Fuck. This was some major hangover.

I groaned and forced my eyes open, nearly blinding myself due to the bright light.

"Fuck, what did I drink last night?" I grumbled and rubbed my eyes, clearing my vision.

I frowned, my eyes taking in the room I was in. Was this a hospital room? Why was I in a hospital room?

I kicked the bed sheets back and went to sit up, but an agonising pain in my stomach exploded and I yelled out in pain.

"Shit!" I cried and slapped my hand over my mouth and screwed my face up in pain. I fell back onto the bed and took a few deep breaths. After the pain had subdued slightly I cautiously glanced at my stomach and lifted the hospital gown to reveal a large blood stained bandage.

"What the..." I whispered and I gasped just as the door opened and a nurse walked in.

"Oh my, you're awake!" She cried. "How are you feeling, Daisy?"

I completely ignored the nurse as she hurried over to the bed and started to check the charts and monitors.

I remembered.

"Daisy? Daisy, look at me, sweetheart," the nurse said softly and I slowly looked up at her. "You've been through quite an ordeal. What do you remember?"

I gulped and closed my eyes, trying to stop the tears that I knew were going to come. "I... I... Um-" I couldn't hold them in. A loud sob racked through my body and I started to cry horrendously. I covered my face with my hands and cried like I had never done before.

"Oh, Daisy," the nurse sighed. "Let it all out, sweetheart."

"Piss off," I managed to force out. "Go away! Leave me alone!"

"Daisy, calm down-"

"Fuck off!" I yelled and cried even harder. "Just get away from me! Leave! Fucking go!"

"Daisy!"

My head snapped up and I looked to the door where Rob and Adam where, surrounded by Beth and the guys.

"Dad," I whimpered and took in his appearance. Gone was his usual crisp suit and slicked back hair. He was in jeans and a creased shirt, his hair was a mess and days old stubble had formed. Adam looked pretty similar.

Rob and Adam walked up to the bed and Rob cautiously edged closer to me before suddenly wrapping his arms around me. Part of me wanted to push him away, I didn't want anyone to touch me, but then another part of me knew he was safe and I just wanted a hug from my dad.

I bawled even more and wrapped my arms around him.

"I'm so glad you're awake," Rob whispered and kissed my head. "Daisy, you worry me no matter what you do. I was so scared, young lady."

I jumped in fright when a hand landed on my shoulder and I glanced up in panic, but relaxed when I realised it was only Adam.

"We're going to get him," Adam growled. "The guy that did this."

"I'm going to kill him," Rob said coldly. "And I'm going to enjoy it."

"No," I croaked as pulled away from Rob. "I am. I'm going to kill him."

*

I jumped when there was a knock at the door and Beth poked her in, smiling sheepishly. "I brought you some clothes, so you can get out of that god awful hospital gown."

"Thanks," I said quietly and Beth walked in. "Close the door," I said quickly. "Please."

Beth nodded and shut the door behind her and she put a bag down a chair next to the bed I was in. "Daisy, I'm so sorry-"

"Beth," I sighed and shook my head. "Don't. It wasn't your fault so don't apologise for it."

"I just... I should have been with you. I should-"

"Stop it!" I said firmly. "It wasn't your fault. The only person to blame is the person who done it. End of."

Beth looked at me and sighed in defeat, slowly nodding. "I thought you weren't going to make it," she admitted and sat at the end of the bed.

"Thanks for having faith in me," I said sarcastically and shifted away from her.

"You died."

I looked at Beth and raised my eyebrows. "I-I did?"

"15 seconds," Beth said quietly.

"Shit," I coughed.

"I've never seen the Rob or Adam so worried," Beth said.

"So they care," I said sarcastically and Beth chuckled slightly.

"You know they do."

I sighed and nodded. "I know."

"How are you feeling?" Beth wondered.

"Like shit," I groaned. "I just want to go home."

"That won't be happening for a while," Eli announced and walked into the room. "You died, Daisy."

"But I'm alive now, that's what counts," I shrugged.

"You were dead. They need to monitor you."

"I feel fine."

"You said you felt like shit," Beth pointed out and I glared at her.

"Not helpful," I said and she smiled sheepishly and stood up.

"I'll be back later," she said and walked out of the room.

"What do you want?" I asked, looking at Eli in boredom.

"I came to make you feel better by telling you how shit you look," he said with a smile and I narrowed my eyes at him. "Teasing, princess. You were bleeding out in my arms, sue me for feeling slightly concerned."

"Well, I'm just groovy so you can go now," I said and waved my hand at him.

"I'm cool," he shrugged and took a seat at the chair beside the bed.

"Do I actually look like shit?" I asked and Eli raised an eyebrow at me.

"You died. Do you really want me to answer that question?"

"I wouldn't be asking otherwise, dipshit," I muttered.

"You look like death," Eli shrugged. "Don't take it personally."

"Considering your tastes in women I won't," I said and screwed my face up in disgust.

"Be polite," Eli scolded and smirked smugly. "I did save your life."

"Bullshit," I scoffed.

"Blake wanted to pull the knife out of you," Eli explained. "The knife was the only thing keeping you alive. It was blocking the blood flow. I stopped him."

"That's not really saving my life," I said.

Eli smirked. "I think it is, princess."

I shook my head and shifted on the bed, groaning in pain when I did.

"Don't move, idiot," Eli said and rolled his eyes.

"Fuck off, you try lying in this bed in the same spot," I snapped and rubbed my eyes tiredly.

"How are you feeling, Daisy?" Eli asked seriously.

"How many times am I going to have to answer that question?" I wondered and shook my head. "I feel fantastic, can I leave this shitty room now?"

"Stop pretending," Eli snapped and I raised an eyebrow at him. "Stop pretending you're fine. You're not. You're broken inside. You're flinching at every loud noise and whenever someone moves a centimetre towards you! You died, Daisy! You were raped! You don't have to pretend. You don't have to put up an act!"

"Why did you ask when you clearly know the answer?" I muttered and glared at my hands. "Leave, Eli. Fuck off!"

"Don't hide it," Eli ordered. "No ones going to blame you for breaking down."

"Stop talking," I snapped and took a deep breath. "I can't talk about it. I don't want to think about it. I can't. I just can't." I gulped and closed my eyes, but tears were building again.

"Cry," Eli groaned. "Cry, Daisy! No one is going to judge you! Let it out! Fucking cry! Stop being such an emotionless bitch!"

"You're such a dick!" I yelled.

"I'm trying to help you!"

"I don't need help! Especially not from you!" I whimpered and I jumped in fright when Eli stood up and walked up to me, placing his hands on the bed and leaning down, but he made sure not to touch me.

"You do," he said lowly, "especially from me."

"What makes you think you're so special?" I asked as tears slipped down my cheek.

"I'm not special," Eli shrugged. "But I can help you."

"No you can't."

"Not unless you let me, princess."

*

"Fuck!" I yelled and groaned in frustration. "Fuck, fuck, fuck!"

"Don't strain yourself!" Joey panicked.

"I'm fine!" I grunted. "I'm just pissed! I can't even sit up by myself!"

"That's not you're fault," Oly said and I winced in pain when I tried to push myself into a sitting position. "Let me help, Dais-"

"No!" I said sternly and held my hand up. "Don't." The guys all shared a knowing look and I sighed. "Stop staring at me like that."

"Like what?" Mason wondered.

"Like I'm broken," I snapped. "Stop it."

"You are broken," Blake shrugged and I glared at him.

"Thanks for that shitty comment,"
I growled. "Thanks a lot."

"That probably wasn't the best thing to say, Blake," Oli pointed out and I sighed loudly and slumped back onto the bed.

"When can I go home?" I groaned.

"When the doctors think you're fit enough to handle yourself," Blake said. "So clearly not anytime soon."

"I getting sick of staring at these walls!" I growled. "It's been a week!"

"Exactly," Joey said, "just one week."

"Please just tell them I'm fine to go home," I sighed and held my hand to my head. "At least I can be in my own bed and not get creepy doctors staring at me every five minutes."

"They're trying to help," Oli pointed out.

"I don't want their help," I muttered. "I just want to go home."

"I'm going to gag you if you keep saying that," Blake said. "You're staying, end of."

I narrowed my eyes at Blake. "The door is over there. Use it," I snapped. "I think you've overstayed your welcome."

Blake frowned at me and I raised an eyebrow expectantly.

"I'm waiting," I said. "Leave."

"You're not being serious-"

"Am I laughing?" I demanded. "No, so do something useful and fuck off."

"Jheeze, I'll be back when you're not in a mood," Blake muttered and walked off.

"Daisy," Oli said cautiously. "Are you-"

"I'm fine!" I snapped. "I'm amazing! Stop asking me that and do something useful!"

"Like what?" Joey asked.

"Food, please can someone go and get me some food that isn't goddamn hospital food that tastes worse than Mason's shit," I said quickly.

"My shit is coming right up," Mason said sarcastically. "Any preferences, sweet cheeks?"

"Something hot, fattening and greasy," I sighed.

"I'll be back," Mason said and walked out of the room.

"So, what do you want to do now?" Oli wondered.

"Well, my options are pretty limited," I said and rolled my eyes. "I'll do anything that distracts me from this shitty place."

*

"Don't touch me," I snapped, shoving the nurse away from me. "I can do it myself." I gripped onto the bed and forced myself onto my feet, gritting my teeth in pain as I did so.

"Daisy, don't strain yourself-" The nurse went to take my arm but a cold glare from me stopped her.

"Don't you dare lay your hand on me," I growled.

"Be polite, Daisy, the nurse is just trying to help you," Rob scolded as he walked into the room with Adam by his side.

"I don't want her help," I scowled.

"At least use the crutches," the nurse said and pointed to the crutches resting at the end of the bed. "They will help."

"I'm fine," I grunted and gasped when my stomach screamed in pain.

"Stop being a brat and accept the help," Adam said and handed the crutches to me. "Take them or we'll get a wheelchair for you."

I scowled at him and grabbed the crutches which did in fact help me to stand upright.

"How are you feeling?" Rob asked and I sighed.

"Wonderful," I snapped. "I just really want to get out of this place, can we go now?"

"I've got a meeting to attend, Adam will take you home," Rob said and walked up to me. "I just wanted to check you were alright."

"Never been better!" I said sarcastically. "Stop fussing, you can go."

Rob sighed and shook his head. "If anything is wrong then tell one of the guys. Don't hide it," he said sternly. "Am I clear, young lady?"

"Crystal," I said and rolled my eyes.

"I'm serious!" He warned and I stiffened when he kissed my head and then walked off.

"Let's go, sis, I've got shit to do and being your taxi driver wasn't on my list of things to do today," Adam said and grabbed my bags from the floor and walked beside me as I made my way out of the room I had been in for the past two and a half weeks.

"You don't need to stand right beside me," I grunted and struggled to walk at a normal pace. "I'm not going to choke and fall over."

"You might," Adam shrugged. "You can barely walk straight, I'm staying right by your side just in case."

"So you do care," I teased and Adam pushed the button for the lift.

"You're my little sister, of course I do," Adam sighed and we walked into the lift, well I hobbled.

"Have you got any leads?" I asked after a few moments of silence.

"There's security cameras outside the club you were in, we should be able to ID the guy that..." Adam trailed off and coughed.

"That raped me," I spat and glared at the floor.

"Yeah," he muttered. "Daisy, are you sure you're going to be okay going back to live with the guys?"

"Yeah, why?"

"Because you're not you," Adam said. "You're so jumpy, you flinch when even I walk near you and I can tell you're scared."

"You've been with me for what? 10 minutes?" I scoffed. "I'm fine, Adam, stop fussing."

"You know if you tell yourself that enough times you might start to believe it," Adam shrugged and I glared at him as the doors to the lift opened and we walked out onto the ground floor of the Agency.

I groaned when agents turned to stare and I gave them cold looks which made them avert their gazes. "How many people know what happened?" I asked quietly.

"Well considering you were rushed through the ground floor of the Agency bleeding to death I'm pretty sure quite a few agents witnessed it," Adam shrugged and I groaned.

"Just get me home," I demanded and I yelled in surprise when Adam lifted me into his arms. "What the hell! Put me down!" I growled.

"Daisy, it's me, I'm not going to hurt you," Adam said and sped through the Agency, quickly making it outside. I gasped in relief when he put me back on the floor once we were outside of his car and I shivered involuntary, glaring at Adam before taking a seat in his car.

"Don't do that again," I said sternly and crossed my arms over my chest.

Adam ignored me and started to car. "Let's get you home."

"Yay."

*

"Shit, you're back," Jack said as he opened the front door and stepped aside to let me in.

"Don't look so surprised," I said and hobbled inside. "It's not like I died or anything."

I stuck my finger up at Adam when he sighed and slammed the door in his face. "Love you too!" He yelled and I rolled my eyes and looked at Jack.

"The amount of injured people in this household is slowly increasing," I commented and made my way into the house. I walked into the living room and was greeted with the surprises faces of the guys.

"Whoa, Daisy!" Oli gasped. "You're home!"

"I am," I said and slowly eased myself down onto the sofa next to Erik.

It gave me comfort knowing that he was gay. It made me feel safer.

"How you feeling?" Blake asked.

"Okay, lets just clear something up," I called. "Do not ask me that. I've come home to feel normal and I'm not going to be able to do that if I have people questioning me every minute. I was stabbed, no, I not okay. End of."

"You were stabbed?" Emma asked.

"Okay, is this bitch stupid or has the medication I was given gone to my head?" I called and raised an eyebrow at Emma. "Where the fuck have you been for the past few weeks?"

"We don't exactly make an effort to include Miss Bitch in our daily life," Eli muttered and ignored the glare he received from Emma.

"Why were you stupid enough to get stabbed?" Emma asked which earned harsh stares from everyone in the room.

"I was attacked and raped," I said slowly, my voice void from any emotion. The guys all sucked in a breath and Emma's eyes widened slightly. She coughed and awkwardly looked away. "So, what were you saying, Emma?"

"N-nothing," she muttered and avoided eye contact with me.

"So, what have I missed?" I asked and looked at the guys expectantly.

"Eli beat up Kent and Hunter," Tom spoke up and I couldn't help but smile.

"You did?" I said and looked at Eli who shrugged.

"We bumped into each other and I wanted to wipe their smug smiles off their faces," Eli said dismissively.

"I hope you got them bad."

"Broken bones, cracked ribs, it was brutal," Carter grinned.

"Good," I said. "Bastards."

"Beth and Tom fucked!" Mason called.

"How the fuck did you know!" Tom exclaimed.

"It's Mason, his world revolves around sex," Blake said and rolled his eyes.

"Not my whole world," Mason defended himself. "And you guys weren't discrete about it."

"She was worried about Daisy and I was just comforting her," Tom shrugged.

"Beth has poor tastes," I said and Tom raised his eyebrows at me.

"Excuse me, Dais?"

"She went back to a guy that cheated on her," I said and shook my head. "She's an idiot."

Tom huffed and I chuckled slightly.

"Right, I'm going upstairs," I said and groaned as I pulled myself up from the sofa, swatting Erin's hand away when he reached out to help me. I ignored the crutches I had dumped on the floor and slowly and painfully made my way over to the stairs.

"Why?" Blake called.

"To shower," I said coldly and winced as I managed to get up the first step.

"Daisy, maybe one of us should help you-"

"Touch me and you'll regret it," I warned, cutting Joey off.

"Really? You're not exactly very mobile," Dante muttered and I paused and turned round, raising my eyebrow at him.

"Do you want to repeat that?" I snapped and took a step towards him.

"No, he doesn't," Blake said. "Daisy, ignore him."

"No, I want to see what the little smartass has to say," I said. "From what I hear you're acting like you're too big for your boots, maybe you need taking down a notch."

"Daisy, he's right, you're not very mobile," Blake said. "Leave it."

"Shut your mouth!" I growled and I stiffened when Eli sighed frustratedly, throwing cold looks to Blake, Dante and then to me.

"Rob has given me strict orders to make sure you don't do anymore damage to yourself," he said and stood up from the sofa and walked up to me. "Come on, leave it."

"But Dante's face is just screaming to be punched."

"Then you can do it when you're not recovering from a stab wound that nearly killed you," Eli said and rolled his eyes. He took a step closer to me and I stiffened. "Don't make me touch you, princess."

"Dick," I grumbled and turned round and walked back towards the stairs. I was aware of Eli behind me, keeping his distance, but staying close enough to catch me if I fell.

"Daisy," Eli said once we reached Blake's room. "Are you okay?"

"Just peachy," I murmured and tried to close the door in his face, but he put his foot in the way. "What, Eli?"

"The truth," he said.

"I'm fucking amazing," I said. "Move your damn foot."

Eli arched an eyebrow and crossed his arms over his chest. "I promised Rob I'd make sure you wouldn't do anything stupid, so please try not to make your injury worse."

"I'll try my best," I said, faking enthusiasm.

"So damn defensive," Eli muttered and shook his head. He moved his foot away from the door and then walked away.

I immediately slammed the door and went over to the bed, collapsing onto the soft mattress and letting the tears come.

I was not okay.

I didn't know if I ever would be again.
