I woke up to something knocking against my window.

Slowly, I walked to the window and peeked through the curtains, only to see a figure draped in black.

What the actual fu*k!?

Before I was about to run away and lock all doors, the figure held up a sign which said

"It's Jimin!"

Then, it removed its hood, and surely, I saw Jimin's face.
That guy...what is wrong with him!?

Quietly, I tiptoed downstairs and went outside.

"What the hell are you doing here at this time!?" I whisper yelled at him.
"We need to go somewhere, put on your sneakers and a jacket," he said.

What is he even talking about?

"Are you in your senses!?" I yelled.
"Yes, now come, we don't have much time. Please," he begged.
"At least tell me where we're going," I said.
"You'll soon see, now come on. Hurry!"
"You can't just say that! There's no way I'm going with you to some random place at 3 am!" I yelled, angry at his attitude.

Who does he even think he is!?
Once we've started this dare game, he's gotten too frank and open with me, which I'm not gonna allow.

"Come on Mina, don't be stubborn!" He whined.
"I am gonna be stubborn, and you can't change that." I smirked.
"Please Mina, it's important...it has to do with my parents..." he looked down sadly.
"Then why are you bringing me into this?" I asked.
"Because you're the only one I have left..." he said sadly.
"Ummm no. You have like 6 other best friends," I rolled my eyes.
"They never understand...I can only count on you..."
"Hm, fine," I said angrily and walked inside.

I ran inside and quickly washed my face up.
I grabbed my black pullover and put it on, along with my black sneakers, and ran downstairs, closing the door with the spare key, and then burying it into the soil of the potted plants-its hiding spot.

"Come on, and don't worry, I have a flashlight," he said, grabbing my hand, which I clearly didn't give him permission to do.

"Bruh, let go of my hand," I said, trying to pull away.
"No. Now shut up."

This bastard.

We ran hand in hand (ugh, sounds so fu*king cliche).

It was dark, so my surroundings were pretty unfamiliar.
We kept on running for a long time, then we came to a halt.

"Let's go."

He grabbed onto my arm, linking it with his, and we walked into an extremely dark area.
"Okay, at least tell me where we're going..." I whispered.
"Don't be mad please..." then we walked into a dark place, a door could be heard closing behind us, then the flashlight flicked on.

My eyes almost fell out of their sockets.
I looked at Jimin, who avoided my gaze.

"What the actual fu*k Park Jimin!?" I whisper yelled.
"I was curious, I needed to explore," he said.
"You could've explored it yourself! You lied to me you bastard! You said that this was something to do with your family you idiot!"

I was raging now.
How can he just straight up lie to me like that, wake me up at three am and bring me here against my will!?
I was flaming.

"Well, I didn't want to die alone...so," he said, earning a slap on the back of his head from me.

"Fu*k off, I don't care if you die, you bastard!" I clenched my teeth, my face red.

"I'm out," I growled.

But he held tightly onto my wrist and pulled me back.

"Now that we're here, we're not going back."
"No, what the fu*k!? You lied to me, to bring me here, a place I'd never wanted to fu*king visit! What the actual f*ck is wrong with you!?" I was angry, but I couldn't yell, only whisper-yell.

"Yes. Or else, I'm leaving you alone in here, locking you inside,"

Try me bitch.

I walked away, but he beat me to it and was out of the place, closing the door, and when I tried to open it, it didn't.

Shit, he meant it...

I felt like crying at that moment.
I lightly knocked on the door from the inside, and finally, it opened, and I found him smirking.

"Fine, I'll stay..." I said.

I tried to slip away and get out, but he caught me.

"Don't you even dare...or else I'm not gonna open it for you next time," he growled.

"You're a fu*king bastard! Don't talk to me after this, and if anything happens, it's all your fault, you understand Park Jimin?"

"Yes. Yes, I understand very well."

You've probably already guessed.
He brought me to the mansion.

* ^ * ^ * ^ *

We were exploring this place.
For me it was my second time.
Some places were familiar, but there was a lot more stuff I hadn't explored before.
It was definitely creepy and old.
Kind of reminded me of the Beast's palace from 'Beauty and the Beast.'

As we were walking, I tripped over a loose nail.
Does this always have to happen!? I could've tripped somewhere else for fu*ks sake!

Me tripping caused a loud thud to echo across the mansion.
Quickly, I got up, trying to head to the exit with Jimin, but of course, just like those damn horror films, we were in a mansion, and of course, we got lost.

There was another bang in the house.

Jimin grabbed my hand, and we tried to run for the the front, but we were lost.

The bangs continued.

They weren't stopping.

Shit.

My heart was almost jumping out of my chest.

I could hear Jimin's own shaky breath.

My strong self felt very scared and weak right now.

Please God, I don't wanna die.

We kept running, the bangs kept on getting louder.

Am I hallucinating, or does it seem that when we're running, we always pass by a different place every time...

This mansion isn't so small after all...

Jimin had let go of my hand now.

We were just running endlessly. There was nowhere to go. It's like the front door had just vanished.
I stopped.
Where the hell is Jimin!?
This isn't some fu*king joke!
Even though I wanted to scream my lungs out, I kept quiet for my own safety.

Slowly, I walked back, trying to find Jimin.

Even though I didn't really like him, I still cared.

There was darkness everywhere.

And Jimin had the flashlight...greAt.

A shudder ran down my body.

I was all alone.

In the dark.

In a probably occupied mansion.

My feet made sure to be careful.

I jumped when the banging started again.

It wouldn't stop.

Please.
Ahhhhhh!
Please.
I'm begging you, make it stop!

It was driving me insane.
I grabbed at my hair, wanting to rip them out, wanting to stomp on my own head.

I quickly started running away from it... go away, go away, go away...please go away...
GO THE FU*KING HELL AWAY!

I stopped when I felt someone coming down from the stairs behind me.
I could hear the creaking of steps.
I could sense it.
My heart had stopped beating for a moment.
I could definitely feel someone standing behind me.
That tingle ran down my spine, that uneasy feeling lingered at the back of my head...
Oh, I was definitely being watched.

Without a second thought, I sprinted away.
I heard the footsteps behind me...they too were running.
But the damm banging started again.
And I was scared, so fu*king scared, because I couldn't hear the footsteps anymore.
That person could be right behind me at this moment.

Oh, and I felt even more miserable because this banging was slowly taking my sanity into the depths of hell. I felt dizzy and detached.
I need to keep running.
My brain felt like mush.
Like I couldn't process anything, and that my body was working on its own.
My brain being felt like an outcast.

Just get out.
That's your main purpose.
And Jimin..

Quickly, spotting the first hallway I could see, I ran into it and turned into a large room which was barely only lit by some of the moonlight.
I jumped and held in a yell, when the banging sounded almost from behind me...
Slowly, I turned around...nothing was there.

I definitely didn't want to go out, knowing someone was there.
So instead, I went and hid behind this large set of furniture in the corner.

Quietly and quickly, I squeezed my body behind the furniture, being stuck now in a tiny space.
My eyes were wide open.
The banging still continued.
It felt that nothing could stop it.
I observed the room.
It was like an atrium.
The ceiling was made of glass hexagons.
Large tree vines and trees themselves covered most of the glass ceiling.
The moon still seemed to find its way through the little gaps and cracks.
My eyes still observed the ceiling.
It was actually very interesting.
But I almost screamed, when a large snake slithered through the trees, casting a large and dark shadow of itself on the glass.
It seemed like a mythical creature.
It was huge.
Not your ordinary snake.
And that's what scared me.
But what made me want to puke, was that I could see the silhouette of the snake, it's tail grabbing something very very large, and then slamming it against the glass.

Bang.

That's where the sound was coming from.

Bang.

But the glass was strong.

It hissed, as if saying, get out, I own this place...

That wasn't a branch it was slamming against the glass.
Oh no no no.
It was a f*cking body.

I stayed there, my eyes wide open...

Nobody came.

I wanted to go outside, but I held back.

Anyone could be waiting outside...

I glanced up.
That snake was tangled up in the vines, hovering over me, the banging had stopped, but I saw the shadow of a hand pressed against the glass...

My eyes gave up on me. No matter how hard I tried, I ended up falling asleep.

I dreamt of something banging loudly, and a smooth yet scaly texture brushing against my neck...
