AIDEN'S POV

I was in deep thoughts that I didn't notice the 2 people standing in front of me. My cousin Zachary and little devil Abram who is my sister's son.

"What are you both doing here? " I asked. I like both of them, but I don't want Zach to see my kitten and hit on her.

" I just came here to see my favorite cousin" he said and shrugged. If anything, I know him too well he won't come here unless he has a reason.

"Don't make myself repeat, why are you here? " I asked.

"I may or may not have decided to work for you" he said. Ahh? He was hell bent that he won't work under anyone until he takes over his father's company. But he wants to work here? Why?

When I was about to ask him the reason, the door opened. Shit I thought of sending these both,before my kitten comes back.

My kitten had shocked reaction,

"Fuck" she muttered looking at Zach.

"Fuck indeed" Zach said. What the hell is going on?

When he called her doll face, I lost my shit. Now I know why he was eager to work here.

I yelled at him to get out. That dumb ass left Abram here, I don't have problem, I'll drop Abram if that's what it takes for Zach to not come back.

He left. Phew... I just eliminated a threat... I don't want anymore competitors.

Abram went closer to my kitten, she knelt down, he touched her cheeks. What is he doing?

"Do you have a boyfriend" Abram asked her. What the fuck? I was looking at him in shock.

"No" my kitten replied.

He grinned widely and took a chocolate bar and gave it to her and asked her to be his girlfriend. Do you have any idea how I was feeling? I just want to bang my head so hard on the walls and cry out loud. I just want to jump out of the window,ahhhh....this woman is making me crazy.I lost my chance with my kitten, now she has a boyfriend and I have a hell of competitors and now I have my sisters son as a threat...but at least he manned up to ask her.

He was stubborn to accept her refusal and started crying. I guess the stubbornness comes in our genes.

Finally she gave in. That stupid Zach came back and took Abram. Please don't ever bring that vixen back Zach.

"Bye, girlfriend" Abram said and left with a surprised Zach. Now I just want to pack up Zach and Abram send them out of the country.

After that she went back to her work. Me of course on the other hand was tugging my hair thinking how to remove all my competitors including Abram.

Finally I manned up to take her on a date. Well I won't exactly say it to her, according to her it's just a lunch.

" I am going for lunch, Italian to be specific, so you can join me if you want?" I said. Damn..why the hell am I nervous?

"What?" she yelled. Oops...so she doesn't want to have lunch with me...Man that hurts alot.

When I was about to apologize,she spoke,

" Is that even a question Aiden? Come on let's go I am hungry" she said and dragged me by my hand towards the elevator. I was literally jumping inside.

When the elevator doors closed I was looking at my kitten, she was so beautiful not even a bit of make up. Ohhh man she didn't eat anything for the past half an hour. Good.

Suddenly, she took a chocolate bar and started munching it. I thought soon...

"You know kitten, this the third chocolate you are eating today? " I said in amusement. Other girls will be worried about their health and body... But who am I kidding she is not other girls.

"I will usually eat only one chocolate, because Isaac will give me only one per day but today, Abram gave me one and Zach also gave me one" she said and shrugged. What Zach gave him chocolate? When? How? He is so going to be dead.

"When did you meet him? " I asked her. I am just holding my sanity in its last string.

"Morning, he nearly pushed me off, that asshole didn't want to apologize thinking himself as if he is some god,until I threatened to pour my drink on him, you know what, you were so kind to apologize even though it was my mistake. You were gentle. I really hate Zach" she said. Did she seriously compliment me? You know I've never been this happy not even when I got millions worth deals.... As if I am not so happy enough she said she hates Zach.... Oh I just want to record her words and hear it repeatedly. I just wanted to jump up and down and do fist bump into air... But I don't want to look like an idiot in front of her. So I composed myself.

I couldn't control the smile that was threatening to spread on my face.

"So you do agree that I am a gentleman kitten?" I asked. I just love to tease and annoy her.

"Ah...i thought that before you flirted with me" she said with a scowl.

"Hey... I just thought I'd be polite enough to offer food since it got wasted because of me. I said defending. But deep down I know it's far from truth... I just wanted to get into her pants on that day. After that I wanted to own and possess her body,soul and mind cherish her all my life.

"Whatever, makes you sleep in night boss" she said and scoffed. Ohh..no she didn't say that...did she?

"Trust me kitten, you don't want to know that" I said and smirked.

"Huh" she said with confusion. Ohh...so innocent.

"Nothing" I said and sighed.

After few minutes of silence, she hit my arms. What did I do?

"Oww...what was that for? " I asked.

"You are a pervert" she said and her nose scrunched up. Ohh..she finally understood, my kitten is not that innocent afterall.

I just smirked.

We got off the elevator and went to the parking lot, I went near my Lamborghini. I really expected her to look at my car in awe...but she was just normal.

When I was about to she reached out her hand to me.

I raised an eyebrow.

"I'll drive" she said. What? I thought of impressing her with my driving skills. But I can never say no to those puppy dog eyes she is giving to me now.

"Fine" I said and gave her the keys.

Shock. The word was an understatement. I never knew she could drive like that, she drives fast at the same time smooth...to be short she was driving like a professional racer.

"Wow, kitten you drive like a racer" I said with amusement.

" That's because I was Aiden" she said.  She was a racer?

"Was? " I said

"Yeah... Isaac taught me and I started to race, but when Isaac came here to California, I went to a car race and a guy there was trying so hard to impress me, he tried to force himself on me, but before he could do something Kevin came and saved me, because of that I got panic attack and I hid these incidents from izz and he made me to promise not to do racing." she said and sighed. Some fucker tried to rape her? I just want to kill him with my bare hands.

We reached my restaurant and took her to the private booth, she ordered and I told the waiter to bring me the same. And let me tell you something, she is specific and picky in what she eats and it was so good.

While eating, we were talking casually as if we were friends for our whole life.

When she was about to pay the bill, I denied her.

"Please Aiden, let me just pay" she said with those puppy eyes. Ahahaha kitten, you think you can get anything with those eyes? Well yes she may but if I am there with her, there is no way in hell that I'll allow her to pay..not now, from now..until forever.

"No, even if you want to you can't kitten, because this is my restaurant" I said.

She sighed and her shoulders slumped in defeat.

On the way back to office, while I was driving I asked her,
"Have you adjusted to the penthouse here kitten?"

"Yeah, and you know I'll be soon getting a neighbor, I just wish that he will be some hot bachelor" she said smiling. Ohhh.. Don't you worry kitten he is definitely a hot bachelor who is head over heels for you. Wait I am calling her kitten the whole day. She didn't say anything?

"You are completely fine with being called as kitten?" I asked her amused.

"You will definitely not stop calling me that even if I say not to, so why bother? I don't mind you calling me kitten" she said. That's definitely a good sign of progress.

After driving her back, I attended meetings and she was working in my room.

I am not sure what future has ahead of me, but I'll make sure that my kitten is there in it.
