"Hello Alexander," Magnus chimed into his phone as he played with the tassle on the square, maroon pillow on the couch next to him.

"Hi," Alec responded stiffly. He handed the paper back to his father with his signature at the bottom.

"You aren't alone." Magnus said, recognizing Alec's stiffness.

"Father, we can only a few more items to go over. Would you like a drink?" Alec said in response to Magnus's question.

"Yes. Do you need me to go so you can finish up?" His father asked nodding to his phone with a disapproving look. He was not happy that Alec had answered.

"No, just a minute." Alec covered the mouth piece, then stood up. "How can I help you?"

"So you're with your father?" Magnus smiled and flopped down on his couch with his knees bent and his left foot over his right leg, bobbing to a non-existent beat.

"Yes," Alec tucked his phone between his shoulder and right ear as he grabbed a glass and filled it with ice.

"Hmm," Magnus tapped his chin, "I wonder how red you would get if I were you talk about what we were doing last night..." Magnus picked a piece of dust off his black pants as he let his comment soak in.

Alec cleared his throat to cover his choking at what Magnus said. "Sorry, but I am in a meeting-"

"Oh, I know." Magnus practically sang. "Do you remember when I kissed your neck on the side right under your ear? The place where you are just so sensitive. That sound you made... beautiful. It's one of my favorite sounds." Magnus added in a husky voice.

Alec tugged at the collar of his button up shirt and undid the top button before loosening it. "I see. Well, how about we meet tonight and we can discuss this further?" Alec said in a shaky voice trying to stay calm.

"But I'm just starting," Magnus purred. "What about when you kissed my stomach and chest as you slowly pulled my shirt up?"

Alec was beet red, his heart pumping so fast that he thought it was going to explode. "We'll continue this then." Alec hung up and silenced his phone before Magnus could say any more.

"Sorry about that." Alec told his father as he placed the glass I  front of him.

Robert looked at his son, confused. "Alec, do you think I could actually have a drink in the glass?"

Alec looked at the glass that only had a melting piece of ice. "Right. You probably don't want just ice."

"Are you okay, son?"

"Yes, just have to deal with a heated situation later tonight." Alec said carefully as he poured some water.

"Do you need my help?"

"By the angel! NO!" Alec exclaimed, disgusted at the idea.

"Okay?" Robert cocked an eyebrow at him.

"Sorry, I mean I just want to be able to prove that I can do this myself." Alec covered and cursed Magnus in his head.
