[This ain't ordinary life.]

I had a dream, a beautiful one where I felt the warmth of someone for the first time. Their eyes shinning bright with innocence and determination to achieve something. Just seeing their silhouette filled me with so many emotion that had my knees wobbled and fell on the ground, tears streaming down my face as I looked up at them.

"I love you, I love you so much."

He kept a tight grip around her waist as he whispered those words in her ear over and over again. Never felt tired to do so. She giggled, trying her hardest to push him off her as she was cooking breakfast.

"I love you too."

A wide smile made it on his face as he finally let go of her and walked out of the kitchen. He looked around the large place he owned and made his way outside the bright garden filled with many kinds of flower, she has been tending to it for a while now since the gardener left for some reason.

Will it always be like this?

He asked himself as ( name )'s bright smiley face came into his mind. The way she respected and loved him, he always melted at the sight of her smiling face. She was so beautiful, so pure and so sweet. He craved for her, for her sweetness that he didn't really get while growing up. She cared for him and he did too. He loved her and this was a strong feeling, an emotion that he could never get rid off because it was for her.

She was everything he never really saw it coming.

What happened in the past. Happened in the past. He was never going to reminisce about things that left a dark tint in his life. The scars that he carried all this time, it was finally time for him to let go. Starting afresh.

"Rebus, breakfast is ready. Did you not hear me? "

He snapped his head to her, she was placing the toast on the table beside the garden.

"I am- yes.. I was just lost in my thoughts." He helped her with the plates as they sat on the chair, clearly enjoying the outside view.

"You've been acting very weird these days."

His entire being froze for a second.

"Stop day dreaming." She laughed making him sigh. He rolled his eyes before softly punching on her arm.

There was a little truth in her words. She did notice a slight changes in her husband. He was having frequent nightmares every night, he had become cautious on everything he did and he also increased the security. She didn't ask what was making him feel like this at least not now, she knew how he was. Ever since that night he had come home bloody and bruised, he locked himself up for two days ignoring her pleas to come out of the room. So she wanted to wait a little more till he opened himself up to her, she didn't want to pressure him especially with those bruises still fresh on his body.

"You do know I would do anything to make you happy, right? "

She smiled at him. He was so adorable sometimes.

"Of course I know but you don't have to do anything. You are all I need." She entwined their hand and smiles at him.

She could clearly see the love for her in his eyes. Rebus was the best choice she ever made in her life. She was never ever going to regret it and even if she regret it, did she have an option?

Not really and she really didn't care about.

She knew deep inside nothing is perfect, everything they had right now was just a facade. Soon things would escalate again like the last time, there were things that were left incomplete and until someone had it done right, maybe there might be a chance they could actually live the life he really wanted.

But of course not everything is what it seem to be.

#stay safe everyone
