"Daisy, how are you?" James asked as I sat down on his sofa in his office.

"Bored," I stated. "Can we speed this up a little bit so I can go home?"

"How are you feeling now that you know you're going to get your freedom back?" James asked.

"I wouldn't go as far as to call it freedom," I said and rolled my eyes. "More like observed captivity."

"You're not captured, Daisy," James frowned.

"But I'm not free to leave the confines of this town am I?"

"Not until we know you will come back."

"And when will you know that?"

"Judging by your commitment to the Agency," James said and rolled his eyes. "I think you know the answer."

"But I want to know what you think."

"At this moment in time I believe we will never be able to trust you," James shrugged.

"I'm sure that's exactly what Rob wants to hear," I said sarcastically.

"How is living with your new housemates, Daisy?"

"Great."

"Drop the sarcasm please, Daisy," James said. "I want an honest answer."

"I want to kill Emma, shoot Dante, occasionally punch Noah and shake Joey and tell him to get the hell away from this place," I said.

"Mixed emotions then," James nodded.

"I think it's pretty clear."

"Eli informed me you and Emma don't get along."

"You spoke to Eli?"

"I speak to all of your housemates, excluding the newcomers, about you."

"That's fucking creepy and I wouldn't trust a word that comes out of Eli's mouth."

"It matches up to your character that I see," James shrugged.

"My character?"

"Yes, your personality. How you act, what you're like-"

"Yes," I snapped. "I know."

"It shows that how you are in my office with me is how you are in real life."

"Do you speak to Blake?" I asked.

"Yes."

"What did he say?"

"He cares for you, Daisy, he only wants you to be happy."

"What did he say?"

"That you're not happy."

I sighed and crossed my arms over my chest. "So do I have any privacy whatsoever?" I snapped. "Or does everything I say get forwarded to you?"

"Daisy, I'm just trying to help-"

"Help?" I scoffed. "No, you're not. You just want me to not run. You want me to want to be here at the Agency. You don't want to help, you want to manipulate and brainwash me so I feel happy about being here! James, let me tell you something that you should already know; I will never accept being here. The only reason I'm sitting in this chair is because I'd be forced to if I didn't turn up and because of this stupid fucking tracker in my wrist! You better pray there's not a way to deactivate it because if there is then I will find it and as soon as I do I'll be gone."

James sighed and pursed his lips. "That's it for today, Daisy. You may see your father now."

I shot up from my seat and scowled then James turned to his computer and started to rapidly type. "When I have got to be here next?"

"Have a week to yourself. I shall see you next Friday," James said and I walked out of the room, muttering a sarcastic thanks as I did.

I rolled my eyes at the stares I received as I made my way to the lift. It wasn't like I was going to take someone hostage again, things like that get boring after doing them once.

I stepped into the lift with other agents and I smirked when the girl I held hostage walked in. Her eyes widened and she edged as far away from me as possible. The guy she was with glanced warily at me.

"No hard feelings, right?" I said once the doors were closed, breaking the extremely awkward silence.

"Excuse me?" The girl stuttered.

"You know, for the whole knife to your throat thing," I said. "It was nothing personal."

"You held me at knife point!" The girl gasped.

"I would have done it to anyone, you were just closest," I shrugged. "If you get scared at that happening then you'll have a lot more to worry about when you go on missions."

"Is it true?" The guy blurted.

"You're going to need to elaborate on that, mate."

"You got captured on a mission and were tortured?"

"How does everyone know about that?" I muttered and shook my head. "Yes, it's true."

"How did you survive?"

"I don't know," I shrugged. "Apparently I nearly died."

"Shit," the guy gasped.

"Shit indeed," I nodded and looked back at the girl. "We good?" I said and held my hand out. "I was having a pretty shit day, I had just been kidnapped, tied up in the back of a van, been hit on the head countless times, had a wound stitched up and I also was coughing up blood because of an infection I had been given. So, I'm sorry about making your first day at the Agency a bit awkward."

The girl looked at me with wide eyes still, but slowly reached out and shook my head.

"Thank god, thought you were going to leave me hanging," I said. "That would've been awkward."

"I'm Penny," the girl said quietly.

"Pleasure," I nodded. "Daisy."

"We know," Penny said and I rolled my eyes.

"Wonderful," I murmured as the lift dinged and the doors opened.

"Daisy," Blake said, smirking and I rolled my eyes as he walked into the lift.

"What are you doing here?" I asked as Penny and the guy moved over as Blake stood next to me.

"Lovely to see you too, Dais," Blake said sarcastically and wrapped his arm round my shoulder. "I've got to speak to Rob after you."

"About?"

"None of your concern," Blake shrugged.

I frowned. "Why so secretive?"

"You'll find out soon," Blake said and smirked. "Don't worry your pretty little head about it."

I rolled my eyes and the lift doors opened again and Penny and the guy walked out.

"Daisy, do you know what I've always wanted to do," Blake said as the doors shut.

"What?"

I gasped in shock when Blake slammed me up against the wall and crashed his lips to mine. "This is unexpected," I murmured and Blake smirked, kissing me again.

I opened my mouth and Blake tangled his fingers in my hair.

"If you mess up my hair I will kill you," I warned.

"Stop talking and let me kiss you," Blake chuckled and I smiled, letting him do so.

As soon as the ding was heard Blake and I ripped away from each other and both tried to hide our rapid breathing as the door opened. One of Rob's assistants was waiting for the lift and I hurriedly walked out, flattening my hair as I did. Blake coughed and followed and I prayed that the assistant didn't notice what was going on.

Rob would kill Blake.

Blake laughed from behind me and I rolled my eyes, stopping outside Rob's office. "Wait... How comes I had to ride with bloody Eli if you were driving to the Agency today?"

Blake raised his eyebrows at me and sat down on a chair outside the office. "I thought you loved Eli, I wanted to give you and him some quality time together."

"You're an ass."

Blake smiled. "Daddy's waiting for you. Better not keep him waiting."

I stuck my middle finger up at Blake and then walked into Rob's office. "Morning, daddy dear," I called and slumped down in the chair opposite him.

"Daisy, how are you feeling?" Rob asked.

"On top of the world."

"Well, I'm glad to say that your punishment is now over," Rob said. "You've behaved these past few weeks. However, if you slip up once I will have no problem sending you to the cells."

"Me?" I gasped. "Misbehave."

"James called me just now," Rob said and crossed his arms over his chest. "He informed me of your little rant."

I rolled my eyes. "Of course."

"And because of that the bracelet on your wrist will remain on," Rob said. "I was going to take it off, but it's obvious you still can't be trusted."

"You're telling me that you thought I could be trusted after I ran away and you kidnapped me and brought me back?" I said and shook my head. "Smart."

"I thought you might've realised that you won't get away, no matter what you do," Rob said. "But intellect wasn't always your strong point."

"Lovely," I scoffed.

"So, your car will be returned to you within the next few weeks," Rob said. "You are free to go where you please, however if you want to leave town you will have to clear it with me."

"Right," I nodded and made quotation marks with my hands. "Freedom."

"I also want you to help run a weekly training session for our newest recruits," Rob said. "Every Tuesday, 9am."

"I'd rather sleep."

"You'll do it."

"Who else is running it?" I asked.

"Eli does it one week Blake does it the other."

"For christs sake," I sighed. "Why can't someone else do it?"

"I need someone else who can handle themselves with them," Rob said. "They are some of the best we have here, but so are you. I need someone who won't be floored within two seconds during a demonstration."

"Blake can floor me pretty quickly," I muttered and scowled at the floor, not wanting to admit it.

"Blake knows you. He trained you," Rob pointed out. "He knows every move you're going to make before you make it."

"I don't have a choice do I?"

"Not at all."

"Can't wait," I said sarcastically.

"Great, so now that's cleared up..." Rob looked to the large windows that looked out of his office and waved to Blake who stood up and walked in.

"Rob," Blake nodded. "All set?"

"All set," Rob confirmed and I frowned when Blake looked to me, a sly smirk on his lips.

"What's going on?" I said cautiously as Blake took a step towards me.

"Nothing," Blake said and I raised my eyebrow when I spotted the distinct bulge of handcuffs in his pocket.

I immediately shot out of my seat and narrowed my eyes at Blake. "Don't come near me."

"Let's just make this easy," Blake said and took the handcuffs out of his pocket. "You know I'm going to win, so just give me your hands."

"In your dreams," I scoffed and glanced at Rob. "What the hell is going on?"

"Training exercise," Rob shrugged and I gasped in surprise when Blake ran at me. I dived out of the way and span round to face him, holding my arms up.

"Don't be an ass," I said to Blake and deflected a punch.

"You know I'm going to win," Blake said and I scowled when he moved and I punched him on his shoulder which hurt my hand more than his shoulder.

I was good, I was one of the best fighters, but Rob was right. Blake knew me. He pretty much taught me everything I knew.

He would always win in a fight.

I hissed in pain when Blake punched me square in the face and I was too slow to move out of the way so he managed to kick me on my ribs.

"Jesus!" I gasped and Blake then grabbed my hair and twisted it round his fist, yanking me towards him. "Get off, you shit!" I yelled and threw my elbow back, hitting him in the face.

Suddenly something was pressed to my side and I gasped in pain as an electric current ran through me, making my body spasm and fall to the floor. I groaned and tried to push myself up, but my arms wouldn't do as I wanted.

Blake pocketed the taser and I sighed in relief when I could move my arms again, but I was too slow to fight against Blake as he grabbed my arms and handcuffed them behind my back.

I winced and glared at the ground when I realised that they were not your normal handcuffs. These were rimmed with small spikes that dug painfully into your skin so you couldn't even move your fingers without feeling pain.

"You ass," I groaned, still recovering from the taser.

Blake chuckled and yanked me up from the ground, pausing to tighten the cuffs around my wrists.

"You know what you're doing?" Rob asked.

"Yep, see you, Rob," Blake said.

"Good luck," Rob said and I glared at him as Blake half dragged and half carried me out of the room.

"What the fuck is going on?" I demanded, struggling weakly as I fought the affects of the taser that luckily weren't lasting long. The shock was only strong enough so I didn't fight while Blake handcuffed me.

"Training exercise," Blake said simply.

"Does it require being handcuffed!" I growled and dug my feet into the ground as we neared the lift. "Get off me, Blake!"

"It's not for you, we just need you for it," Blake said and pressed the button for the lift. "And yes, you do need to be handcuffed."

"This is insane!" I exclaimed and Blake roughly shoved me into the lift, hitting the button that closed the doors before I could get out. "Un cuff me, Blake."

"No."

"Un cuff me!" I demanded and launched a kick to his head, but because of my hands behind my back it was weak and badly aimed and Blake easily dodged it. He grabbed my ankle and smirked at me as he flipped me over, sending me flying to the floor.

I groaned as I landed face down and Blake quickly dug his knee into the small of my back and held the back of my neck firmly, stopping me from moving.

"You never learn," Blake chuckled and I struggled pointlessly under his weight.

"What the fuck is going on?" I hissed.

"Have some patience," Blake tutted. "You'll find out soon."

The lift dinged and I heard the doors open.

"Don't mind us," Blake said and I winced when he grabbed my wrists, pressing the cuffs further into my skin, and yanked me up from the ground. There were a bunch of few curious agents waiting for the lift and I glared at them. "Training exercise," Blake explained and I took this opportunity while he was distracted to throw my head back, hitting Blake in the face.

I ran forward and barged past the agents, hoping my speed would help me. I was faster than Blake, but my cuffed hands would hinder me.

I frowned when I heard shouting and I glanced to the side and saw Eli being dragged through the ground floor of the Agency by Adam and Max. Eli's hands were cuffed like mine and he was putting up a hell of a fight.

Eli and I caught eyes just as I was grabbed and lifted up from the ground. "Blake!" I yelled and I groaned when Blake threw me over his shoulder, slapping my ass as he did. "Put me down!" I shouted and wriggled around like a mental person covered in ants. "Fucking hell, this is fucking insane!"

"She sounds pleased," I heard Adam say and I groaned loudly.

"What the fuck is going on!" I exclaimed.

There was a loud grunt and I managed to peer round Blake to see Eli rip from Adam and Kai's grasp. Eli escape was short lived as Adam bundled him to the ground and shocked him with the taser. Eli went rigid and then he slumped on the ground, enabling Adam and Max to pick him up without a fight.

"I used the lowest voltage on you," Blake said and tightened his hold on me. "I will happily make it higher if you don't stop fucking moving."

"You're a dick!" I growled and Blake walked ahead over Adam and Max. Adam smirked at me. "I hate you."

"Such the drama queen," he said with a dramatic sigh. "Open your mouth, Daisy."

I instantly clamped my mouth shut and Adam rolled his eyes, pinching my nose. I glared at him and he smiled.

"I can wait all day," he said. "You can't."

I had always been a good swimmer, it was impressive for how long I could hold my breath, but it was inevitable I would eventually breathe.

As soon as I opened my mouth Adam shoved a rubber ball into my mouth and secured the strap it was attached to around my head. I had barely enough time to get a proper breath in and the gag restricted my breathing. My world then went black when a bag was placed over my held I let out of muffled yell when I was tasered again.

It didn't take a genius to tell it was Blake who did it, considering I was tasered on my ass.

This was a lot more powerful than the last taser, but it only lasted a few seconds.

I heard Eli shout from behind me and I struggled more in Blake's hold, not having a clue what was going on.

I hated being in the unknown.

I groaned when Blake started to walk and I could hear Eli struggling as I assumed he was dragged along behind us. After a few minutes of walking we walked through a door and I gasped when I was roughly dropped to the ground.

"Secure him," Adam said and Eli swore loudly. I heard the rattle of chains and frowned.

What the hell was going on?

"You'll be fine," Blake said into my ear. "It's not going to be nice, but you've endured much worse." Suddenly Blake was gone and I screamed out in pain, albeit not very well because of the gag, as I was tasered again, the voltage had been turned up high.

I really to scream and swear at whoever was tasering me, but I was completely immobile.

I writhed around in pain as whoever was tasering me didn't stop and I was aware of Eli yelling and struggling too.

Suddenly it stopped I took deep breaths through my nose, trying to calm my erratic breath.

"Up you get," a familiar voice said and I was roughly yanked up, only to get shoved onto a chair. My legs were quickly tied to the chair legs and my hands were uncuffed only to be recuffed behind the back of the chair.

I squinted when the bag over my head was ripped off and saw we were in a dark room with a spotlight on Eli and I. My eyes widened when I spotted Eli who was chained up by his arms, forced to go on tip toes to touch the ground. I looked around the dark room and rolled my eyes when I spotted the new recruits all seated on chairs about two meters away, eyes wide.

Torture training.

Eli and I were the guinea pigs.

Fantastic.

My eyes then landed on the guy who tasered me and I froze.

Not many people in this world scared me. Not even Rob and pretty much the whole Agency feared him.

This guy however did scare me. Only because he hated me and would take pleasure in hurting me.

He looked down at me and smirked. His dark eyes gleaming.

"Long time no see, Daisy," he said and I tensed, knowing he would have no problem with hurting me.

"Kent, if you hurt her more than necessary I will kill you," Eli warned and I glared at Kent as he walked over to Eli and punched him in the gut. Eli gritted his teeth and threw his knee up, catching Kent in the ribs.

"Don't worry," Kent grunted. "I have plenty of time for you." I lurched forward when Kent tasered Eli and I yanked against my restraints. "We're getting off to a great start."

"W-what's going on?" Joey called and I caught his eye, he was looking at me in panic.

"Torture training!" Kent said happily and walked so he was standing behind me. He placed his hands on my shoulders and I stiffened. "There's two days of this and the first day is demonstration. Today we have the lovely Daisy and Eli to help us out. Daisy knows first hand what it is like to endure days of torture, she's an expert." Kent bent down so he was by my ear. "Aren't you, babe.

I glared ahead of me and threw my head back, head butting Kent in the face.

"Bad move," Kent tutted and wrapped an arm round my throat. "I'm going to enjoy this."

Kent pressed down on my throat and my eyes widened when he cut off my air supply. I thrashed around like crazy, but I only made my wrists sore.

"What you'll learn during this training is that people who capture you don't care if you live or die," Kent called. "That is why I am delivering this training because I would happily kill Daisy and Eli, but sadly I can't. However I can do anything to them as long as they are still breathing at the end of it.

Kent removed his arm and I coughed violently and tried to get much needed air back into my lungs, which proved quite
