DISSENTER NOTICES WHAT IS HAPPENING AND TURNS HIMSELF INTANGIBLE. COSMIC FLIES UP A COUPLE OF MORE FEET INTO THE AIR WITHOUT DISSENTER AND WHEN HE LOOKS DOWN DISSENTER FIRES AN ENERGY BLAST AT HIM WHICH HITS HIM IN THE CHEST. THE BLAST CARRIES COSMIC UP HIGHER INTO THE AIR AND DISSENTER TURNS INVISIBLE. DISSENTER THEN FLIES UP TO WHERE COSMIC IS, PUNCHES HIM IN THE FACE, AND THEN FLIES PAST HIM.

COSMIC THEN THROWS OFF DISSENTER'S HAND AND PUNCHES HIM IN THE STOMACH. DISSENTER HOLDS HIS STOMACH AND COSMIC RUSHES IN BEGINNING TO PUMMEL DISSENTER. DISSENTER AFTER A WHILE, MANAGES TO DODGE ONE OF COSMIC'S ATTACKS AND PUNCHES HIM IN THE FACE. THE TWO THEN BEGIN TRADING PUNCHES AND KICKS WITH ONE ANOTHER WHILE FIGHTING THROUGH THE AIR. COSMIC IS PUNCHED IN THE FACE AND FLIES BACK THROUGH THE AIR TO WHERE A BUILDING IS. SKIDDING ON THE ROOF WITH HIS FEET HE QUICKLY SHOOTS AN ENERGY BLAST AT THE APPROACHING DISSENTER ONLY TO HAVE HIM BECOME INTANGIBLE TO DODGE THE ATTACK THEN SOLIDIFY IN ORDER TO SHOOT AN ENERGY BEAM AT HIM. COSMIC DODGES THE ATTACK AND CONTINUES TO FLY BACK THROUGH THE AIR.

APOCALYPSE APPROACHES THE GUARDS IN FRONT OF THE DUNGEON AND THEY STEP OUT OF THE WAY TO LET HIM THROUGH. ONCE INSIDE, HE WALKS TO PEACE'S CELL AND GETS A GUARD TO UNLOCK IT. APOCALYPSE THEN WALKS OVER TO WHERE PEACE IS AND SQUATS DOWN BESIDE HER. HE SEES THAT SHE IS STILL FIGHTING THE BRAINWASHING DEVICE.

MORE REBELS THEN WALK INTO THE DUNGEON AND GET PEACE OUT OF HER SHACKLES.

THE OTHER SUBJUGATORS DO WHAT THEY CAN TO FIGHT OFF THE REBELS AND SOON GIANT MECHS ARE DEPLOYED BY THE SUBJUGATORS TO BEGIN SHOOTING AT THE REBEL SHIPS. THE REBEL STILL IN PEACE'S CELL, LOOKS DOWN THE PATH WHERE HE SHOT APOCALYPSE AND BEGINS TO CHARGE HIS WEAPON AGAIN. HE ALSO PULLS OUT A BLASTER PISTOL.

WHEN APOCALYPSE IS CLOSE ENOUGH, THE REBEL READY'S THE ROCKET LAUNCHER AGAIN BUT APOCALYPSE SHOOTS AN ENERGY WAY AT THE ROCKET LAUNCHER CAUSING IT TO BECOME UNSTABLE. THE REBEL THROWS THE ROCKET LAUNCHER AWAY AND IT EXPLODES SENDING HIM FLYING BACKWARDS. THE REBEL SLAMS INTO THE WALL BEHIND HIM AND FALLS TO THE GROUND ON HIS FACE. APOCALYPSE FLOATS OVER TO WHERE THE REBEL IS AND PICKS HIM UP BY THE BACK OF HIS SHIRT.

EXT. CIA BUILDING: HOLDING CELLS- LATE AFTERNOON

DISSENTER LAYS ON THE BED IN HIS CELL AND COMES TO A FEW MOMENTS LATER. BEING IN A JUMPSUIT PROVIDED TO HIM BY THE CIA HE JUMPS TO HIS FEET AND BEGINS TO FREAK OUT.
