Taemin sighed shutting the doors of his father's house. With a head hung low he started walking towards his house to meet his pregnant wife.

He looked around and found himself shivering because of the terrifying aura and awful silence spread around the kingdom. Never it has happened that the kingdom would be so quiet and deserted. Seems like people have got an idea about something wrong in the kingdom. They all might be scared to death to even come out or are getting ready to leave this kingdom.

This whole kingdom would leave one day forgetting whatever the King has done for them and this place will become abandoned with only the demon ruling here. It would be a barren and just fleshes of people who the demon would himself on would remain.

Taemin gulped and shook his head aggressively.

Oh God, he has never been this negative or sorrowful. He is the one who is always positive about things but the negativity and gloominess spread throughout the kingdom have made his thoughts pessimist.

He finally reached his house and after opening the gate a small smile instantly came on his face seeing his wife caressing her big tummy with a pout. "I can't wait to have you in my arms. Please come out soon" She mumbled. Taemin's wife Kim Yuna loves to talk to their pups.

"My love" Taemin called and settled himself beside her on the bed. Yuna grinned widely and made grabby hands asking him to hug her. He chuckled and immediately fulfilled her wife's wish, pecking her forehead afterwards.

"Alpha... where were you for long? I and pups were waiting for you for so long" She pouted and whined.

Taemin caressed her cheeks, so much emotion and love in his eyes. "I got some urgent work, my love. I am sorry my babies" he said now caressing her tummy and pecking it.

Yuna smiled and cupped his cheeks, pecking his lips. "It's ok, Alpha. But what happened? Is appa, ok? And a few hours ago what were those noises?" She questioned, tilting her head.

Taemin sighed and intertwined their hands. "Appa is fine and the queen gave birth to a boy" he informed. Yuna's eyes widened, her face brightening and a wide smile coming on her face. Taemin was so dazed that he didn't realise that his wife is able to smile so brightly. Among all this sombreness she is able to smile that no one in the kingdom is able to now.

"Wow... that's great. But why is it too quiet then? It's such a big thing, a huge celebration should happen but... the whole kingdom is silent. The baby is fine, right?" she worriedly asked. Taemin nibbled on his lower lip and shook his head.

"The baby is healthy but... but..."

"But- what, alpha?"

"He isn't a normal alpha, Yuna" His voice came out breathy. Yuna frowned, not understanding what he meant.

"Then what he is?" she asked.

"A demon in a Trueblood's body" he informed.

"What? How?" she whispered-yelled. The crease between her eyebrows deepened.

"After the death of 1000 evil spirits, a demon takes birth- having all the dark powers and evilness and unfortunately our future crown prince is the one having a demon inside him" Yuna gasped softly. She put her hand over her ajar lips and both fell silent.

It was unnerving for her. "Now what will happen, alpha? How will our prince be saved?" she inquired. Taemin shook his head mumbling "I don't know but dad has gone to find some solution, I hope he will get successful. I- I... am so scared about this situation, Yuna. I don't know but there is so much defeatist feeling that things are going to downfall for us"

He held her hand tightly and sobbed a little. Yuna panicked seeing her husband shedding tears for the first time since she has met him. Yuna immediately wrapped her hands around him and brought his face on her chest, patting it while rocking their bodies. "No, my love. Don't cry. I am sure it's just because the situation is so new and scary for us that we are bound to have hard thoughts. But don't worry... things will become fine. Nothing will happen, have faith in appa" she mumbled.

Taemin held her elbow and nodded his head in between. But both know that the ill-feeling bubbling up in the pit of their guts screams that something bad is indeed going to happen. Yuna closed her eyes praying for the well being of them and their kingdom and for the bishop to be able to find some solution.

🐺

"I accept your greetings, divine alpha. You can stand up" Shree Ahjan politely said. Even his voice was powerful yet so sweet.

The bishop stood on his feet though it was a very wobbly task to do. His hands were still in front and his head bowed. Shree Ahjan sensed his tensed state and fiddly fingers were evident enough about his nervousness too. He knows there is something very important for which he has come so far to find him. And he doesn't want him to be stressed about talking to him about that.

"My child, my heart tells me that there is something about which you want to talk about, for which you came so far. Tell me what it is. You don't have to hesitate about anything. I have my whole time for you" He assured with his assuring heavenly smile.

The bishop's body posture relaxed, and he felt confident to talk to him. "Ancient One, I wouldn't have wasted your time if there wasn't something important I meant to talk about!" he started.

Shree Ahjan heard everything with all his attention. "I know that there is something important, I usually don't allow anyone to meet me but sensing your sheer fear and distress and your painful calls for me. I understood there is something important you wanted to talk about"

He nodded his head fervently, agreeing with him. "Yes, this is something very important. The demon- he is back" He informed in a tone that contained nothing but only fear.

Shree Ahjan's eyes widened for a second before they went to their normal size. He looked around while thinking about something. "The demon is back... It's already been a hundred years" he left out a shaky breath, it gave an idea to the bishop how much fearful this whole demon ordeal might be that it made the greatest devotee of Moon Goddess, the most powerful werewolf present on earth to tense. "Where has he taken birth this time?" He asked, raising his head.

"As our crown prince... The first son of our King and Queen of Euphoria. The sight which I had to witness was spine-chilling. The aftermath, the cries, the dominance— it was terrifying. I am scared that the future of our kingdom and even this world could come into danger if some solution isn't done on time. And for this, we really need your help, please. Help us" the Bishop begged, joining his hands and fully pleading with his eyes.

There Ahjan looked at his desperate eyes and then stood up, his hands at his back and face concentrated. "You know what will happen as consequences, my child. Nothing is free in here, not even answers. Everything comes with a cost. Are you ready to pay for it?" (Something like Guru Dakshina) He asked seriously and to the point. Both the Bishop and Ahjan knew that if the Bishop wants answers he has to give Shree Ahjan something in return. It's like an unsaid obligation in society for a student to give his teacher something in return for spiritual guidance. And in return for an answer so crucial, the return would also have to be significant.

The Bishop is ready to pay. Ready to give— to devotee— his soul to Shree Ahjan. Because after conveying the answer to the King his work would be completed, and the most integral purpose of his life would be finished. Being able to live for 101 years the Bishop always used to wonder why he didn't die but then he understood that he has a bigger purpose in life than what he expected and without completing it, he won't die. Now he knows for what exact purpose he was alive.

Now, once the work is done... He will get his most desired freedom and deliverance from this body and world too.

"I know about that, Shree Ahjan. I am ready to pay anything for it. I have seen glimpses of what is going to happen in future and I can't— just can't stay to witness that. I will happily sacrifice myself if it means that the world would stay safe" he responded.

"Very well then. If you are ready, I am ready too. Ask me what you want to ask" Shree Ahjan came face to face with the Bishop who got a grateful smile on his face.

"I have read about the previous demon, the book had told a lot of things except solutions to the problem. It is mentioned that he became brutal but after a few sentences only it is written everything went well. But how? What happened? Nothing is written further. And now only you can help me— help us with this, Shree Ahjan. We all need your help and your guidance" explained Bishop.

"Nobody would like to let the world knows the inhuman and cruel act they do. That is why the solution to the problem isn't given in the book. It is only given aftermath" Shree Ahjan started. The Bishop got discombobulated at the mention of the cruel act. What exactly happened?

"Cruel and inhuman act?" He pointed out. Shree Ahjan nodded, gulping remembering the scene of disaster and brutality happening in front of his eyes.

"The demon did become furious, bloodthirsty and started getting out of his senses. His human side still had his share pair of dominance but mostly the demon side used to rule. Gore and murders started happening. The demon became impatient and intolerant. Even at the smallest bit of mistake, he would kill people. Nobody used to be happy and as he grew his radar of spreading his negative aura also grew. More people started getting affected and nobody could even stand a chance against him. We knew it will be the end of us if we don't try anything. We had to do something" The Bishop got more curious and kind of keen to know what exactly they all did to stop it.

"What did you all do?" He inquired.

"Everything in our power. All the priests and monks tried to use the prayers and chants they knew. Fire of spells was burned but nothing happened. No effect on him. Even dark magic was used, everyone who had any spiritual knowledge used their tactics but still the same. We understood that this won't work for him. And we have to think of something different from what we all together decided to do offerings of pious omegas to him. It was a heartless step but there was another choice" Shree Ahjan clenched his fists at his back. Eyes closing in guilt remembering the pleadings and beggings those poor omegas did to all.

The Bishop looked down, understanding what exact offering he meant by. "We gave those omegas to him, to spend a night with them. He did but those omegas died the time they spend more than 10 minutes with him. For the first 5, we asked him only to sleep with them but since no result was happening we asked him to mark them too. More than 12 omegas of different gender and different genetic structure were given to him but they all lost their lives. It didn't work either. Then we thought why not instead of the demon marking them they should try marking him. We let one omega try, the demon didn't go away instead his demonic power increased and the human form died a little more" The Bishop's all hope crashed at the last line. He thought maybe omega marking the demon might have done something but then also nothing.

"I know your feeling. We all were this hopeless and helpless too. It felt like all my power failed in front of the demon. We couldn't do anything and were going to accept our faith then only a miracle happened" a little smile tugged on Shree Ahjan's face.

"One day a newborn baby took birth in my sister's house. The demon got irritated with his cries, shifted into his wolf form and with full speed ventured to kill him before we could stop him. We were so petrified but by Goddess's grace, he didn't do anything. He stopped in his tracks because from inside came out my 19-year-old niece to inform us all about the birth of her baby brother. She was surely pretty and we thought maybe her beauty is what stopped him. But no, many other omegas were pretty too. It wasn't just beauty.

Because it wasn't just his wolf which stopped, his black eyes shed their blackness, and the effect of his negative aura was reduced a lot. It was a miracle. Since my niece was from the outer village she didn't know about the demon curse and seeing a wolf she cooed and started to pet it. We all got scared that she will burn herself but she didn't get even a single injury. She was fine, the wolf melted in her embrace and became like a baby, we never saw the fierce wolf on whose mind only bloodshed was there getting melted like that. The sight was so— was so stupefying. Our jaws dropped to the floor seeing the cosiness between the demon and the pure omega"

The Bishop gasped a little. Pure omega? They are as mythical and mysterious as demons. Nobody has seen them, they aren't even considered as rare because it's like once a blue moon thing that a pure omega is born somewhere. He has never seen or heard about one in 101 years of his life.

"A pure omega? They exist too?" The Bishop asked even before he could stop himself from asking. He clasped his lips getting embarrassed sounding so dumb.

Shree Ahjan chuckled a bit and nodded his head. "Yes, they do. My niece was. A pure omega totally, fully opposite to the characteristics of a demon. Seeing this unusual sight I knew she has a very big role in his life. After seeing them meeting each other often and her smiling even in his presence a hope again flickered in my heart. I requested her to mark him, they both were ready but the others were scared. All opposed my idea saying what if it has adverse effects and he becomes more demonic? I understood their fear but we had to try. After making them apprehend they all half-heartedly agreed and she marked him. I was very frightened too, but my confidence in her proved right because the demon wasn't a devil anymore. He became a normal human. A normal alpha"

Bishop felt super relieved and happy about listening to it. Hope was there and he was so grateful about that. "It seems like they both were made for each. She was his blessing" he commented.

"She was! A pure omega with a moon mark on the junction where a mate marks, blue eyes, streaks of blue hair, positive, cheerful, calm, composed and had such a positive aura and bright personality that around her even a crying baby or depressed person used to get cheered up instant. Polar apart from each other they both were. She wasn't just our or his blessing- she was a blessing by Moon Goddess herself, sent by her for us and him. Once his demon was gone and he became normal- his human side came out and it was beautiful. Yes, there were still some traits left of the demon but his good qualities overpowered everything. They both were madly in love. The most powerful and divine love that I have witnessed yet. So to help your prince find him the pure omega- his better half one who will take birth after him- just for him, blessed by the Moon Goddess and get him marked before his 25th birthday as our demon was marked at age of 24 and we aren't sure what would happen if we get even a little. So precaution is better" he emphasised the important points that he has to be taken care of.

"But how can we be so sure that the pure omega will again take birth? It might be a coincidence" Bishop voice his doubts. I mean, how can someone be so sure that pure omega would take birth too?

"I know it sounds like a very big coincidence but it isn't. Don't you think it's too much for being just a coincidence? A pureomega taking birth the time demon did too? His demeanour changed 180 degrees when he was near her. Her marking him undid his curse... he became a normal human again. It wasn't a matter of coincidence but a blessing by the Moon Goddess to protect her people. And it's something inevitable. To neutralise every bad its equivalent good is always there too. Whenever our werewolf community is in danger she sends a protector. Why would a devil be born without any way to reverse it? This all is planned by the supreme authority and it is bound to happen. Just like how on the darkest night of the world- a demon takes birth- the Moon shining in between that darkness signifies the silver lining for a blessing to protect us. It's a miracle beyond us to understand. With every devil, an angel takes birth to defeat them. For every demon trueblood alpha, an angel in form of pureomega would take birth too to become his blessing- to save him from the curse" He so confidently said that Bishop didn't get any reason not to believe him. Now he knows there is a way to protect them all. There is hope and not all hope is lost.

The crown prince getting marked by a pureomega is the only way to save them all.

"Thank you, thank you so much, Shree Ahjan. You don't know how much you have done for us with this information. Thank you... We all will always be thankful to you and in return for such valuable information, I am ready to give my soul to you. Just let me convey this information to the king and once it is done... you can take my soul" the Bishop swore. Shree Ahjan smiled and put his hand over the Bishop's head.

"I know you can do it. My blessings are with you and your kingdom"
