If Jade keeps looking at me like that I think I might cum in my pants.

Being away from her was hard but now that I'm back I can already feel myself calming down by just being in her presence.

We're in the kitchen now to get some pizza.

I grab two plates from the cabinet and load both up with the meat pizza, another thing Jade and I have in common.

I don't like vegetable pizza and Jade hates mushrooms.......although, "do you want to try the vegetable pizza, I can pick off all the mushrooms."

Jade looks up from the liter of root beer she's pouring into two glasses and scrunches her nose.

"Are those the brown slimy things?"

I smile and nod, "yes."

"No thank you, they still taste like the 'mushrooms'.

I don't know why she did air quotes around the mushrooms part but she really can do no wrong in my eyes.

Jade finishes pouring our drinks and I follow her into the living room, watching how her butt moves in her short shorts.

Its really not doing anything to calm down my raging erection, but can you blame me for staring.

Entering the living room, Phoenix is picking out a movie which most likely means it will be action.

Unfortunate for Jade but fortunate for me.

Well who am I kidding it Jade wanted to watch a romance movie tonight, I'd make her a spot in my bed so we can cuddle and watch it together.

God when have I started to do this cuddling shit.

Maybe we could watch one with sex scenes so I could watch her blush the entire time.

The movie starts and Jade and I eat our pizza, when were finished I take our plates and empty glasses into the kitchen and get her a glass of water if she needs.

Sitting back down on the couch I pull Jade closer to me.

The anxiety from walking into her bedroom after hearing her scream and finding her eyes filled with tears still lingers in my mind and I cant do anything but blame myself.

It is my fault.

She didn't sleep when I was gone, I should have known. She barley sleeps in the first place and only actually sleeps when I'm there next to her.

I vow to not leave her like that again and I'm going to make up for that.

I can tell she's still recovering from whatever happened in her nightmare, judging off of the way she's clinging to me and how she plays with her nails, a bad habit.

I place her hands in mine and squeeze causing her to smile and snuggle closer.

Phoenix send me a knowing look from across the living room and I picture stabbing him with a knife.

Not to kill him, just enough to cause him a good amount of pain.

I know he's not interested in Jade but that doesn't make his teasing any better. Whenever he says something about her I get angry, but Jade likes to hang out with him so I'll put up with it for now.

Jade starts falling asleep again halfway through the movie and my heart hurts.

I carefully settle her in my lap and pick her up from the couch.

I don't bother saying goodbye to anyone as I take Jade into my room.

She stirs a little but I kiss her forehead and lay her down on the bed, her hand still holding tight onto mine.

With her hold on me I maneuver my way over her and onto the bed where she turns and cuddles up to me.

Even in her sleep she seeks me out, and that makes my chest warm.

I hold her even closer to me and rest my head on top of hers.

"I'm sorry I left princess never again," it's a whisper and she's not going to hear me, but it's a promise to her that I intend to keep.

I lay with her for a while before I also close my eyes.

Getting some much-needed sleep.
