3rd POV

"Uh, Gideon?" Pacifica spoke, calling out to her best friend that was in the other room. You were sitting on the floor next to the couch in the tv room, your back pressed up against the piece of furniture, your eyes glued to the tv.

"What's up?" Gideon said, walking into the room.

"The Pines twins are being interviewed again. Wanna watch?"

"Ew, no." He said, shaking his head quickly, "I don't want to watch Mabel trying to flirt with me through the screen."

"I wanna watch it. Turn up the volume." You said, waving your hand near Pacifica's face, your eyes still on the tv.

"Please. The only reason why you wanna watch it is 'cause you think Dipper is smoking hot."

"He is now shut up and turn up the volume!" You chuckled, waiting impatiently. Pacifica rolled her eyes playfully as she turned the volume up. Gideon ended up walking over to the couch that Pacifica was sitting on, sitting right next to her.

"So, Mabel, what do you think of your potential boyfriends?" The interviewer asked. Mabel had been looking down at her fingernails, examining them with a bored expression, her other hand holding a microphone. In the background, you could see a few guys standing in a row holding either a bouquet of flowers, a small paper bag with a big heart on it, or a wrapped up box with a nice, neat bow on top. Dipper was standing not too far off to the side, he was adjusting his baby blue amulet that was wrapping securely around his pale neck, looking over at his sister with no emotion. You squealed slightly at the sight of Dipper, which earned you a soft kick in the back of your head from Gideon.

Mabel finally looks at the interviewer, speaking into the microphone, "I hate everyone." She simply said, "Expect... Gideon." Mabel smirks. The row of boys gave her a heartbroken expression, two of them collapsing on the ground on their hands and knees, the other covering their face with their hands. Dipper gives Mabel a slightly disgusted look, rolling his eyes at her in annoyance.

"Erm... okay." the interviewer said. Mabel continues to smirk evilly, slightly glancing back at the broken hearted, smirking more and chuckling evilly.

"She's definitely a demon." Pacifica said, a bored expression on her face.

Gideon was giving a weirded out expression as he stared at the screen. "She's psychotic." He started, "And now I feel violated by this."

"That girl is one hell of a freak. I hope we never cross paths with each other." You said.

"You probably just jinxed it, you idiot!" Gideon said, throwing his arms up in the air.

"Please, only you would believe in that type of stuff." Pacifica said.

"Well at least I don't waste my precious time 'solving' the 'mysteries' in this town with my little diary."

Pacifica's face flushed red, "First of all, it's a journal. Second, there is a lot of weird stuff happening here and even you can't tell me you haven't noticed it before." She fought back, "Plus you know me. Nature is my calling. Blame my hippie parents for my liking towards the outside world."

"Hey, you know what?" You clapped your hands together, standing up from the floor, "Why don't we just go out to the diner, yeah? To clear our minds?"

"Fine be me." Pacifica said, "It'll be better then rotting in this stink hole."

"Hey!" Gideon whined.

"I was kidding." Pacifica pokes her tongue out, ruffling Gideon's shooting star hat.

__

The three of you were sitting in a booth together, you and Gideon sitting on one side together while Pacifica sat on the other, her legs resting on her seat. She was ripping off pieces of paper from her straw wrapper, shoving it into her straw, and shooting it in yours and Gideon's faces. It was starting to get annoying since the two of you were trying to have a conversation. "Hey (Y/n)? Would it be cool if i crashed at your place tonight?" Gideon questioned.

"Won't your parents like... get worried about you?" You asked, raising an eyebrow.

"They've always been so terrible towards me that they won't even notice I'm gone." Gideon sighed, a dry spit ball hitting the side of his head from Pacifica, "I don't really feel like getting yelled at tonight by them since I'm having a nice time with you guys."

Another spit ball hits the side of his head. Gideon growls quietly after, before you continued to speak, "They can't be that bad... right?"

Gideon raised one of his eyebrows at you, "Wanna bet?" Another spit ball hits him on the side of the head, and that's when he snapped, "Paci! Can you please stop that?!"

Pacifica laughed at him, clutching her stomach. She softly fell back in her booth seat, still laughing while you and Gideon exchanged bored expressions. But her little outburst was interrupted by a familiar voice, "Well... what do we have here?" Pacifica's laughter stopped immediately, feeling a cold shiver run down her spine from the familiar, dark voice. Her head snapped up, still laying on the seat, and meet eyes with the one and only Dipper Pines. He had a smirk on his face, that did make him look devilishly handsome might you add.

You inhaled a sharp breath and bit your lip to hold in your squeal, looking down at your lap. "Great. My night is ruined." Pacifica huffed, sitting up from the booth seat. Before she could get up, Dipper quickly sat down next to her, the same evil smirk on his face.

"Oh no." Gideon mumbled quietly.

"What?" You whispered quietly back to him.

"If he's here, that must mean-!"

"Gideon~♡" Gideon's face paled completely white, so white that there was a tint of blue on his face, his eyes widening as big as saucers. Gideon was sitting at the end of the booth, so Mabel had the opportunity to rest her crossed arms upon his head, staring down at him lovingly, "Hello my little shortcake~" You could see him physically cringe at her nickname for him, and you could also see the fear on his face.

"Fancy running into you here, Northwest." Dipper spoke, trying to use as much of his charm on her as he could, "Are you going to see tonight's show~?"

"Go away." Pacifica glared at him, but it only made him smirk more. You had looked up by then, staring at Dipper and admiring his ravishingly greek god looks.

"Brother dear, you should really give up with this obsession with this girl." Mabel spoke, although she wasn't looking at Dipper when she told him this, but looking down at Gideon and playing with his curly white hair, a lovingly, evil smile plastered on her face.

"Speak for yourself, sister dear." Dipper slightly glances at his twin sister, scolding at her obsession with the younger boy. That's when he noticed you sitting diagonally across from him. Seeing the dreamed expression on your face, he took this at his advantage, of course, since he was a flirt, "Now, who is this radiant, dashing young girl~?" Dipper said, resting his head in the palm of his hand and smirking over towards you.

"Have my children." You accidentally blurted out. His eyebrows knitted together in confusion at you. Realizing what you said aloud, your face headed up, and you slapped a hand over your mouth. You saw Pacifica smack her hand against her forehead while Gideon stared at you in pure horror. Your response was definitely something Dipper wasn't expecting. He tries to play off the awkward tense by chuckling softly, "You're funny. I like that~" Your heart instantly melted to his words and even just the way he laughed. Why this boy had such a toll on you you'll never know.

"Leave her alone, will ya? She doesn't need to be sexually harassed by you out of all people." Pacifica snapped, but also trying to make the awkward tense go away.

You chuckled softly at her joke, which caused Dipper to glare at Pacifica slightly. "You're lucky you're pretty, Northwest~" Dipper smirks again, reaching over to her to play with a piece of her long, blonde hair.

She swatted his hand away, gripping the piece of her hair she touched and moved it behind her ear, "Don't touch my hair with your filthy hands, Pines."

You looked over at Gideon again and noticed he was still in shock from before. Mabel was still clinging onto him, but now she was hugging one of his arms and resting her head on his. He looked over at you with pleading eyes, most likely to get her away from him. You glanced around, noticing there was a girl just about to leave the diner, when an idea hit you, "Oh, uh, Mabel-" Her attention quickly went to you, an unpleasant look coming across her face, "-yeah, you see that girl over that that's leaving over there?" You asked, "I saw her give your man the googly eyes."

Her eyes start to glow bright blue, her long brown hair raising slightly, and she quickly let's go of Gideon. Her arm raises up and a blue flame appears in the palm of her hand, "I'll rip her throat out." She stated in a darkened voice. "YOU!!" She starts chasing after the girl, and you could hear the girls fairy screaming from outside of the diner.

Gideon sighs in relief, the color coming back to his face, "Thank you." He said softly, "This proves my point from earlier about how psychotic she is."

Now, how to get rid of the other Pines twin, although you really don't want him to leave. But judging by the uncomfortable look on Pacifica's face from Dipper eyeing her up and down, it was definitely time for him to hit the hay. You thought for a moment of how to make him leave, and you did the first thing that came to your head, "Uh, Dipper, I think you should leave too." He snaps his attention to you, making you flinch slightly when you noticed the dark spark on his eyes. "And why is that, sweetheart?" "Well... you see, I-" You glanced at Pacifica for help, but she gave you a shrug in defeat, but mouthed "think of anything", "-I don't like you hitting on my girlfriend."

The booth goes quiet. Gideon stares at you in shock, but was also trying to hold back his laughter. Pacifica was regretting for even relying on you, but when she noticed Dipper's expression change from flirtatious one to a pissed off one, she started to smirk. "What?" Dipper was gritting his teeth at you, practically seeing flames in his eyes, while sharing glances between you and Pacifica.

You looked at Pacifica again with a panicked expression, so she decides to step in, "Yeah, she's my girlfriend." Since your hand was on the table, she gripped it, locking your hands together and intertwining your fingers. She gives you a reassuring smile, which you couldn't help but give her a soft smile back.

Dipper still looked infuriated, looking at your connecting hands. You could practically see the blue aroma floating around him and his face darken even more to the point where it wasn't visible. "Now, if you don't mind, my girlfriend and I would like to head out with Gideon." Pacifica let's go of your hand and hops over to the booth seat to the other behind hers, crawling out of that one to stand up. She walks over towards your booth again, waiting for Gideon to get up so she can stand next to you again.

Once you got up from the booth seat, Pacifica locked hands with you again and swiftly pressed a kiss onto your cheek. Your face flushed and you looked to the ground, your heart beating a mile a minute, and you couldn't help the goofy smile come across your face once again. Gideon has started to head towards the only exit while you and Pacifica walked backwards slowly, still facing Dipper, "Have a lovely day, Mr. Playboy. Don't burn down the whole diner please, I actually like coming here."

The two of you spun around and headed out of the diner, still hand-in-hand. You quickly glanced back at Dipper, and you could see him glaring intensely at only you. You paled and turned your head back around, "Let's get out of here quickly before he blows a fuse." The two of you rushed out of the diner, chuckling together with smiles both on your faces.

As you two were walking down the sidewalk together, with Gideon walking in front of the two of you on his phone, you spoke up to Pacifica, "Um... you know you didn't have to actually go along with the whole girlfriend joke, right? Especially with the kiss." You said.

Pacifica smiles at you, "Well what if it wasn't a joke to me?" Since you two were still holding hands, she gave your hand a gently squeeze, then facing forwards again, the smile still on her face. A blush crept onto your face and your heart began to speed up once again.

Maybe you could pull off being Pacifica's fake girlfriend for a little longer..?
