One of the most frequent ships I have seen on a regular basis. Philippines is one of my favorite Country Human characters because everyone makes him a cute lil bean :3
But anyways I hope you enjoy this Chapter!

America was walking back and forth in his room thinking about something that has been on his mind for awhile now. His brothers did take notice of his weird behavior and decided to confront their brother about it. Canada, one of the youngest of the siblings spoke first " Brother what's wrong? You've been doing that for at least half an hour now and we are starting to worry about you ". America was drawn from his thoughts for a moment and after adjusting his sun glasses replied " Oh um...it's nothing bro don't worry ".

A soft huff came from Australia " Mate, we know there's somethin' so just tell us! " he spoke. America knew he couldn't avert the question anymore and let's out a sigh " Fine , Fine I'll tell you....I have a crush on...o-on Philippines " he admitted but looking up he seen his siblings gave that excited look and he sweatdrops rubbing the back of his head.

" Oh my god! I knew it! " Canada said jumping up and down. " You...did? " America replied baffled looking over at Canada. " Well it's kind of obvious to be honest " New Zealand replied shrugging his shoulders slightly. " Ya it's obvious because why would you get that ' face ' whenever he calls you Joe? Like seriously I'm pretty sure you get turned o- " Canada started to say before being cut off by New Zealand who covers his mouth giving a nervous chuckles " AAAAnyways.... It's obvious that you have a crush on Philippines " New Zealand said.

" Wow, I guess I really was obvious about my feelings for him... " America said looking off to the side " But what if he doesn't like me back?... " he added looking back over at them. " I'm sure he feels the same way towards you brother you just have to tell him how you feel " Canada then spoke to him trying to reassure him that it will be okay. America takes a deep breath and mustered up confidence and decided to tell Philippines how he feels about him.

~ Some time Later ~

Philippines was in a grassy field and humming cheerfully to himself as he waited for America who told him to meet him here. As the cheery and lovable country waited for America his older brother Martial Law , his relative Del Pilar along with his friends Indonesia and Malaysia were watching in a near by Bush. " Are you sure hiding in this bush is a good idea?...what if he notices us? " Indonesia whispers looking over at Malaysia who shushed him noticing America come into view.

Philippines noticed America and smiles sweetly up at the taller country " Hello Joe! " he greeted earning a small blush from America before he then added as he tilts his head slightly " What do you want to talk to me about? " .
America clears his throat clearly nervous as well as having something behind his back. " Well Philip...I've been meaning to tell you something for awhile now and well, I'm deciding to tell you now " he said blushing and pulls some flowers from behind his back but it wasn't any ordinary flowers you'd find no these were special because...

These flowers are Sampaguita, the National flower of the Philippines. Philippines blushes faintly but smiles gently " Aw, thank you Joe I love them! " he said to America. America smiles slightly and takes one and puts it on Philippines before finally saying " Philippines...I love you " before gently kissing him. Philippines jolts slightly surprised his face turning a tomato red color but after awhile he kisses him back. Philippines pulls away after awhile and smiles before speaking " I love you too Joe ".

America smiles more but blushes hearing cheering in the background and turned to see Indonesia and Malaysia cheering like idiots. Philippines blushes deeply as well and hides his face with his hands " G-Guys.... " he stuttered out flustered and embarrassed while Indonesia and Malaysia gave them a thumbs up.
