"C'mon, y/bf, let's go," you urged, tugging at his sleeve.

"Hang on, let me zip up my jacket," he laughed, pulling up his zipper.

Today's weather was perfect for an adventure, and you just happened to live next to a beautiful forest.

"Wow, it's beautiful," y/bf said, walking through the tall pine trees.

The two of you strolled hand in hand through the forest, with birds happily chirping.

"Wait, y/n, don't move!" y/bf exclaimed, letting go of your hand and backing away from you.

"What's wrong?" you asked, turning to face him.

"Nothing, it's just really good lighting," he responded, pulling out his phone and taking some pictures.

"I thought there was a bear or something!" you exclaimed, rolling your eyes.

"Sorry, I just needed some more pictures of my beautiful girl," he cooed, walking back over to you.

Walking a few more feet, you came across a shallow but long river, with small rocks making a path across.

"Looks like we're going to have to jump," you said, examining the rocks.

Just as you were about to hop on a stone, y/bf ran past you, jumping across all the stones. He stopped in the middle before turning around to face you.

"Catch me if you can!" he called, proceeding to jump to the next rock.

It was at this time karma decided to strike as he missed a stone, falling back first into the river.

"Caught you," you teased, skipping past him on the rocks.

"I just let you beat me," he chuckled, getting out of the river.

"Mhm, whatever you say," you teased, kissing his cheek.

After walking for a few more minutes, you came across a beautiful clearing, with a single tree standing in the middle.

"Hey look, a treehouse!" you exclaimed, pointing at the wooden structure.

"Let's go check it out," y/bf said, pulling you to the tree.

Upon approaching the tree, you saw a step ladder leading up to the house. Immediately, you started climbing the ladder, reaching the top in seconds.

"I can see my house from here!" you exclaimed, seeing the top of the roof of your house.

"We should spruce this place up! Maybe we could paint it, add some lights, and some chairs," y/bf suggested, climbing up the last step on the ladder.

"That's a brilliant idea! Let's go buy some stuff!" you exclaimed, hurrying down the ladder.

"Are you kidding me? I just got up here. Why are you so fast?" y/bf whined, causing you to laugh.

You quickly ran back to your house, y/bf trailing behind you. Reaching the house, the two of you hopped in the car, heading to the nearest store.

"Okay, what color should we paint it?" y/bf asked, examining the paint options.

"White would look good," you said, pointing to the bucket.

"Good idea, that's perfect!" he smiled, grabbing a few cans of white paint.

After getting the paint, you went over to the decoration aisle, picking out tons of fairy lights and other decorations. Finally, after what seemed like hours, you reached home, immediately heading back to the treehouse.

"This will be so cool!" y/bf said, starting to paint the old wood.

While he painted, you headed up to the top, stringing fairy lights in between branches.

As y/bf waited for the paint to dry, he began tying a hammock on a stray branch, giving you the perfect resting spot.

"It looks amazing," you said, crawling into the hammock next to y/bf.

"It will look even better after the paint dries. Then we can put the furniture in," he smiled, wrapping his arms around you.

While the two of you were peacefully laying in the hammock, something caught your eye - a small creature running around.
Sitting up to get a better view, you realized it was not one, not two, but three bunnies!

"Y/bf," you whispered, pointing in the bunnies' direction.

"Awww, they look so cute," y/bf smiled, sitting up next to you.

Quietly, you stood up, quietly pulling some food from your backpack. You tiptoed across the field until you could nearly touch the bunnies. You held the food in your hand, hoping they'd take it. After a few minutes, the little brown bunny came over to you, putting its paws in your hand as it ate the food.

"Y/bf, look," you called, motioning towards the little animal.

Y/bf quickly walked over, bringing your backpack with him. He sat next to you, holding out more food in his hand. After waiting a minute or two, the grey and white bunnies went to y/bf, eating the food from his hand.

"These guys seem pretty tame," y/bf said, softly stroking the animals' ears.

"Yeah. Maybe they were pets before being released," you suggested, gently lifting the brown one off the ground.

As you carefully carried the bunny to the hammock, followed by y/bf carrying the other two.

"They are so cute," you squealed, pulling all the bunnies into your lap.

"Almost as cute as you, my little bunny," y/bf cooed, kissing your nose.

"Oh, stop it," you blushed, handing him an animal.

As the sun started to sink behind the horizon, you and y/bf started to finish up the treehouse, carrying up the chairs and table.
The moon was high in the sky by the time you finished, leaving the fairy lights to light up the treehouse.

"Wow, it looks amazing," y/bf said, putting an arm around you as he admired the structure.

"We make a pretty good team," you yawned, laying your head on his shoulder.

After that, the two of you visited your treehouse every weekend, making sure to say hi to the bunnies who still came around.
