Chaeyoung POV

We finally finished our practice for today and my eyes quickly searching for Mina. But, I can't find her as she wasn't at her usual place. I went to her place seeing all her thing and my thing still here so I thought she went to bathroom or somewhere else. I wait for her about 5 minutes but she doesn't seem would come back. I'm afraid what happened on Saturday happen again. I quickly go to search her but Dahyun stop me.

"Bro. What happen? Why you face like that?" He asked.

"Mina. I'm worried about her." I said.

"Why?" He asked.

"Hmm, I don't know. Just feel uneasy. Do you see her?" I asked him.

"Hmm, no. But I saw Nayeon and Momo went talk to her when we are busy practice. Then, they walk away together." Dahyun said.

"Do you see where are they going?" I asked already felt uneasy.

"I think they went behind the building." Dahyun said.

I didn't respond to him and run to the way he talk. I don't know, but he also run and follow me. As we arrived,we seeing Mina on the ground with Nayeon hold her. I don't know what happen but I and Dahyun simultaneous call them.

I run to them and Nayeon retracts her hand as fast as she had put them on Mina. Its too late, I already saw it. She gets back up on her feet, trying regain some composure.

"Nayeon! Momo! What are you two doing?" Dahyun went beside Mina and look at Mina.

"Hmm, nothing. She fell off. So, we help her." Nayeon said nervously.

"Don't lied!" I said angrily.

"Are you okay?" I helps Mina sit up and leans her against the shoulder.

She try to prop herself up, but  she draw her hand back. I hear she groans and my eyes immediately catch a cut on her hand. I turns to Nayeon and I swear I can see smoke coming out for my ears.

"What do you think you're doing?" I yells at them.

They keep silent while Dahyun seem confused. He turn to Momo who keep looking down then looking at Mina.

"What happen here? Momo? Explain this?" Dahyun asked.

"Asked Mina. She's the one who tried to cheat on you." Nayeon said.

"On who?" Dahyun asked again confused.

"On Chaeyoung." Momo replied.

"How could she cheat on me when we're not dating?" I said with same anger but try not to yell.

"Well-well, she was trying to flirt with JB and Jackson on last Saturday." Nayeon explains, completely ignoring me.

"Yeah, this bitch flirting with our boyfriend." Momo add.

"How you know?" Dahyun asked.

"JB told us all about if after you guys left the diner. Its no wonder why Mina was rushing to leave after JB and Jackson rejected her." Nayeon said.

"JB said so?" I asked, my voice growing angrier. So, this is what happen. I will kill them. I swear.

"Forget about it Chaeyoung." She shift around but she whines. I wraps my arms tighter around her shoulder and moves her closer towards my chest.

"See, even now she's trying to avoid it." Nayeon continues. Momo now stays silent, distancing herself from the confrontation.

"Mina's not like that." I said firmly.

"You believe her?" Nayeon asked a bit shocked and irritative.

"Yes, I do." I simply replied.

"She's just acting. I didn't even push her that hard and she purposely fell. You can asked Momo." Nayeon said but Momo keep looking down.

"Momo?" Dahyun call her and she look up to Dahyun.

"Is its true?" Dahyun asked.

Momo just keep silent and look down back. She's playing with her finger and Dahyun shake his head.

"I'm a bit disappointed, Momo." Dahyun said and pat my shoulder before walk away.

I can see Momo eyes tearing. So much mixed feeling in her eyes. She looks at Mina hurt, mad and sorry. I don't know anymore. I know why Dahyun being disappointed. He couldn't never thought his crush could do such a thing. He always thought Momo is a sweet, nice and eveything. But, because of one guy that don't appreciate her that much, she choose violent.

"Mina's not a violent. Of course she wouldn't fight back. Even if it was to defend herself!" I said and raised my voice a bit on last sentences.

"Its my fault Chaeyoung. I provoked Nayeon." Mina admit. Damn it Mina!

"Mina. Stop blaming yourself for everything." I hold my wrist and examines her palm. My face expression lightens as me blows the excess dirt off my hand.

"Why would JB make this up?" Nayeon argues.

"Why don't you go and ask your boyfriend?" I growls, keeping my eyes on Mina palm.

Nayeon starts to storm off. Momo take a look at Mina with tearing eyes first before follow Nayeon.

"Nayeon, Momo!" She call after them. Nayeon whips her head back, her fiery eyes piercing at me. While Momo look at Mina now with curious.

"Please, take and do what I'm saying before. JB and Jackson won't treat you right. You guys deserve better." Mina said sincerely. Damn this girl? Could she be more nice than this? After what they did to her? Aish.

Nayeon seem caught off guard with her words and stand frozen for a while. While, Momo I can see she smiling a bit now and nodded her head. I can see she mouthed 'Thank you' to Mina. Then, they turn around and keeps walking.

"How can you be so stupid?" She groans. I looks at her other hand, which is still scraped but less severely.

"For making them mad?" She asked.

"No. For not defending yourself. How can you just let her push you around?" I said look at her. Why she's so dense?

"They thinks I fooled around with their boyfriend. So, their anger is understandable." She said. See?

"But still you didn't do it. So, at least defending yourself. She doesn't have the right to hit you." I said a bit annoyed.

"You believe me?" She asked with her voice now wavering.

"Of course I believe you." I said.

"I'm glad." A tears rolls down her cheeks and she quickly wipe it off.

"What did JB and Jackson do to you? Did they put they hands on you? What did he said to you? That damn asshole. I swear I will kill them." I said with so much anger in my voice.

"Forget it Chaeyoung." She said.

"No, they're the reason you were so upset Saturday." I said. To said I'm mad at them is understatement because I do really angry right now. 

"They was trying to get back at you. I just pissed them off when I called them out on it." She explain sigh.

"What did I do to them? I thought Jackson was my friend." I said confused.

"Nayeon likes you. While Jackson, he thought Momo likes you as well but actually Momo does likes Dahyun." She said.

"She does?" I looks at her surprised.

"And you call me dense." She sigh.

"Wait! How you know Momo liked Dahyun?" I asked again confused.

"Its too obvious Chaeyoung." She said again sigh. Well, you don't see obvious with my feeling towards you.

"Oh, but still. I can't let they bully you." I replied.

She twist herself to look directly at me. "Promise me you won't say anything to them. Don't let them know them got to you. Don't give them satisfaction. They just wants to piss you off." She said to me.

Damn! How can I forget about this? How could I just let this thing? After what they do to you? I promise to myself to protect you, but it seem I fail if I just let them be.

"But-." I said but she cut me off.

"No buts. Or else I will tell dad to stop watching football with you."

"But-." Again I said but she cut me off.

"I won't wait for you after school." She said.

"But-." Again.

"And I will hide somewhere else during lunch." She said finally sound threaten. Fine! I'm lose.

"Fine!" I finally give up and pouts.
