I looked at myself in the mirror and frowned. I really couldn't be bothered to go to school today. Admittedly, I looked cute in my boyfriend jeans, oversized jumper and choker and wanted to show off, but I honestly couldn't be fucked.

It had been two weeks and I had come to the conclusion that I hated school with a passion.

My plan to fuck with the recruitment of Noah had failed. Him and Eli were like best buds and I was pretty certain that Noah was going to be recruited.

To be honest, I didn't mind, but I had really wanted to piss Eli off. He still goes out of his way to annoy me. I hated that the littlest things he did made me snap. Even if it was a jab as he walked past, or tripping me up. It made me so angry. If one of the other guys were to do the same thing I was pretty confident I wouldn't react the same way.

I had been house bound for the past two weeks. James had spoken to Rob and they decided that my grounding was two last 4 weeks as a whole and then I would be free to do as I pleased. I had just under two weeks of lockdown left.

I yawned loudly and ran my fingers through my hair. I was absolutely shattered. Blake had kept me up all night, literally, and I was slightly sore today. The twat did not understand how to be gentle. Girls didn't always want to do it rough.

"Are you decent?" Mason called as he barged into my room. "Damn it!"

"What do you want?" I asked and rolled my eyes at Mason.

"Eli said for you to get your ass downstairs," Mason told me.

"And you're his messenger now?" I wondered.

"No, but there was a chance I'd see you naked so I was happy to relay the message," Mason smirked.

"Pig," I muttered and shook my head. "I've decided I'm not going to school today."

"And you don't get to make that decision, sweet cheeks," Mason shrugged. "In case you haven't realised Rob will blame us guys if you don't go to school or counselling and none of us want to get in shit. So, you're going to school."

I bend down to unlace my heeled boots, but I barely managed a weak tug before I was flung over Mason's shoulder. "Hey!" I yelled. "Put me down, you buffoon!"

Mason snorted at my insult and easily carried me out of my room and down the stairs. I gasped when Mason dropped me onto the sofa so I ended up sprawled upside down next to Eli. He looked unimpressed and raised an eyebrow at me.

"That is not a sight I want to see this early in the morning," he muttered and I flipped him off as he stood up. He then grabbed my ankle and yanked me off the sofa so I landed on the floor with a thud.

"Ow, you dick!" I yelled. I caught his smirk as he walked towards the door and I scowled, getting up from the floor and rubbing my sore ass. "Was that necessary?"

"Is your existence?" Eli called and before I could reply Mason threw my bag at me.

"You're welcome, sweet cheeks," Mason grinned and I glared at him.

"Daft cunt," I mumbled and walked past him and towards the front door.

Eli was waiting in his car with the engine running and I slammed the door shut when I sat down. Eli turned to glare at me before revving the engine and speeding off down the road.

"You're going the wrong way," I told him.

"I'm not. We're picking up Noah," Eli said.

"Of course we are," I muttered. "Your new best bud."

"Don't be sour because you've only managed to attract the attention of Joey," Eli said. "It's not my fault people like me."

I laughed and looked at Eli. "Wait... That wasn't sarcasm?"

"Piss off," he snapped and stopped outside of a large house.

"There is nothing wrong with Joey," I said. "He's a hell of a lot nicer than- Noah! Hi, how are you?"

"Hey guys," Noah grinned as he climbed into the back of the car.

Eli glanced at me and I smiled sweetly at him. "Two faced bitch," he muttered under his breath so only I could hear.

"Self obsessed dickhead," I shrugged.

"Jesus, I've barely been awake for half an hour and you two are already arguing," Noah said with a laugh.

"This is her being civil," Eli said and drove away from the house.

"You look lovely today, Daisy," Noah said, cutting me off from snapping at Eli.

"Noah, am I detecting a bit of flirting?"I said with a teasing grin.

"I'm just pointing out the obvious," Noah shrugged and smiled flirtatiously.

"Well, thank you," I said. "But you're still not getting in my knickers."

Noah just smirked. "So, you guys coming tonight or what?"

"Coming?" I wondered.

"I am, she's not," Eli said.

"Coming?" I repeated.

"I'm throwing a party tonight," Noah said. "I'd really appreciate if you'd come."

"She can't," Eli shrugged.

"Shut up," I said and looked at Noah, smiling flirtatiously at him. It pissed Eli off when I flirted with his friends.

So of course I did it.

"I'd love to come," I said sweetly. "Can I bring a friend?"

"A guy or girl?" Noah wondered.

"Guy."

Noah furrowed his eyebrows. "Not that Joey kid? You're always with him. Have you tried hanging out with other people?"

"I guess I won't go then," I said dismissively and turned in my seat so I was facing the front.

"But," Noah said quickly and I smirked to myself, "I guess I could make an exception just for you."

"Noah, you're such the gentleman," Eli said sarcastically and rolled his eyes. "It's a big shame that Daisy here can't go."

"Eli, shut your mouth," I said.

"Still grounded?" Noah wondered.

"No."

"Yes," Eli nodded.

"Such a bad girl," Noah tutted and smirked. "Sneak out."

Eli glanced at me and gave me a warning look, but I informed him and smiled mysteriously at Noah. "I'll see what I can do."

*

"Hey," I said, dropping into the seat beside Joey.

"Hi," he smiled, flashing cute dimples.

"Are you free tonight?"

"I don't kn-"

"Great!" I grinned. "You're coming to a party with me."

Joey laughed. "I am? Whose?"

"Noah's."

Joey turned serious and looked at me in concern. "Daisy, be careful around Noah. He's only trying to-"

"Fuck me and leave me," I nodded and smiled. "I am fully aware of that."

"Are you going to..." Joey trailed off.

"I'd rather stick my head down the toilet," I said seriously.

"Good," Joey said, sounding relieved. "You can do better than him."

I grinned and flicked my hair over my shoulder. "I know," I joked and Joey chuckled. "I don't just have sex with anyone."

Blake was an exception, but Joey didn't have to know that. I had a feeling it would be rather difficult to explain to him why I fuck the guy that Joey thought was my brother...

Oh God. Stop.

"Give me your address," Joey said. "I'll pick you up tonight."

"Just be ready to leave sharpish," I warned.

*

"I'm going," I said to Eli as he pulled up at the house and cut the engine.

"You're not."

"I am."

"You are not."

"I think you'll find I am," I said stubbornly and Eli gritted his teeth in frustration.

We may or may not have been arguing back and forth the whole way home from school about Noah's party.

But really, was it much of a surprise with us two?

"For Godsake, Daisy!" Eli yelled. "Do not make me fucking say it again, you are not going to Noah's party. You're grounded. This conversation is over."

Eli harshly pushed his door open and quickly got out of his car. I glared at his retreating figure and muttered rude words under my breath.

As if I would listen to that dickhead.

"-So keep an eye on her because she will try to sneak out."

I narrowed my eyes at Eli when I overheard the end of his conversation with Blake.

"Speak of the devil!" Blake smirked. "Good day?"

"Shit," I replied and looked at Eli. "You little rat. You snitch-"

"Daisy, shut up," Blake said and rolled his eyes. "Do you really think you'd get away with sneaking off to a party?"

"With his fat mouth, no," I snapped, directing a cold look at Eli.

"Well, considering you have no plans for the evening then you get to spend it with me," Blake said, smiling sweetly at me.

"I will punch you if you keep smiling at me like that," I said. "And we're not having sex tonight."

Jack looked up from the sofa and raised his eyebrows. "She's pissed," he noted. "She's pissed at you, bro."

"Jack, the commentary is not needed," I said and narrowed my eyes at him. "It's just a party, Blake. You don't even need to tell Rob, he won't even know I've left the house."

"Until he decides to check the tracker and finds out that you are not at the house," Blake said.

"I'll be at a house?" I said and Eli scoffed.

"I'll leave you two to your lovers quarrel," he muttered and walked off.

"We aren't lovers!" I yelled. "We just fuck!"

"We're not lovers either," Mason said, looking up from the tv where him, Jack, Carter and Tom were all playing Xbox. "Does that mean we can fuck?"

"In your dreams," I snorted.

"Looks like it'll be just me and my sock tonight," Mason said with a dramatic sigh and I shook my head at him in disgust.

"Remind me to wear robber gloves the next time I do your washing," I muttered and walked towards the kitchen door.

"Hey." Blake caught my arm and pulled me towards him. "You're not going to make me tie you to your bed, are you? Not that I'd be complaining. If it's the only way to stop you from going to the party then I'd happily do it."

"I'm not into that shit," I shrugged and tried to walk away, but Blake's grip was solid.

"Daisy," he said lowly. "You've got two weeks left, just suck it up until then. In two weeks you can go to as many parties as you want."

"Yeah, whatever," I muttered. "Can you let go of me now?"

"Daisy, I'm being serious."

"And I'm being serious when I say get off me," I said.

"You aren't going," he said sternly.

"Let go of me."

"Are you going to go to the party?"

"Are you going to let go of me?"

"You're so damn stubborn," Blake muttered.

"You're so damn annoying," I countered.

"Daisy," Blake said. "You're not going."

"I have an idea," I said, my tone lightening. "It's great, you're going to love it."

"I doubt it."

"How about, I agree not to go to the party and you agree to kick Eli out?" I paused for about half a second before continuing. "Ah! I knew you'd agree. Great minds think alike. I'm glad we had the discussion and sorted it all out. I'm off now."

I forcefully ripped my arm from Blake's arm and walked into the kitchen.

"I'm watching you, Daisy!" Blake called.

"Doesn't this look cute," I said, looking at Erik and Oli who were seated at the kitchen table and hunched over my laptop. They both jumped apart when I spoke and I smirked. "For assassins you scare easily."

"Well, we do the sneaking up and killing people, it's not the other way round," Oli said.

"Oh how I wish that were true for some," I murmured and took a seat at the table. "I'm bored," I announced. "Humour me."

Oli raised an eyebrow at me. "Daisy, we were kinda in the middle of something."

"And you can still be kinda in the middle of it when I go," I smiled and looked at Erik. "I have a question."

"Shoot."

"Why is Hampson a hermit?"

Erik laughed. "What?"

"Well he's never around, he hardly talks and I'm not even sure you can count his grunts as a normal human noise to be honest. Is he illiterate?"

"I get the feeling that you insult people quite a lot without meaning to," Erik said, but Oli shook his head.

"She means to."

Erik chuckled. "He is perfectly capable of speaking the English language."

"Then why doesn't he?"

"Hampson has always been very reserved. It's just his personality."

"Would it kill him to smile?" I muttered. "Even I manage to on the rare occasion."

"Very rare occasion," Oli grinned.

"I asked you to humour me, not be mean to me," I said with a fake pout and stood up. "You two can continue with your bromance. Don't let me stop you-" I looked at the computer screen and sighed when I saw it covered in a bunch of codes and confusing looking writing. "-Maybe I should stop you. That looks awful."

"It's actually quite simple. I could teach you-"

"No!" Oli and I both said immediately and Erik smiled sheepishly.

"Or not."

"Anyone got an idea what's for dinner?" I wondered.

"Pizza?" Oli suggested.

"I'll make something," I said with a shake of my head. I walked over to the fridge and started grabbing the ingredients for spaghetti bolognese. As I started making the food I frowned.

How the hell was I going to sneak out?
