You were on your way to meet y/bf at a nearby coffee shop, the roads slippery due to the rain.
As you drove, you didn't notice the car beside you sliding on the wet road, colliding with your car. Upon impact, you were immediately knocked out, losing all memory of the accident.
Rubbing your eyes, you became aware of the bright light above you, your surroundings unfamiliar.

"Oh, thank goodness you're awake!" Y/bf exclaimed, kissing your forehead.

"W-What happened?" You mumbled, looking around the white room.

"Some guy's car spun out of control and hit you," he explained, leaving you in shock.

"Am I in the hospital?"

He nodded, gently squeezing your hand.

"Am I going to be okay?" You asked, with y/bf still holding your hand.

"Luckily, you only broke your leg," he said, gesturing to the substantial cast on your leg.

Looking down, you noticed a cast in your favorite color covering your leg, already signed by y/bf.

"Hey, it's my favorite color. Did you tell them that?" You inquired, inspecting your leg more closely.

"Yeah, I wanted to soften the blow a little bit, made sure the cast was your favorite color."

"You're so sweet. I love you," you beamed, grabbing his hand and bringing it to your cheek.

"I love you so much; I'm so glad you're okay," he happily sighed, leaning in to kiss you.

After a few minutes, your parents arrived, completely shocked to see their little girl.

"Oh y/n, are you okay?" Your mom asked, rushing over to you.

"Yeah, I'm okay," you smiled, allowing her to kiss your forehead.

Looking at the door, you saw your dad walk in, a teddy bear in his hands.

"Hey (your childhood nickname), how are you feeling?" He asked, placing the teddy bear in your arms.

"I'm good now that all the people I love are here," you announced, earning smiles from everyone.

You spent the remainder of the day talking with y/bf and your parents until it was about 11:00 pm.

"Well, y/n, we should get going. Do you want one of us to stay?" Your mom asked, picking up her belongings.

Before you could answer, y/bf spoke up.

"If it's okay with you guys, I could stay with her," y/bf said, looking at your parents.

"Oh, that'd be lovely! Thank you!" Your mom exclaimed, hugging y/bf.

"He's a keeper," your dad whispered to you, also giving y/bf a hug.

After your parents left, it was just the two of you.

"Hey y/bf, could you come sit by me?" You asked, scooting over to make room.

"Absolutely," he smiled, sitting down beside you.

You rested your head on his chest, his arm wrapping around you.

"Thanks for staying here with me all day," you said, nuzzling into his chest.

"Anything for you. I'm just glad you're okay; I couldn't live without you," he explained, kissing your forehead.

After spending the night, you were finally able to go home, with y/bf helping you every step of the way.
