Magnus rolled over on top of Alec and pressed his back into the bed. He smiled down at him and then kissed him. He couldn't believe how happy he was. He never thought he could be this happy; he didn't even know that anyone could feel this happy.

Alec's arms wrapped around him and flipped them over so Alec was on top of him. Alec pushed himself up on his elbows so that they were barely touching. Magnus wanted to pull him back against him but a glance at the clock told him that he better not.

"We should go." Magnus exhaled sadly.

"I know." Alec didn't move and neither did Magnus. They were staring into each other's eyes like it was the last time they'd ever see the other.

"Do you think anyone would mind if we're late?" Magnus asked and ran his fingers over Alec's shirt covered chest.

"Do you think you'll mind if Izzy kills me?" Alec chuckled back and gave Magnus a hungry look. "Then again you could revive me I bet."

"That I could but I'd prefer not too." Magnus laughed back and used his magic to blow up the clock. "But what if we lost track of time?"

"She'd still end us both. You know how much she's put into this for us. I mean she even offered to watch the kids." Alec gave Magnus a peck on the mouth then got up before he got caught up in the moment. It had been impossibly hard for them to go an entire week sharing a bed without doing more than kissing, but he wanted to make tonight special and Magnus had begrudgingly agreed.

"We're not leaving them with her are we?" Magnus asked sitting up on the bed and swinging his legs over the side.

Alec laughed. "By the angel, of course not! They're staying with my parents."

"Good, because I can't trust a woman that bad at cooking with our children. Plus, she's not the best at dealing with Max. I don't think she's forgiven him for sending her through that portal when she tried to put him in timeout." Magnus smiled with pride for his son. He remembered the day perfectly.

"I don't think she'll ever get over that." Alec chuckled. "Especially because you were laughing too hard to fix it for over an hour."

"Hey, you were laughing too." Magnus pointed out and hopped up to his feet.

"Yeah, but I couldn't do anything. She sure was pissed. I really thought she was going to kill us all." Alec went into the closet and got his garment bag.

"Me too." Magnus followed him and grabbed his own. "Can I see your suit finally?"

"Let me see." Alec stroked his chin as if he were thinking. "Nope."

"Come on. I've been so patient. Let me see." Magnus jumped at him trying to grab the bag but Alec leapt out of the way.

"No way Mr. Bane." Alec gave him a smoldering look and held the bag behind his back.

"Fine, Mr. Lightwood." Magnus bopped him on the nose and went to the bathroom in a flourish.

"You know we have actually discussed that yet." Aled called through the door as he unzipped the bag and pulled out his suit.

"What, darling?" Magnus asked pulling on his suit.

"Our names." Alec said.

"Ah, right. About that." Magnus dabbed on the last of his makeup and peeked out the door. His jaw dropped when he saw Alec. "Alexander you look beautiful."

Alec blushed. "You weren't supposed to look."

"By the angel, I'm glad I did because damn!" Magnus rushed out and grabbed his arms to hold them out then spun him around. "I have never seen anything so perfect, well besides me, but you are, wow, just wow."

"Thanks." Alec raised an eyebrow at him. "You're right about you looking perfect too."

"Thank you, love." Magnus almost kissed him but held back. "You must know how happy I am about this, Alexander Gideon Bane."

"I am too Magnus Bane Lightwood." Alec gave him a crooked grin.

"I think we've answered your question. We'll take each other's last names." Magnus pulled away so he could look at Alec again. He was dressed in all black per usual except he had on a bright purple shirt that matched the deep purple of Magnus's suit. It went perfectly with Magnus's black silk shirt and they had on matching silver bowties. Magnus straightened Alec's bowtie and patted his chest.

"I could be okay with that." Alec touched Magnus's cheek. "But I'd prefer we have the same last name. We'll be Mr. and Mr. Bane."

"Really? Are you sure?" Magnus had been with Alec for so long that he shouldn't have been surprised by him anymore but still his Alexander always found new ways to surprise him and brighten his life including the day he took in Max.

"Completely." Alec took his hand. "Now let's go kiss our boys and get married."

A/N Hope you're liking it. Sorry it ended up longer than I planned so I'll do the actual wedding tomorrow. I just didn't want to rush it or have a super long chapter. Plus, it's more fun this way.
