Magnus looked at his phone. Why hadn't Alec called him back or even texted? He was over an hour late for their date. Sure sometimes Alec had to go off and be a shadowhunter, a damn goo one, but he still usually was kind enough to warn him. Magnus looked at Chairman Meow and picked him up. He scrunched his face up against the cats.

"Where do you think he is?" He asked the cat. The cat meowed in response.

"Well you are no help at all." He tsked and put the cat down. "No milk for you today."

The cat wound himself through Magnus's legs and started to purr. "Well fine, but only because I'm more upset with Alec right now." He opened the fridge and poured the cat some milk.

He then decided there was no point for him to still have his pants on. He was home alone and bored. He didn't need to be dressed up. He danced to his room and flung off his clothes so that he was only in a pair of gold briefs, then pulled on a magenta robe.

"Much better." He spun in front of his mirror. "Alec has no idea  what he's missing out on."

Buzzzzz!

"Who dares disturb the high warlock of Brooklyn!" His voice boomed through the buzzer.

"Magnus?" Alec's voice sounded so quiet. Magnus instantly forgot his anger and magicked the door open. He rushed to the door with his robe flailing behind him.

"Alexander, what's wrong?" He caught Alec in a tight embrace and felt the heat radiating off him.

"It's nothing. Sorry I'm late." Alec coughed then sneezed.

"Oh my poor baby. You're sick." Magnus touched his forehead with the back of his hand then kissed it.

"Yeah, sorry I should probably go. I don't want to get you sick." Alec turned around.

"I'm a warlock. I won't get a measly cold. Stay!" He ushered him inside. "Take a seat on the couch. I'll get you some soup and tea."

"I'm not  hungry." Alec sank into the couch and let his head fall back against the soft cushion.

"You'll eat some soup. It's good for you." Magnus demanded and ran to his kitchen to get the tray and snapped his fingers making the best chicken noodle soup and a cup of chamomile tea appear.

"Here you-" Magnus stopped his announcement when he heard Alec's soft snore. His head sunk to his shoulder as he continued to sleep. Magnus wanted to wake him because he knew that his boyfriend needed to eat and get some fluids into his body to keep his energy up, but he couldn't do it.

He gently picked Alec up who shifted so that his face was buried against his chest. Magnus stood still just to soak in the moment because knowing Alec, he knew this kind of thing wouldn't happen often. His shadowhunter was much too strong to need someone's help let alone let Magnus carry him around like a new bride. He chuckled as he imagined Alec in a big fluffy white dress. He would have a flower crown on his head too.  It would be made of pastel colors.

"You would be a beautiful pastel bride, well groom, because we both know you wouldn't wear a dress even for fun. But I might." He smirked and walked to his bedroom. He tried to set Alec down on the bed but he started to whine in his sleep and held tighter.

"You're too cute for your own good Alexander." Magnus gave up on setting him down and took a seat on the edge of the bed with Alec still in his arms. He then slowly laid back against his pillow and used his magic to cover them with his thick comforter. Alec sighed in relief and stretched out his legs, tangling them with Magnus's. Magnus brushed his fingers through his hair and hummed a song from when he was much younger.

A/N Sorry it's so short but I'll post the next part to it tomorrow! Love you all!
