I propped my boot clad feet onto the dash of Adam's truck and played air drums along to the blasting radio. Adam chuckled and I looked over to him, staring at his smiling face through my sunglasses. He looked over at me and I stuck my tongue out at him. He chuckled again and I grabbed my Polaroid camera and snapped a photo of him. I caught the perfect shot of Adam's profile with the sun streaming through the window behind him.

We had stopped for the night at a motel. Adam was having a hard time getting the door open and I was laughing at his frustration. He turned to me with an annoyed look on his face, ready to tell me to knock it off, but I held up the camera and snapped another photo. The camera spit it out and I grabbed it before Adam could. Holding the picture out of his reach, I took a few steps back, my dress swinging around my knees. He smirked at me and grabbed me around the waist. I squealed as he spun us around, holding tightly onto my camera. When he finally put me down, I noticed another picture hanging out of the Polaroid. I grabbed it and showed Adam the blurred photo of my laughing face and the back of his head.

We were back in the truck and once again had the radio on full volume. I was singing along and shaking my head around, sending my hair in all directions. And although I do not condone his behavior, Adam quickly grabbed my camera and took a picture of me. And I loved it.

We had stopped to put gas in the truck. Adam was paying and I was leaning against the truck, my obnoxiously large sun hat pulled down to shield my eyes. I stared out at the horizon, a small smile creeping onto my face. Adam came back out and asked if I was ready to go. "Just one more minute." He nodded and went over to his side of the truck. He returned a minute later with my camera in his hand. He snapped a picture of me and I grinned as I grabbed the camera from his hands. I held the camera up to my face, looking through the view finder and framing Adam in the shot. He laughed and held his hands up to block my shot. I laughed and bobbed around until I got most of his face in the frame and snapped the photo.

Night had fallen and with no motel in sight, Adam and I decided to just pull over and catch a few hours of sleep in the truck. Adam held his arms out to me and I happily snuggled into him. He closed his eyes and he looked so peaceful that I knew I had to capture the moment. I leaned forward and grabbed the camera, hearing Adam groan. I giggled and laid back in his arms, holding the camera up in the air. I smiled and snapped a photo.

We had made it all the way to Arizona. I made Adam pull the truck over near the 'Welcome to Arizona' sign and I made him pose in front of it with me. "Say cheese." I smiled and held the camera up, snapping a photo. After waiting a minute for the picture to develop, I turned it over and frowned at Adam's silly face. I smacked his shoulder, complaining about how he had ruined my picture. He chuckled and pulled the camera from my hands. I glared at him as he leaned down and pressed his lips against mine. I kissed him back, sliding my hand to the back of his head, vaguely aware of the click of the camera.

So I had this idea to just do snapshots of a road trip, so I did this different format. I hope you like it! Seriously if you don't then please tell me and I will write a more traditional imagine for you. You won't hurt my feelings! This kind of just got into my head and I got really excited about it. Anyway, really, tell me if you want something else. This goes for everyone. I know that when I request imagines from people I feel obligated to love it and to not complain, but the whole reason I take requests is so that I can write something that you like. If you ever request and truly don't like what I write for you, tell me and I will fix it. Thanks for reading!
