Periods, one of the most challenging aspects of being a girl. During that 'time of the month,' not only did you have to deal with major cramps, but you also experienced extreme mood swings from time to time.

"Good morning!" Y/bf smiled, his head in the fridge as you walked into the kitchen.

"Morning," you muttered, shuffling over to the counter next to the fridge.

Unfortunately, you both turned around at the same time, and y/bf's elbow ended up connecting with your chest.

"Oh honey, I'm so sor-" before y/bf could finish, you unintentionally kicked him in a sensitive area, not fully realizing what you had done.

Grimacing, he crossed his legs and fell to the floor, causing you to feel utterly awful.

"Why'd you do that? I said I was sorry," he protested, still in pain.

"I'm s-sorry, I- I didn't mean to," you squeaked, rushing to your bedroom.

You didn't mean to hurt y/bf, and you didn't even intend to kick him; it just happened. You felt a deep ache of remorse, but you were too ashamed to face him. Slamming the door, you trudged over to your bed, weeping as you buried yourself under the covers.

"Y/n, what's going on? Are you okay?" Y/bf called, tapping on the door before slightly creaking it open.

"I'm sorry... it's just... I'm on my period, and I'm having major mood swings," you groaned, hiding your face under the blankets.

"Oh, honey, why didn't you just tell me? I can help you," he sympathetically smiled, sticking his head under the covers to see you.

He gently pulled the covers off you and wrapped his arms around you.

"I'm sorry for kicking you," you apologized, him wiping the tears from your cheek.

"It's okay; I deserved it, and now we've made yet another funny memory together," he laughed.

"Let's go watch a movie and cuddle, okay?" he suggested.

"Sounds amazing," you beamed, following him into the living room.

You spent the rest of the day watching comedies and cuddling with the best boyfriend in the world.
