"Are you ready, Kenny?" Blake asked as he watched the boy finish his waffles. Kenny nodded while picking up his juice box and sliding off the booth. He had been promised a visit to the shark exhibit, dinner and the opportunity to earn more money as long as his mom didn't find out.

******

Emily and Claire stood in front of the ticket booth, arguing over who was paying for what. They had flipped a coin, winners choice, and now here they were in front of the aquarium.
Emily had wanted to see the new octopus exhibit, so when the coin landed on heads, she knew how they were going to spend their Saturday.

"Fine, you pay for tickets, and I pay for food." Claire announced waving her hands in the air and stomping off dramatically.

The air conditioning of the building was a nice change from the humidity outside, another reason Emily wanted to go to the aquarium. But in all honesty she did love marine animals, and even contemplated being a marine biologist for a bit when she was younger.

However one whale watching trip and the constant teasing from Ethan and Claire had her change her mind in a heartbeat.

"Ptss, Em, look it's hottie from the dinner and his kid again." Claire whispered yell next to her. She followed her friends accusatory finger to find her boss's son with her boss’s boss.

She had learned from Daliah early on that Blake liked to take Kenny out and away from an all female household claiming that the boy needed some time away from a hormone filled home. She had also learned that he and Mary sometimes conspired to use Kenny as a tool to get out of dates without looking like a complete jerk and would occasionally “forget” to tell Daliah about it.

She looked at her friend and realized that she had gone a whole week without telling her who hottie from the dinner really was. It did surprise her that her friend hadn't recognized him, since she was the one that had bought the magazine with his face on it, and had also gone ahead and printed a few Internet photos of him. Of course it was for research and inspirational purposes only.

"Umm, Claire?" She began, but her friend was already walking away. She  caught up to her as both Blake and Kenny stepped back from the wall exhibit.

Blake was taken aback for a second, in front of him was a girl that looked like Emily. Her usually perfectly styled honey brown hair was in a mess on top of her head, gone were her uniforms of pencil skirts and button up blouses and instead she was wearing cut off shorts with a brightly printed top and on her feet were sandals. The person in front of him could not be Daliah's most efficient assistant, yet she sounded just like her.

"Mr Redwood, fancy seeing you here." Emily greeted, to her side Claire just gawked.  Hottie form dinner was the Blake Redwood? Her friend had some serious explaining to do once they got back home.

Emily looked over her CEO, there was no way she would have recognized him if it wasn't for Kenny or the fact she has seen him in street clothes before. His perfectly pressed suit was replaced by an oversized Hawaiian shirt with sunglasses hanging out the front pocket, cargo shorts, sandals his hair however was the perfect bedhead style. She looked over at Kenny and realized the boy was in the same outfit, glasses with the messy hair included making her wonder who picked out the outfit of the day.

"Miss Jones, I could say the same thing to you." Blake teased back, the smile she he had given her her first day of work was back and the flirty tone he used did not go unnoticed by Claire.

"Uhhmm well, I wanted to see the new octopus exhibit, and then I was hoping I could make it to the one of the feedings." Emily replied shyly, she was a twenty three year old woman who had wanted to come to the aquarium on her own free will, her boss must definitely think her weird now.

Blake noticed the way she blushed when she replied, her body language changed completely, head down, nervous fighting of her hands, shuffling of feet, she was embarrassed. But of what? Was it possible she didn't want to appear childish for wanting to go to an aquarium of the weekend?

"And is this your friend? Girlfriend? Sister?" Blake decided to ask diverting attention from Emily to Claire. Her head snapped back up and her bubbly smile was back.

"Best friend and roommate Claire. Claire, Mr Redwood my boss's boss." Emily introduced signaling to each other. Her nerves were forgotten  as soon as she began to make introductions. And a moment later the three of them were chatting away as if they had known each other for years.

"You know they have a feeding show at noon, and if you get there early enough you might get to feed them." Emily informed pointing at the shark enclosure while looking at Kenny.

"We were heading there. Want to join us? It will increase our odds of feeding them" She asked the boy. Kenny needed no more persuasion and immediately latched himself to Emily's side and began dragging her away and down the hall.

"Uncle Blake hurry, we want to feed sharks." He yelled over his shoulder at his supposed guardian. Blake stood there stunned, he had been replaced so easily. Was this how parents felt when their children grew up and moved away? Besides him Claire burst out laughing before following her friend and the boy.As they turned the corner Blake finally  called after them only to see the trio break into run while laughing at the top of their lungs. Maybe EJ was right and fish do make things better.

Dear Mr Billionaire,
My biology class took us on a whale watching trip today. I have to ask have you ever seen a humpback whale in person? Those things are huge!! Anyways I couldn't enjoy it much because I got a little motion sick. Tell someone and I will deny it. Nobody knows I got sick, I told my group I wanted a higher vantage point and saw the whales from the cabin inside. They belived me I don't think my best friend did though.

Anyways I hear you are looking to buy a seaside restaurant chain. If you do you should check out Lillies by the Sea. It's cute, but still has that romantic vibe most people want when watching the sunset. Take notes from them, and eat their food, I'm serious, it's good.
Good luck I'm going to go drink some more seltzer water and hide my pain from the rest of my family now. I motion sickness supposed to last a few days?
                     Sea ya
                         EJ

P.S. Just go to the aquarium  if you ever want to see fish. It doesn't move and you can feed the sharks on the weekends.

P.P.S I still haven't gotten a chance to  feed them.
