Allegro

There wasn't any other word that could describe the shock Allegro was feeling. Shock and pain, both for the woman he loved that was now being operated on. As soon as the shot rang Allegro shot the fucker straight in his head before looking across to see his girl on the floor with red dripping through her clothes. His voice rang out in anguish as he held her in his arms as she trembled from the pain. Allegro screamed for a doctor before Arturo came up to him and shook him hard.

"Apply pressure and I'll help you lift her!" He screamed at him.
Allegro was in too much shock and obediently followed his brothers orders. When most of his men were shot they didn't take them to the hospital but to a doctor at the compound but this was his girl they were talking about and she needed medical treatment; she wasn't going to leave him this soon. Allegro had just shooed his men away when they asked what to do with the rest of Kazer's body and it was only later he'd learnt that Alessando had ordered them to burn it.

Allegro couldn't believe she'd jumped in front of a bullet to protect Alejandro and right now he had no idea what was going through his brothers head because he wasn't there. Allegro hadn't seen him and frankly he was the least of his problems; all he could think about was Greece and her gorgeous smile and pretty blue eyes and how much he wanted her back in his arms, to tell her how much he loved her and to cherish her for the rest of his days.

He'd promised her protection and where was she, in the hospital! Allegro wiped his eyes furiously as tears threatened to fall. Arturo beside him providing silent support but Allegro didn't pay him any attention as they waited. It was only an hour later did Alejandro appear but Allegro wouldn't look at him, more like couldn't. He didn't understand why she'd save a man who'd never showed her any kindness.
"Allegro." He recognized Alejandro's voice but raised his hand to silence him.

Respectfully Alejandro stepped away and the rest of the time was spent in silence. Three hours later was when the doctor called her name.
"Are you the family?" He asked quizzically.
"Yes," Alessando answered for him.
He nodded, "Miss Hall......." Allegro blocked it out until he heard, "— but she'll be fine."
Allegro breathed sigh of relief, "When can we see her?"

"Now, but I have to warn you. She'll be asleep for awhile." The doctor said.
Allegro nodded as he followed him inside and his brothers stopped at the door allowing him to go first.
Allegro grew pained when he saw her just laying there lifeless on the bed. Her skin far too pale and her face scratched and battered. Allegro pulled a chair beside her and held her hand tightly; it was too cold.

He signaled his brother's inside while Alejandro stood by the door unable to move. Both Arturo and Alessando took seats in the room and Allegro watched as Alejandro closed the door and headed off in the direction of the waiting room, but Allegro paid no mind, he wasn't going anywhere until she was awake. Allegro caressed her hand tenderly, he was alone now, his brothers had gone out to get food and here he was still waiting. His lips kissed her cheek tenderly and he sighed feeling relieved.

Allegro was humming softly, a song his mother had sung to him when he was a child. He wasn't the best singer but still it seemed to calm him as he waited. He rested his head on the edge of the bed only to feel a hand stroking his hair. Instantly his head shot up as she stared at the most beautiful blue eyes.
"Mio amore." He whispered.
"Hi." Her was so soft he barely heard it.
He leaned forward and planted his lips to hers, "I'm so sorry." He shook his head.

"Hey hey, it's okay." She lifted his head and smiled at him, "I'm alright."
He shook his head, "Please." He begged, "Don't do that again!"
She ignored him before asking, "Is everyone else okay?" She asked.
Allegro nodded, "Everyone is fine. Kazer I can't say the same for." He said with such disgust he nearly threw up.
"Is he gone?" She asked.
"Yes."

Suddenly the door was whipped open and Alessando yelled and ran towards her, throwing Allegro off and cuddling Greece in his arms. Allegro was too tired to object as Arturo helped him up and he himself went to give Greece a hug.
"We're happy you're okay Sorella" Arturo said.
Alessando nodded eagerly, "Now you're officially part of the family being shot and all."
Allegro and Arturo whipped their heads to face him angrily and Alessando chuckled nervously, "Too soon?"

Greece burst into a git of giggles and grabbed Allegro's hand which made him smile at her, "Glad I'm apart of the fam." She giggled.
"Fam?" Alessando questioned.
"Family." Arturo said exasperatingly.
"Ohhhh." Allegro rolled his eyes before kissing her again.
"I love you." He said quietly.
"Te amo" She said back.
His eyes widened and he smirked.

"Speaking Italian now eh."
"Yup I'm going to learn."
Allegro kissed her again, afraid she actually wasn't there and he was dreaming. He had been going crazy when she'd been missing and the tracker in her necklace had helped so much but even with it, Allegro still had his doubts and fears about not reaching in time. He had been a mess but still effective enough to get things in order and now that she was in his arms again, Allegro planned to amp up security, nothing like this was happening again.

He was going to make take ample measures to make sure no prisoner ever escaped again.
"What are you thinking about so much?" Her voice asked sweetly.
"What changes I have to make to keep you safe."
Greece beckoned him forward and kissed his forehead, "I could have handled myself." She grinned.
Allegro chuckled, "I'm sure."
