I quickly sneaked up to my room, avoiding my mom so she wouldn't question me.

I lay down on my bed and looked over the events of today.
My eyes almost popped out when I remembered that he kind of (in some way) kissed me while giving my lungs air to survive.

I slapped my face.

You idiot.
You embarrassed yourself in front of him!
Your lips probably tasted like dirty pond water.

Time skip ( 1 week )

Jimin and I had been giving each other dares frequently.
The dares weren't so extreme, just normal.
I could tell he wanted to give me an extreme dare, but because of the pond incident, he probably refrained himself from doing so.

Wheein had eventually found out about the game herself, and today, she came to me and Jimin on the roof.

"I dare you to-"

"HEY MINA!"

I jumped as I heard Wheein yell my name- I was just about to give him my dare.

"Wheein...?"

Jimin shot me an angry glare.

"So, I see you guys are giving each other dares." An evil smirk made its way to her lips.

What was she thinking!?

"I told you not to tell anyone about this!" He whisper yelled at me.

"I didn't, I promise!" I whispered back.

"Uhhh, you know I can hear you two?" Wheein crossed her arms.

"Okay, then how'd you find out?" Jimin looked at her.

"Oh, I just sneaked up on you guys, that's it," she smiled innocently.

"And now that I'm here...I'll give you guys a dare," she made a mischievous grin.

"Umm, no you won't," Jimin spoke up.

"Yes I will. After all, it's not fair."

"Actually it is, it's our game," he shot back.

"What? Are you scared now?" She grinned.

"Okay okay, give us a dare, let's just get it over with," I said annoyed.

"Okay, but you two have to complete it."

"We're on."

"But-"

"Nuh uh, no buts Mina, now be quiet and let me give you guys a dare."

She crossed her arms and rested her chin on one of her hands. Her eyes travelled from Jimin and I, then to the sky as she kept on thinking more and more. Her brows were scrunched together and her mouth twisted upwards.
That same mouth untwisted into a witch-like evil grin, her brows now raised and her brown eyes now twinkling.

"I dare you two to kiss each other on the lips for 12 seconds straight..."

That was it.

I shot her a glare.

My own best friend giving me this dare!?

"K-kiss?" Jimin gulped.

"WHEEIN!" I yelled at her, but she remained calm with that stupid smirk still glued to her face.

"Hey, there's no fun in giving lame dares now. Stop being childish and boring and complete the dare..." she said smugly as she examined her nails.

"Grrr..." my eyes travelled to her figure, and I could see a hint of fear in her eyes.

This girl knows what's gonna be up once I complete this dare.

"Okay, let's stop wasting time and let's just do it," Jimin spoke up nervously.

I nodded slowly, still angry at that girl.

We turned to face each other, looking directly into one another's eyes.
My cheeks began heating up, oh how I wanted to run out of this situation so badly!

The distance between us closed, and so did my eyes.
My heart was racing, as I felt his soft and plump lips on my own.

"I need a proper kiss, not some bull shit!" Wheein yelled out.

Damn that girl.

He leaned in closer to me, still kissing me, then-

"STOP! Time's over you two love birds!"

By the time we separated, I could've been mistaken for a tomato, due to how red my face was!

He shyly looked away as my eyes met his.

"Bye." I said firmly to him, receiving the same reply, as I now took off after Wheein.

When I reached outside, I quickly wiped my lips with the sleeve of my shirt, my cheeks still hot.

"Ohhhh Mina, you should've seen you two kiss! I've never seen such a passionate kiss in my whole life!"

"SHUT UP YOU LITTLE IDIOT!" I yelled, red in the face now from anger. My own voice had not only startled her, but me too.

"Calm down, I was just j-joking..." she looked at me.

"Don't ever pull that shit on me again, or else I'll kill you," I growled, glaring daggers at her and walking away, leaving her hanging.

In reality, we were probably gonna make it up together tomorrow.

But as I walked home, I couldn't help but blush at his kiss- not from what you think it is, but from sheer embarrassment. Plus, he was the one who agreed to do the dare and not back out of it!

Get it together Mina! It's just a stupid dare!

Ugh, I hate him and Wheein!

She took my dare, now he's gonna have to give me another dare!

And I'll have to see that jerk again tomorrow and the day after that, and the day after that...

I'm gonna kill both of them!

I curled my fists in anger.

I was still angry at him. He's been acting too nice around me nowadays, and I can't let that happen. Does he think I'm some sensitive little girl, who can't handle some extreme dares after that pond incident!? Well, I'm not okay?! I'm gonna tell him to stop being all Mr. Nice to me, because I'm not a little baby.
We're still enemies after all...
