"It makes you look older." Gia said as I looked in the mirror. I had got bored with my hair and Tae installed a quick bob leave in.

"Yea this not going to last." I said holding my phone up as I looked at myself shaking my head side to side. I didn't like how I looked with the Bob. It was definitely giving older women.

"What time your class start?" Gia asked as I flipped the camera showing her I was literally walking in the building.

"Your nephew blowing mine already. Call me when you leaving campus!" She said before hanging up causing me to roll my eyes. Ever since Roddy showed up to my apartment the other day both Booby and Gia have been tracking me like a fucking hawk, thanks to Baby. It was annoying, they were literally texting or FaceTiming me every five seconds.

Walking into my Monday morning class I smiled at a few of my classmates as I got to my seat but my smile dropped immediately.

"Good morning beautiful." He said grinning as I just stood there confused.

"Everyone have a seat." The professor said as Roddy pulled the chair beside him out patting it for my to sit down. Looking around the room this was legit the only seat left. Rolling my eyes I sat down beside him. My whole mood has changed.

"Why you here Roddy? Don't you have class?" I asked remembering his schedule.

"I switched all my classes, to be with you." He whispered in my ear causing me to look at him weirdly as he smirked.

"I told you, you ain't going no where." He continue to whisper while grabbing on my thigh squeezing roughly. Attempting my move his hand he only squeezed my thigh tighter hurting me.

"Bitch try that again imma hurt you." He said through gritted teeth. Looking at him his eyes were all dark. This was not the same man I had met two years ago.

"Let me go your hurting me." I begged as he laughed.

"And you hurting me by being with that nigga!" He huffed as I tried to held back my tears. The grip he had on my little ass legs was lethal, I know I was going to have a bruise.

"I love you." He said kissing on my neck causing my stomach to turn as I just sat there. I was shocked that this nigga really snapped. Never in a million years would I have thought this would be the outcome of me leaving him.

"Stop looking scared and focus in class." He said finally letting my leg go. Taking a deep breath I quickly grabbed my bag and got the fuck out the classroom. Walking as fast as I could I quickly left out the building. Quickly getting in my car I locked the door and let out a deep breath and started crying.

"What you doing? Why you look so tired?" Baby asked as I sat in my bed watching reruns of Martin while on FaceTime with him.

"I can't sleep." I told him as he got quiet. "Why not?" He asked as I bit the inside of my mouth.

"Just haven't been able to." I said deciding not to tell him about Roddy. Roddy wasn't his problem, I didn't need him having to stop what he was doing to come and save me. I got myself into this situation so I was going to have to get myself out of it.

"That sound dumb, take ya ass to sleep. You got class in the morning." He said as I just remained quiet. I had already decided I wasn't going to class the rest of the week. I had emailed my professors and they said it was okay as long as I completed all my assignments.

"Heard you father." I said sarcastically as he laughed.

"Daddy sound better." He said smirking as I rolled my eyes. "Boy bye, you the bro bro." I said laughing as his whole facial expression changed.

"Bye." He said hanging up on me before I could say anything. Trying to stop laughing I FaceTime him again but he ain't answer.

"I know this nigga ain't really mad." I said out loud to myself. After a third time of him not answering I just locked my phone and turned my tv volume up.

Heard loud knocking on my door scared me. I wasn't sleep but the knocking had caught me off guard. Getting out my room, I walked to the kitchen grabbing a knife and walked to the door. Looking through the peep hole, I let out a deep sigh when I saw it was just Booby.

"You fucking scared me!" I said placing the knife on the little round table I had as I closed and locked the door.

"Fuck walking round with a knife for and why all the light off?" He asked as he made his way to the living room sitting on the coach.

"Why you here? It's 2 in the morning?" I asked looking at him.

"Why you awake at 2 in the morning? Baby called me and said come check on you? You good?" Booby asked as I nodded my head quickly and he sucked his teeth.

"I've known you long enough to know when you lying. What's wrong?" He asked as I shook my head. "Nothing, I can't handle myself." I told him as he just looked at me.

"What's up with you? I heard Brandi really pregnant." I said changing the topic as he let out a big as sigh.

"I fucked up, and I'm bout to loose your sister." He said as I just shook my head. Recently him and Brandi went to the doctor and she was indeed pregnant and the dates did line up.

"Only time will tell." I told him. I really didn't have the answers he was looking for. Gia was standing on what she said and Booby had moved out the house to his condo. Maybe sometime down the line him and Gia will get back together but as of now they were just co-parenting.

I felt for Gia, my dumbass would definitely had stayed baby or not. Sis definitely strong.

"You could stay in the spare room." I told him as he looked at me making a face.

"You got a new mattress? Erin nasty." He said causing me to laugh.

"I got new sheets on there." He said as he shook his head no. "I'm good on the couch." He said as I nodded my head. I know with Booby here i would be able to get some sleep, and I know Booby was happy he wasn't in an apartment all alone.
