I stared at his lifeless body. Why... did it have to be Shishido? He was so kind... so caring... and he was doing his to better himself. He treated others as if they were above him. He may not have been the brightest of the bunch, he wanted to feel smart. He wanted to become smarter. The monitor turned on.

"A body has been discovered! P- please head to the first game room at your earliest convenience." Araigu said, before it shut off.

Sugai came out of the closet, a look of fear as he stared at the body. Quickly, he left the room, looking as if he was going to throw up. And in his place... someone else appeared.

"JEEEEEZZZZZ, you guys take so long! But I knew my threat would get you guys to kill someone at some point!" Ressa yelled out. I felt the tears fall from my eyes, as I began to sob. I wiped them away as quickly as I could, but they just kept coming. I felt someone's hand on my shoulder, immediately recognizing that it was Kawata. I pulled myself together, sniffling as I looked at Shishido yet again, nearly vomiting from the sight of him. "Anyway! Here's the next murder file!" He said, pulling out another tablet, and started handing them out.

"You guys are all idiots." Yamazaki said, walking into the room, Ressa handing him a file as he did.

"What do you mean!?" Kawata replied angrily, stomping towards him. He took a deep sigh, rolling his eyes.

"You guys throwing all of these celebrations is just stupid. Most murders end up happening at these stupid parties, you know!? Why didn't you think this would happen!?" Yamazaki replied, glaring at Kawata.

"Because we're trying to calm ourselves down! What don't you understand!? We just want to get over all this trauma! What do you have against that!?" Kawata yelled back. Yamazaki rolled his eyes.

"Right now it's about survival. You may want to be able to cope from all of this first, but we have to focus on getting out of here before anything else." Yamazaki said, before shoving right past Kawata, and kneeling down next to Shishido.

"Oh wow look! Another dead body!" Taguchi exclaimed with a laugh as he entered the room. Yamazaki shot him a glare, before looking over to me. He signaled for me to come over. I took the deepest breath I could muster, before letting it out.

I didn't want to do this. Not again. But just like Furuya, I was close to Shishido. He was close to everyone. I had to make sure that he got justice for the crime against him. I approached the body, and knelt down. I pulled out murder file 2, and began to look through it.

Victim: Shishido Kyo
Age: 19
Height: 6'4
Weight: 134
Time of Death: 6:30-7:00
Cause of Death: The victim was bludgeoned by an object, hitting them in the head and killing them instantly.
Bodily Wounds: Bash on the side of his head.

This was the murder file, so it had to be important. I had to save it for future reference.

Truth Bullet 1: Murder File 2

I looked back at Shishido's body, moving his head to the side. A giant wound was on the side of his head, about a couple of inches from his right eye. It looked like his skull had caved in, not to much but it was noticeable, with blood trickling out into the carpet and into my hands. I moved my arms back, nearly gagging as I did.

Suddenly, I was passed a pair of black gloves and wet wipe. I looked over, seeing Yamazaki rolling his eyes as he turned back to the body. Quickly, I wiped the blood from my hands and put the gloves on. But... now that I think about it... the way the head wound is... pretty interesting.

Truth Bullet 2: Head Wound

I looked down, noticing something on Shishido's hand. Quickly, I raised his arm up so I could look at it. On the palms of his hands was a dark blue stain. I didn't know what this meant quiet yet... but it was definitely important.

Truth Bullet 3: Blue Hand Stain

I looked over to the ground, where Shishido's hat laid. I moved over, picking it up. I turned it around in my hand. There seemed to be a dent in it, and the hat had the slightest bit of blood on it. Other than those two details, I couldn't see anything wrong with it.

Truth Bullet 4: Shishido's Hat

I looked back over at the body, noticing something next to him. I walked back over to Shishido, picking up the object. It was a controller, that seemed to be dented. But, nothing else is wrong with it.

Truth Bullet 5: Dented Controller

Quickly, something popped into my mind. Swiftly, I raced over to the controller stand, and held up the one next to Shishido's body. The one next to him had now obviously been smashed up. The ones in the stand were completely untouched, besides the hand prints.

Truth Bullet 6: Controller Comparison

Suddenly, something caught my attention out of the corner of my eye. I placed the controllers back down, and walked over to the corner of the room. There seemed to be a bunch of small concrete pieces in the corner of the room. And some of them seemed to have blood splattered what seems to be some edge pieces. I put some of the pieces together, fitting together like a puzzle.

Truth Bullet 7: Crushed Rock

I looked up, noticing a dent in the wall. I ran my hand over it, realizing that there were small pebbles inside. I picked them up, looking inside the dent to see that there were a couple of blood stains.

Truth Bullet 8: Dents

I stood up, examining the room. Quickly, I walked over o the closet, opening it up. Almost immediately, I looked up, out of suspicion. My eyes went wide. On the ceiling of the closet was an open vent. I couldn't reach it, but it seemed like it had been opened before hand.

Truth Bullet 9: Open Ceiling Vent

I paused. If the ceiling vent was open, and if I suspect that someone went inside, then how did the killer get inside of the vent? I looked around the closet, noticing a ladder. And on each of the steps, were white foot prints. The ladder also seemed to have been placed back haphazardly.

Truth Bullet 10: Ladder

I paused, looking to a lever on the wall. The lever had a white hand print around it. But, why was this lever pulled?

Truth Bullet 11: Lever- Boys Room

Suddenly, I bumped into something, knocking it off the shelf. Quickly, I bent over to pick it up, only now realizing what it was. It was child's metal lunch box, with dinosaurs on it. The lunch box has been left open, and there seems to have been something inside.

Truth Bullet 12: Lunch Box

I paused, spotting something behind the shelves. Quickly, I got down on my knees and reached for the item. I pulled it out, and stared at them for a moment. They were night vision goggles. They seemed partially covered in a white powder, but only barely. The goggles also seem to have been worn by someone.

Truth Bullet 13: Night Vision Goggles

I paused, looking to something next to the ladder. It was an opened bag of flour. Is that what the powder is? And why is there a bag of four?

Truth Bullet 14: Opened Bag of Flour

I left the closet, and looked around for a moment. My eyes caught something that I hadn't noticed before. There wasn't a door on this room? Why wasn't there a door?

"O- oh... I guess you noticed..." Araigu said, appearing out of nowhere.

"N- noticed what?" I replied.

"W- well, I forgot to put th- the door on when I was building th- this place. S- sorry..." Araigu said. I paused.

"You... built this hotel?" I responded. Araigu suddenly went silent, fear filling their soulless eyes before disappearing.

For now, this door is evidence... but that info is very interesting to hear. I'll have to use that later, after the trial.

Truth Bullet 15: Missing Door

I decided to look around the room again. But, there didn't seem to be anything else, so I decided to head back to the girls game room. I paused, looking at the wall. Why was there another dent in the hallway? I could add it to the first evidence about the dents, but why did this happen?

I wandered past it and back into the girls game room. Immediately, I noticed the closet by the door. It was a lot like the other room, but the door was actually at the front entrance. I opened the closet, checking inside. Almost immediately, a broom fell out of the closet. But, what I noticed about it was strange. The bottom part of the broom had been removed, and the handle of the it was very strange. It almost looked like a golf club. But looking at the handle, I realized something. It was dented. Why was the handle dented?

Truth Bullet 16: Broom Handle

I sighed, stepping into the closet. Nothing looked out of place there. I looked up, expecting a vent to be sitting at the top. But... there wasn't a vent. So where did the vent in the boys room lead to?

I wandered out of the closet, and immediately noticed where it was. On the ceiling in the middle of the room was the vent. But it wasn't opened. So... what happened?

Truth Bullet 17: Closed Ceiling Vent

I walked over to the table closest to the vent, which had a music player on it. The volume has been turned up the way, and was only stopped because of Tengan. But... why? Why was the music turned on in the middle of the blackout?

Truth Bullet 18: Music Player

"Hey Hirano." Kawata said. I sighed, standing up fully.

"H- hi Kawata." I replied. "D- do you have any clue who it is?" I asked. Kawata sighed, pulling his jacket and trying it around his waste. My eyes went wide.

"I've got a couple of ideas... but I'd have to discuss them before I actually suspect anyone." He responded. He looked at me, confused. "Why are you looking at me like that?" He asked.

"What happened to your arms!?" I asked. Kawata paused, before looking down. His arms had been completely stained, along with his shirt.

"WHAT THE!?" He yelled, dropping the jacket onto the floor from around his waste.

"H- here. I'll grab y- your jacket." I said, picking it up before accidentally dropping it back on the floor. "S- sorry let me just-" I began.

"Wait! Hirano, look at your gloves!" Kawata said. Quickly, I looked at the black gloves that Yamazaki had given me. They'd been completely covered in a blue color. I paused, taking off one of the gloves and touching the jacket, and looking at my hand.

"It... stained?" Kawata said. Suddenly, his eyes went wide before he face palmed. "DAMMIT!!! Taguchi what kind of cleaner did you give me!?" He yelled.

Truth Bullet 19: Kawata's Jacket

"H- hey, Kawata, what happened d- during the blackout?" I asked. He paused, thinking to himself.

"So, I wanted to find someone else in the room, because I was fairly certain no one had left, and I was pushed by someone in the dark." He said.

"P- pushed?" I asked.

"Yeah, but I couldn't hear who it was or where they went because of this really loud music. And then when the lights came back on... well..." Kawata began, before pausing, unable to say anything else. "Um, I should probably tell you what happened before the blackout, just in case you need more information. We were all in the room, and Arima tried to leave at one point because Shsishido kept winning."

"Huh?" I replied. He nodded.

"He... was really good. Which was surprising. He didn't even know what he was doing. He just kept winning every game." Kawata said. He cleared his throat. "Well, Miyazaki ran by the room screaming, and we tried to follow her, but we were stopped by Araigu who made us stay in the room. Then a minute later, the lights went out. And then what I just told you occurred... and..." he paused. "I hope that will help you at all in your investigation." I smiled, and nodded.

"Yeah. I think that'll be helpful." I said.

Truth Bullet 20: Kawata's Account

"H- hey... I'll talk to you again at the trial. I don't really want my arms to be covered in dye for the rest of the night, you know?" Kawata laughed nervously. I nodded.

"O- okay. I'll see you then." I replied. He waved to me, as he wandered away.

"Boo!" Someone said, making me jump.

"MORITA!!!" I yelled out, falling into a defensive position. She chuckled a bit, almost amused.

"Ha! It's really easy to scare you! Maybe it's just my amazing intellect..." Morita said, pretending to move some fake glasses up her nose. Suddenly, something popped into my head.

"H- hey, Morita, do you know where everyone was in the room when the murder occurred?" I asked. Morita tilted her head to the side, giving me a blank stare.

"You mean after Miyazaki ran out the room screaming at approximately 98 decibels, barely hitting the door as she ran out?" Morita replied. I stared at her, completely surprised. Was she really this smart? She seemed kind of air-headed before.

"Y- yeah, your memory could b- be a clue." I said. She paused for a moment, almost lost in thought.

"Well, I'd try to but the boys were all in the other room." Morita responded. Maybe she isn't the brightest...

"N- no. In this room." I replied. She continued to stare blankly, before looking to the ceiling.

"OOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHH!!! That's what you mean. Let's see..." she began, putting a hand on her chin. "Okay. So imamura was the closest to the door when the black out started. Tengan was sitting on the bean bag chair. You were around the middle of the room, and I was pretty close to you. Then Naito was the closest to Imamura, but up against the wall. And that's all the details." Morita said, a bright smile on her face. "Hope this helps you play detective!" She chuckled.

Truth Bullet 21: Morita's Account

Suddenly, my eyes went wide. I hadn't even thought of it until now, but I should check on Miyazaki. She could be hurt... or... the killer could've gotten to her too. Quickly, I ran out of the room and around the building, following the trail of blood that was scattered throughout the halls. Finally, I was led to the kitchen.

I burst inside, and what rested before me, nearly took my breath away...

Miyazaki was sitting on the dining room table, Kajiwara tending to the wound on her arm witb Otani holding a baked hood in his hand. Arima sat next to her, a sad expression on his face. Miyazaki stared at the floor, almost angrily. Was... she okay?

"W- what's going on?" I asked. Kajiwara turned to me, only now seeing the black eye he had on his face. "W- WOAH!!! ARE YOU-"

"Yes, I am perfectly fine. Miyazaki's in worse shape, with her arm wound reaching the bone. I think I understand that Miyazaki had a hallucination worse than before?" Kajiwara said. Suddenly, he almost seemed to realize something, taking a bottle of pills from his pocket. "Here, take one of these. Ressa gave them to me, and explained that these will stop the hallucinations."

"R- really?" I asked. Arima nodded.

"Yeah, it helped Miyazaki the most." Arima explained, looking to her with a sympathetic smile.

"O- okay..." I said, hesitantly looking at a single pill that Kajiwara gave me. Was this poison? Was I going to die the same way that Furuya did? Otani handed me a glass of water, almost pressuring me into taking it. Trying to get the fear to end, I quickly threw it into my mouth and gulped it down in one big chug of water. "U- um... what happened to y- your eye Kajiwara?" I asked.

"How about you explain what happened Otani?" Kajiwara said, looking to him.

"Ah, okay." He began. "So... it all happened a hit before the black out."

-Flash back-

"Thank you very much Kajiwara. I think I can begin branching out from just baking now. Maybe I'll become a chef!" Otani said.

"It's not a big deal." Kajiwara replied. Suddenly, the sound of screaming entered their ears. The two quickly exited the kitchen, seeing Miyazaki in the dining hall, a deep open wound leaking blood everywhere.

"Oh no! W- what do we-" Otani began.

"Help me get her on the table! Now!" Kajiwara demanded.

"H- huh?" He started.

"Just help me!" Kajiwara replied, grabbing Miyazaki with a tight grip, but not enough to hurt or cause her pain.

"GET AWAY FROM ME!!!" She screamed, immediately fighting back, punching Kajiwara in the eye. But he was completely unfazed, with Otani helping him sit her down on the table. Kajiwara took a needle and thread from his pocket, and began trying to help her wound.

-Present-

"I had to hold her down to the table so that Kajiwara could stitch up her wounds." Otani explained.

Truth Bullet 22: Otani's Account

"O- oh... that's not good..." I said. "I- I hope you're okay Miyazaki-"

"I don't want to talk about it..." Miyazaki replied. She got up from the table, and walked out of the room.

"Hey! You forgot the baked hood Otani got you!" Arima yelled, running after her, snatching the baked good from his hand along the way. I paused, before turning to Kajiwara.

"H- hey... you know how y- you performed an autopsy on Furuya?" I began.

"You want me to perform one on this body as well?" He replied.

"Y- yeah..." I said. He nodded, following me downstairs.

"Who was killed?" Kajiwara asked as we walked.

"Oh... um... it was..." I began, falling silent. We made it to the room, letting Kajiwara see it for himself. He stared for a moment, before slowly approaching and sitting on his knees in front of the body.

"Shishido... had a lot of potential..." Kajiwara said, breaking the silence. He put his hands together, mumbled something, and then began to look over the body.

"Y- yeah..." I said, nearly gagging as he lifted up Shishido's head. Suddenly, something came to mind. "H- hey! Can't you help him!? He didn't die to long ago, and we could try to bring him back!" I said, almost trying to cheer myself up.

"Even if we wanted to do that, I would need to do some brain fragment transplants, and I doubt anyone here would want to do that. He's also lost a significant amount of blood. It would be a miracle even for me to bring him back at this stage." Kajiwara explained. I felt my smile wipe off my face. Why was I so disappointed? I knew he couldn't be saved. I shouldn't have gotten my hopes up.

"S- so... can you figure out anything?" I asked. He continued to inspect, before standing up. He took off his blood stained gloves, put on some hand sanitizer before putting on new ones.

"I am very certain that the object that his him on the head was thrown at a high velocity. The object is also about the size of my hand, and the wound seems to have caved in. There also seems to be fragments of a rock in the wound. No other substances have been used in this murder, so you do not have to suspect that he may have died to poison, but I think that is fairly obvious." Kajiwara explained. I smiled, nodding at his response.

"Thank you Kajiwara." I said.

Truth Bullet 23: Kajiwara's Autopsy

Suddenly, the monitor turned on.

"Ugh! This is taking to long! My mind needs to be satisfied by mystery solving and execution! How about we just start now then? I bet you all also want to see someone be brought to Justice! Please head to the elevator for the class trial!" Ressa said.

I sighed. This was it. The class trial. Was I... ready? To watch another one of our betrayed allies either get away with it or die themselves? Either way... I knew I would be terrified. After all... this was the killing game...
