"Little hacker?"

"Are you still not talking to me?" Garcia questions Bailee as they enter the conference room waiting for the rest of the team to arrive. Garcia frowns as she gets ignored again. "Why are you so mad?."

Bailee sits down at the round table and spins around on her chair "I'm not mad."

"I might be a hacker, not a profiler but I will always know when you are lying" Garcia states sitting down on her own chair.

Bailee stops spinning and looks at Garcia "I promise I'm not mad. It's just strange." When she sees Garcia's confused expression she expands "I know Aaron said he would be there for me from now on but to explain sex to me." She shivers.

"Do parents really do that?" Bailee asks. Garcia tilts her head "Do what?"

"Like tell their children these types of things?"

Garcia smiles softly at her "B, every family is different, some parents explain things to their children early on, and some wait till the right age."

Garcia takes a deep breath before continuing "Hailey would have likely been the one to explain these certain situations to you. Since she isn't around to do so, Hotch might have not wanted you to feel left out and even though it probably embarrassed you, and him it was a way he could try and be your dad without pushing too far."

Bailee looks down at her feet and then back up to Garcia "He's really trying, isn't he?"

"He lost you once B, he would die before letting that happen again" Garcia states as Reid enters the room.

"What have you guys found?" Reid asks the two hackers. The pair open their laptops and start typing.

"Since 2000, over 200 children's bodies have not been found," Garcia informs him showing him the map of her laptop screen.

"Nationwide, but what about Virginia?" Reid questions.

"Of the missing and presumed dead, there are 12," Bailee answers unwrapping a blueberry lollipop.

"Charlie's been on that list for eight years, Aimee just joined it," Garcia adds.

"All right, so Aimee was taken from Ashburn, Charlie from Leesburg, eight years ago" Reid places markers on the map in the corner of the conference room. "Both within a half-mile of a highway."

"What about the others?"

"Karla Hartaway was abducted in 1999, age eight, from Garrison."

"Stephen Shepherd abducted in 2003, also eight from Arlington."

"Danny Kenman abducted June 12th at 4:00 from a mall."

When two hackers had finished looking through the abducted kids the rest of the team arrived in the conference room and JJ who is with an unfamiliar woman.

"Guys this is Sarah Hillridge" JJ explains.

"We met when Charlie was taken. I mean you know; you saw a lot of us I'm sure we all look the same" The woman states.

"Thank you for coming in. Have a seat," Hotch says.

JJ turns around to look at the board that has the state map on "All right. these represent kids taken from public places. Locations are never hit more than once, but there's similarity in each. Different malls, toy stores, carnivals, theme parks, parades."

"Places where families should feel safe," Prentiss says.

Hotch looks at the map "And where is there isn't much security? That's twelve children over ten years?"

"We should interview all the families." He adds.

"I know a few of them. We had a support group. Most of them have moved on." Sarah speaks up.

Bailee who had been quietly working on her laptop looks up at her and takes her lollipop out of her mouth. "But you're here."

"You never gave up?" Bailee whispers.

Sarah sighs "I saw Charlie three years ago."

JJ walks towards her "You didn't tell me that."

"Well, my husband didn't believe me, why would you?"

"Tell us what happened" Hotch narrows his eyes.

"At first, I saw him all the time. I thought I did. And from what I understand that's normal. But you can't survive that way so Jake and I promised that we would move on. But a few years later I saw him I mean it was different."

"I mean in my mind he had never aged, but this was a teenage Charlie crossing the street. And as quickly he was there, he was gone again, but I know I saw him. Jake didn't believe me. that was the day he left me."

"What did you do?" Bailee asks her. She could feel the eyes of the team on her but she ignored it.

"When you saw Charlie?" She adds.

"I called for him."

"Did he hear you?" Prentiss questions.

"He looked back. A van go in the way and then he was gone."

"I lost him all over again" Sarah cries. Bailee couldn't take it anymore stands up her eyes glossing over "I'm sorry" She mumbles before leaving the room. Keeping her eyes on the ground she doesn't know why Sarah's story got to her so hard. She had been through plenty of similar cases.

"Mini babygirl?" Derek's voice makes her lift her head a little. She didn't want them seeing her tears.

"whoaaa" Rossi says pulling her to his office with Derek and Reid following them.

"What happened?" Derek asks as he wasn't in the conference room with them.

"Sarah was explaining about never giving up on her child" Reid carefully explains.

Bailee laughs wiping her tears "I'm not even sure why I'm crying. I've literally been shot before and yet..."

"This case makes you think of your own life?" Rossi says making Bailee nod her head before sitting down on his sofa.

"I'm not trying to be difficult. I promise. And I know I was abandoned, and Charlie was taken but..."

"...She never gave up. Her husband left her and still then she didn't forget or give up" Bailee explains to the three men.

"We know you aren't being difficult, Negative feelings will rise it's normal for you to feel how you do" Reid gives her a small smile.

"I feel lost" Bailee admits "I know Aaron's said sorry a million times, he trying to be a better father to me. But I can't help but remember that he left me alone, he forgot about me and had Jack. Not that I'm blaming Jack for anything but if I never hacked the pentagon. Never made the deal with the FBI he wouldn't have even thought about me" Bailee sobs.

"And hearing Sarah say that all these years she kept looking for her kid. It hurts to know that I wasn't wanted."

Derek and Reid both side on either side of the young girl as she cries. She didn't mean to get so emotional but Sarah's words really shuck her and the three guys could tell. Rossi's heart ached for Bailee and hoped soon that Aaron would tell her the truth about her abandonment. He did understand why he didn't want to throw the information on to her but seeing her break down from a case it was devastating for him.

"Why don't I drop you off at the apartment? Relax and get ready for your date tonight hmm? Derek wipes the tears from her face.

"But.." Bailee goes to disagree.

"No buts. I will tell the rest of the team something all right?" Rossi states.

"Okay" Bailee mutters yawning making the three agents chuckle.

"Go get you a thing from the lair and meet me back here" Derek explains to her. Once she leaves Rossi's office the three men look towards each other, already knowing what they were thinking.

Surprisingly it was Reid that spoke up. "If Hotch doesn't tell her. I will"

—————————

I know it keep going back to what Aaron did but i don't what her to forgive him fully so quickly.
