack so she could see Bill herself and the men refused. But somehow she had convinced them to let her come along, since she was one of the only ones that did know where the abandoned shack was.

By the time [Name] the FBI agents to the abandoned shack, there was no sign of the mysterious figure, but the victims were all still in the body bags in the single room the other five were in. Bill didn't seem to be anywhere inside the abandoned shack, so the agents started to circle the area for the possibility of him being near the facility. [Name] ends up being the one to find him laying unconscious up against a tree a few yards from the shack.

"BILL—!!" she screeched as she sprints over to his side.

The only logical thing to why he was out here was if he had tried to escape the shack. Once Bill was found he was immediately sent over to a hospital as well. All six of their families had been called to come down to the hospital to see their children.

The Stan twins were obviously the first to get to the hospital before any of the other families were. The five of them were all sitting in the waiting room nervously. Dipper's broken arm had already been treated with cast as he was sat next to Mabel in the black leather seats. Mabel was resting her head on her twin brother's shoulder, some silent tears rolling down her cheeks.

The other three were sitting in the chairs across from the Mystery Twins. Pacifica was sitting in between Gideon —who was fast asleep leaning on her arm— and [Name], who she was currently comforting since [Name] was the most worried about Bill. Even if he was the one that put them in the place they were before, he was also the one that saved them and all the other victims. How could she not be worried for him?

As soon as the Stans saw their great niece and nephew, they couldn't help but break down in tears, happy tears. They were alive.

"Kids..!" Stan's voice almost came out weak when he had called out to them.

Dipper and Mabel's attention immediately snapped over to their Great Uncles. Tears started to form in their eyes and they didn't even bother to stop them from flooding down their own flushed cheeks. Their lips began to quiver and without a second thought, they sprung out of their seats and ran like their life depended on it into the arms of their Great Uncles. Loud sobs emitted from the younger Pines twins as they group hugged Stan and Ford.

"We were so worried about you two..." Ford mumbles, hugging the two of them tighter, "We're so happy to see you again... so happy..." Dipper and Mabel didn't say anything, only remaining in the arms of their family and sobbing. All they wanted was to just enjoy the embrace from their loved ones.

"I'm sorry—" Mabel tried to speak, but her sobs interrupted her, "—I'm sorry for worrying you. I... I won't ever chase after a guy in a cloak ever again! O-Or even go to a college party again—!"

"This... this was all my fault..." Dipper sobbed, "None of this... none of this wouldn't have happened if I had just stayed out of it!" his sobs grew more, "It's my fault Bill's in a fucking coma!!"

Dipper's words were the truth about Bill. After he was brought into the hospital, the doctor had said that he had been into a coma for who knows how long, along with severe injuries that needed to be treated with surgery and stitches.

"No... no, don't be sorry, Mabel." Stan began, starting to stroke Mabel's hair on the back of her head, "And none of this is your fault, Dipper. Don't even think about blaming yourselves for this, 'cause it most definitely wasn't your fault."

About twenty minutes later, Gideon's, Pacifica's, and [Name]'s family arrived at the hospital to see their children. They all had their heart warming reunions just like the Pines family, but it wasn't long until [Name] wanted to go visit Bill again. She decided to sneak out of the waiting room and hurry down the quiet corridor towards Bill's room. Once she finds the right room, she hesitates at first before silently twisting the knob of the door and pushing it open.

She sees Bill's lifeless body laid on the white sheeted bed, a thin white blanket covering his body up to his collarbones. His golden locks of hair were disoriented on the baby blue pillow case. His once tan, freckled face now looked pale as the walls in the room. His breathing was at a very slow rate, along with his heart beat. The sight alone caused the [hair color] haired girl to tear up.

[Name] makes her way to one of the chairs in the room and pulls it up to the edge of the left bedside. Once she sits down on it, she stares down at Bill's face. She remains quiet for a moment, before she speaks, "Hey..." her voice was barely aboveboard whisper, "I'm not sure you can hear me right now, but if you can... I-I just wanted to say— thank you, for saving me, our friends, and all the victims." she pauses, "I know that... you were the one that had brought us all to that... shit hole in the first place but... you were also the one that saved all of us."

She reaches out to grab Bill's hand, intertwining her slender fingers with his, "You better wake up soon 'cause..." a tear escapes one of her eyes, rolling rapidly down her cheek, "...'cause I'll be waiting for you, and so will your little sister." she grips Bill's hand a bit tighter as she looks down, making her hair cover the sides of her face (a/n: unless if you have short hair). [Name] shuts her eyes tightly, letting more tears roll down her cheeks silently.

A few moments of silence pass before [Name] hears the door to the room open. Her head turns to the door quickly, watching the two people the handful of people come in. The first was Dipper. He began to walk over to [Name], "She... wanted to see him."

When Dipper moves out of the way, [Name]'s eyes land on the small girl, causing more tears to form in her eyes and roll down her face. Bill's little sister slowly comes into the room, a concerned look across her face. She was holding hands with a lady that came in with her as well, which seemed to most likely be her baby sitter that had been watching her the night of the frat party. The child scans her golden eyes along the room before they landed on Bill. Her bottom lip began to quiver and she walked to the end of the bed, "B-Big brother..?"

"Alice, honey-" [Name] tried to speak to the small child, but Alice quickly runs to the side of the bed [Name] was on. By now, all of [Name]'s friends have entered the room along with the Stan twins.

"Bill—!!" Alice weeps grabbing onto his arm and shaking it lightly, "Please... wake up! Please wake up, Bill!"

"Alice-" [Name] gently removes Alice's hands from Bill's arm, "-your brother is going to be... sleeping for awhile, okay?" she said softly, "He's alright."

Alice turns around to face [Name], and within a second Alice throws her arms around [Name] . She began to sob loudly into her shoulder, most likely leaving tear stains on [Name]'s dirty shirt. The young adults didn't have time to change their clothing once they were found by the FBI since they were brought to the hospital straight away. [Name] hugs Alice back, one arm fully around her petite body and the other stroking the back of her head gently, "It's going to okay, Alice. I promise that you'll see your brother again, okay?"

Alice hugs [Name] tighter, nodding her head roughly in [Name]'s shoulder. Dipper ends up walking closer to the two, placing his hand on [Name]'s free shoulder. [Name] looks up at the chestnut haired boy, seeing his small, weak smile of sadness. [Name] returns the same sad smile before looking back at Bill. He still remained the same as he had before when [Name] first walked in.

"We will see him again, I promise that."

DIPPER ENDING

It had been about two weeks when things were slowly starting to go back to normal. Although, after such an experience, nothing could really go back to the way things were before. Everyone still seemed to be on edge about the event that had gone done, but the worst thing was with [Name]. During the beginning of those two weeks, [Name] had woken up numerous of times in the middle of the night screaming or would break down into multiple anxiety attacks during the day.

Her parents had taken her to a doctor and soon found out that had been diagnosed with Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. The cause of this was most likely from the events in the shack and being with the kidnapper. After finding out the disorder, her parents made sure she started to get the medication she needed and a therapist to talk to. All of her friends started to become more cautious of what they do or say around her after finding out about her PTSD, especially Dipper.

Dipper wanted to make sure he didn't say or do the wrong thing that could trigger her, but he also wanted to be there for [Name] if she ever needed to speak to someone or needed help. So even if he was cautious around [Name], he'd always be around her. He wasn't around so often to the point where he could be labeled "a creep", but it was to the point that showed [Name] that he really did care about her. And that made her feel so special.

[Name]'s parents seemed to have noticed how much of an affect Dipper had on their daughter with helping her PTSD. So, they'd let her spend quite a lot of time with Dipper. Currently, [Name] was spending the night over the Pines twins house. [Name] had recently felt too scared to go to sleep in her own room at night due to the nightmares that gets every night, so Dipper suggested that she could sleep over his house for few nights until she felt better.

It wasn't the first time that [Name]'s slept over their house even with her PTSD, but normally she'd sleep in her own sleeping bag on  the floor beside Dipper's bed. But this time, Dipper suggested that she'd sleep with him in his bed due to how terrified [Name] sounded when she told Dipper how she felt sleeping by herself in her own room at night. [Name] didn't even think twice about what he had suggested, the only thought running through her head was the fact that maybe she'll finally be able to get the sleep she really needed.

But during the middle of one of those nights, [Name] had woken up once again with a hoarse scream, immediately sitting up in Dipper's bed. The sudden outburst caused Dipper to jolt awake from his slumber, right away looking over at [Name] to see if she was alright. She was still sitting up in the bed, but her body began to shake violent and her hands covered her face, sobbing into them silently. She was hyperventilating as well. Dipper's heart ached watching the [hair color] haired girl break down next to him.

Without saying anything, Dipper swiftly wraps his arms around [Name], pulling her into his chest. [Name] doesn't say anything either, only snuggling up as close as she could into Dipper, inhaling his scent and staring his T-shirt with her involuntary tears. Her body seemed to look calmer than before by leaning into Dipper's embrace compared to how tangled her mind was from her current thoughts, "It's okay... You don't need to be scared." Dipper says gently to [Name], "I'm here."

[Name] slowly reaches to Dipper to grab onto his T-shirt tightly, the soft fabric of his clothing seeping out from between her slender fingers. She digs her head deeper into his chest, letting out a shaky breath, "I... I can't take these nightmares anymore, Dipper. I... I just want these thoughts to disappear." she says, her voice barely above a whisper, "I-I'm so tired..."

"I know." Dipper sighed, beginning to stroke the back of her head, running his hand through her soft hair, "...I know."

There was silence again, but [Name] just enjoyed Dipper's touch. She felt safe, happy, like she was home. [Name] couldn't stop the small smile that started to form on her face, inhaling more of Dipper's terpene scent. Her grip on his shirt loosened slightly and her sobbing turned into sniffs. [Name] was able to regulate her breathing once again, "Is it my fault that Bill's in a coma?" she asks weakly.

Slightly bewildered, Dipper moves away to look at [Name], still holding her in his arms, "What?" he asked, "Why on earth would you think that?"

"I was the only one awake at the time... I tried to convince him to escape with us... maybe I didn't try hard enough... he wouldn't be in a coma right now if I had just tried to get him to escape that shack with us..." [Name] said.

"[Name], listen to me-" Dipper's band grazes underneath her chin, lightly pushing her head up to lock her [eye color] eyes on his cinnamon swirled irises, "-what had happened to Bill wasn't your fault. He chose to stay behind and hold off that kidnapper. If he hadn't... I'm sure he wouldn't have been the only one in that hospital right now... or worse." Dipper said, "So don't blame yourself for what happened to him. You saved the rest of us that night, and you saved Bill by helping the agents find him in that forest. He wouldn't be alive right now at the hospital without you."

[Name] didn't say anything, only staring into Dipper's eyes, "Believe me, before I thought that this was all my fault. If I hadn't gotten involved with this investigation and dragged you guys along, we would have never been kidnapped."

[Name] breaths in a sharp breath, knowing that Dipper's words weren't exactly correct, but he would have never known that. [Name] didn't say anything about Bill being the one that put them or the other victims in danger.

"...But if I hadn't, we wouldn't have saved all those people." Dipper said, "So don't blame yourself for something that you couldn't prevent from happening."

[Name] perched her lips slightly, "Even if you kept thinking it was your fault too?"

Dipper physically winces from [Name]'s words, "Every time I even mention it Stan smacks the back of my head and scolds me." Dipper proceeds to reach for the back of his head and rub it soothingly.

[Name] chuckles softly, finally breaking their gaze and wiping her face that were stained with her tears from before, "Does this mean that you're going to be the one to smack me in the back of the head for saying it's my fault?"

Dipper hums softly, keeping his gaze on [Name]. She seemed to practically glow whenever she were to laugh or smile around him, "No... I could never hurt you." he finally said, "But I do have something else in mind that I could do."

[Name] looks back up at Dipper, raising an eyebrow, "You do?"

Dipper's hand grazes [Name]'s face again, only this time his palm rested on her flushed cheeks, "Yeah... this." he softly presses his lips on hers.

[Name] kisses back with ease, both of their eyelids fluttering close. Dipper's kiss was gentle, maybe even sweet, with just a pinch of passion. [Name]'s hand crept along up into Dipper's locks of chestnut hair, slightly gripping and lacing them through her fingers. Dipper own hand now rested on one of [Name]'s cheeks, wanting the feeling of her soft lips to stay on his forever. But during the kiss though, Dipper flinches in ends up pulling away, hissing aloud. [Name] scrunches  her brows together in confusion until Dipper spoke weakly, "Y-You leaned on my broken arm a bit too hard." he whispered, chuckling softly.

[Name] chuckles softly after, leaning forwards again to plant a kiss on Dipper's cheek, "Sorry." she lays back down on Dipper's bed with Dipper happily joining beside her. His non-broken arm snakes around [Name]'s waist and pulls her closer to him.

Dipper closes his eyes and rests his head in the crease between her neck and shoulder, nuzzling into it, "S'Okay." he mumbles against her neck, inhaling and exhaling a long breath of air, "You can make it up to me just by letting me cuddle you."

[Name] smiles, leaning more into Dipper's touch and closing her eyes herself, all of her bad thoughts slowly slipping away from her mind as she fell back into a more peaceful sleep in Dipper's arm.

BILL ENDING

It's been three months since Bill was put into a coma. During those three months, [Name]'s parents had decided to take Alice in to watch over her until Bill woke up again and healed from his injuries. Alice had already known most of her brother's friends since they used to visit his apartment often, but Alice seemed to be most comfortable around [Name].

Since Alice's stay, she had been clinging onto [Name] ever since. She looked up to her as if she was her big sister, and [Name] thought of her as her little sister. [Name] would drop off the second grader at school and pick her up, take her to the park, or even go out to get ice cream with Alice. Something to help keep Alice's mind off of her brother in the hospital.

But even if [Name] was making sure she didn't worry, she still took the small girl to the hospital everyday after school to see her brother. It wasn't really [Name]'s ideas of doing this —since she knew that if she were to go visit him she'd only begin to break down once again— but Alice seemed to be troubled whenever she doesn't visit her brother, even if it was just for a few minutes of seeing him.

The two were currently walking to the hospital, hand-in-hand, to go visit Bill once again. Alice was skipping over the cracks on the sidewalk, holding onto her artwork tightly in her other hand. [Name] glances down at her, a soft smile forming on her face, "Are you giving your artwork to Bill?"

Alice looks up at [Name], her long golden hair swaying in the soft breeze. She returns the same smile, showing off her adorable dimples, "Yup!" she raises her hand up that held the drawing, showing it to [Name], "Do you think he'll like it?"

"Who did you draw?" [Name] asked. Although her artwork wasn't the best, [Name] was able to make out that Alice did indeed draw a few people.

Alice let's go of [Name]'s hand temporally to point each person out, "The one in the middle is me-" she points to the small person, "-and over here-" she points to the person all the way to the left, "-is you, and this one-" she points to the one all the way to the right, "-is big brother! This is
