ONAZAR AND TEK LOOK AT EACH OTHER IN THE EYES.

ONAZAR SMIRKS AND STARTS TO SAY SOMETHING BUT SHOOTS INSTEAD. TEK PIVOTS COUNTER CLOCKWISE TO THE LEFT, THROWING HIS BLASTER FROM HIS RIGHT HAND TO HIS LEFT. HE THEN FIRES AT ONAZAR HITTING HIM IN THE CHEST AND THE BLAST SENDS HIM FLYING BACK THROUGH THE AIR. TEK THEN SPINS HIS GUN AROUND AND HOLSTERS IT. HE THEN WALKS OVER TO WHERE ONAZAR IS, CUFFS HIM, AND TAKES THE RED POWER THAT HE GOT FROM THE CLERK.

[Tek]

Sorry, Onazar but it looks like you lost this one.

[Onazar]

ONAZAR GRABS TEK AND HEADBUTTS HIM. TEK STUMBLES BACK AND IS KICKED BY ONAZAR IN THE CHEST. TEK FALLS TO THE GROUND AND ONAZAR PRESSES A BUTTON ON HIS WRIST GAUNTLET THAT TELEPORTS HIM AWAY. COSMIC FINDS TEK AND HELPS HIM UP. TEK THEN SIGHS.

[Cosmic]

[Tek]

Yeah, did you get the other guy?

[Cosmic]

TEK TAKES A SECOND TO LOOK OVER COSMIC'S COSTUME.

EXT. SPACESHIP- NIGHT

COSMIC AND TEK ARRIVE AT TEK'S BASE OF OPERATIONS. GETTING INSIDE IZZY STARTS TO LOOK AROUND AND SEES ALL THE DIFFERENT TYPE OF ALIENS.

[Cosmic]

This is awesome. I can't believe that you guys have your own spaceship.

THE COMMANDER OF THE SPACESHIP SEES COSMIC AND WALKS OVER TO WHERE HE IS. BEING TALLER THAN COSMIC HE LOOKS AT COSMIC AND COSMIC LOOKS AT HIM. THE LEADER THEN LOOKS AT TEK AND STARTS TO SPEAK IN A FOREIGN LANGUAGE.

[Commander Aldas]

(Foreign language)

Why have you brought this human to the ship?

[Tek]

(Foreign language)

He's a hero of earth. He helped me capture Onazar's accomplice.

[Commander Aldas]

(Foreign language)

No, he got the drop on me and managed to escape. I am certain that we can get information from his accomplice though. He's wanted and set to do a decent amount of time unless we can persuade judges to see otherwise.

I feel that he would be able to operate more effectively if he had a better disguise. I was going to give him a suit.

COMMANDER ALDAS LOOKS AT IZZY AND THEN LOOKS BACK AT TEK.

[Commander Aldas]

COMMANDER ALDAS WALKS OFF AND COSMIC APPROACHES TEK.

[Cosmic]

TEK TAKES COSMIC TO A ROOM WHERE THE SUITS ARE AND GETS ONE FOR COSMIC. COSMIC HOLDS IT OUT AND LOOKS AT IT AS IT IS BIGGER THAN HIS BODY.

[Tek]

Don't worry, the technology allows for it be form-fitting once on a body. Go ahead, trying it on. The restrooms are back this way.

TEK SHOWS COSMIC TO THE RESTROOM. ONCE INSIDE COSMIC CHANGES INTO THE SUIT AND WALKS OUT WITH IT ON. TEK LOOKS HIM OVER AND THEN NODS.

[Tek]

Looks pretty good on you.

[Cosmic]

This is awesome. Thanks, man.

No problem. The suit is designed to be almost indestructible, you'll rarely have to deal with tears in the suit. Then you have survival function, this allows the suit to adapt to specific elements. In space, you'd get an oxygen mask and underwater the same thing applies.

[Cosmic]

That would come in handy.

[Tek]

Well, I think you should be getting home. Your parents could be worried about you.

[Cosmic]

Yeah, I've had a string of bad luck here recently. The more I can keep them off my back the better.

[Tek]

COSMIC AND TEK LEAVE THE STATION AND TEK FLIES BACK DOWN TO EARTH. ONCE ON LAND TEK POPS THE HOOD OF THE SPACESHIP AND COSMIC HOPS OUT.

TEK LEAVES AND COSMIC CHANGES BACK INTO HIS REGULAR CLOTHES. HE THEN FLIES TO WHERE HIS DIRT BACK IS, GETS ON IT, AND THEN STARTS BACK HOME.

CUT TO: IZZY'S HOUSE

EXT. GARAGE- NIGHT

IZZY PARKS HIS BIKE IN THE GARAGE AND THEN STARTS INSIDE. AS HE STARTS UP THE STAIRS, THE LIGHTS IN THE LIVING ROOM COME ON AND IZZY SEES KEN IN THE LIVING ROOM SITTING DOWN.

[Izzy]

Hey dad. What's up?

[Ken]

You know what time it is right?

[Izzy]

Yes, sir. I just... lost track of time. You know, looking up at the stars makes everything seem to slow down.

IZZY GOES INTO THE LIVING ROOM AND SITS DOWN IN ON THE CHAIRS FACING KEN. KEN WHO IS SITTING IN A RELAXED MANNER NOTICES IZZY'S BACKPACK AND THEN TAKES A PUFF OF HIS CIGARETTE.

[Ken]

Yeah, it's a filthy habit. I started smoking when I was around your age, did you know that?

[Izzy]

Yeah. I really used to like to hang out with people that I thought were cool. Trust me, they did a lot worse than smoking. One of them is in jail and another is dead. What they did doesn't matter. It's a costume for a space con that I'm going to. I based off of the suit that Cosmic wears. I was trying to keep it a secret because I wanted it to be a surprise.

KEN LOOKS OVER THE SUIT AND SMILES.

[Ken]

I had no idea that you had such talent with stuff like this. When Halloween comes around you could make big bucks if you make custom costumes for people.

[Izzy]

Yeah, that would be great.

KEN PUTS THE SUIT INTO THE BACKPACK AND HANDS IT BACK TO IZZY.

[Ken]

Sorry about all that. It was just important that I knew that's all.

IZZY GOES UP TO HIS ROOM AND CLOSES THE DOOR. HE THEN LEANS AGAINST THE DOOR AND SIGHS IN EXASPERATION.

IZZY KICKS OFF HIS SHOES AND JACKET AND LAYS DOWN IN HIS BED.

CUT TO: THE NEXT DAY

EXT. SPACE MUSEUM- MORNING

MRS. COOPER PARKS IN THE SPACE MUSEUM PARKING LOT AND GETS OUT OF HER CAR. SHE THEN GOES INTO THE SPACE MUSEUM AND GOES TO DR. COOPER'S OFFICE TO SEE HIM ASLEEP AT HIS DESK. SHE THEN TURNS ON THE LIGHT AND WALKS OVER TO WHERE DR. COOPER IS AND WAKES HIM UP.

[Mrs. Cooper]

Hey, sleepyhead, wake up.

DR. COOPER STRUGGLES TO WAKE UP AND THEN SIGHS.

[Dr. Cooper]

Izzy told you about me?

[Mrs. Cooper]

Yeah, I'm glad that he did. I was getting worried. So, what is it that you're getting obsessed over this time?

[Dr. Cooper]

It's this new form of energy that I discovered. I can't seem to make it conduct with any technology that we have and been trying to figure out ways of managing it into something else. But as science can be difficult, I haven't had any progress in it.

[Mrs. Cooper]

Have you considered the idea of taking a break? You've been at it for a long time. There's no harm that would come of trying actual sleeping instead of passing out.

[Dr. Cooper]

IZZY STORMS INTO THE HOUSE FOLLOWED BY KEN.

[Izzy]

You know why! Because everyone likes to treat Biff like he's a king. He gets to do whatever he wants because he can play sports really well. The truth is that he started that fight and if anyone was smart enough they'd be able to see that.

[Ken]

HELEN COMES INTO THE HOUSE.

[Izzy]

Oh, like how you thought it was cool to stay up late and interrogate me.

[Ken]

First off, I'm the parent. Secondly, it was 12:30 in the morning, I deserved some sort of explanation as to where you were.

CUT TO: SMALL TOWN

EXT. STREET- AFTERNOON

A MAN RUNS DOWN THE STREET AND TURNS INTO AN ALLEY. HE THEN HIDES BEHIND A DUMPSTER AND PEEKS AROUND THE SIDE OF IT TO SEE SOME OF THE CLEST CHASING AFTER HIM LOOKING AROUND FOR HIM. AFTER THEY FINISH LOOKING THE CLEST RUNOFF AND THE MAN PULLS OUT HIS PHONE AND DIALS A NUMBER. PUTTING THE PHONE UP TO HIS EAR A WOMAN ON THE OTHER END PICKS UP.

[Female Agent]

(Over the phone)

[Agent Felt]

I'm fine for now. I need you to pass this information on to Director Myers. Skyline is compromised, there are some kind of alien bugs that are here holding the town hostage. They're planning to blow up the dam and flood the town.

A CLEST ALIEN COMES AROUND THE SIDE OF THE DUMPSTER AND GRABS AGENT FELT BY THE THROAT. AGENT FELT THEN IS LIFTED INTO THE AIR AND IS CHOCKED OUT. AGENT FELT DROPS THE PHONE THAT HE WAS TALKING INTO AND THE CLEST ALIEN STEPS ON IT. THE CLEST ALIEN THEN WALKS OFF WITH AGENT FELTS HEADING BACK TO IT'S BASE.

CUT TO: POLICE STATION

EXT. POLICE STATION- AFTERNOON

IZZY WALKS OUT WITH THE FOOTAGE OF THE FIGHT AND PUTS IT INTO HIS BACKPACK.

[Izzy]

IZZY'S CIA PHONE BEGINS TO RING AND HE ANSWERS IT.

IZZY HEADS INTO AN ALLEY AND MAKES SURE THAT THE COAST IS CLEAR. HE THEN CHANGES INTO HIS SUIT AND FLIES OFF.

CUT TO: CIA BUILDING

INT. CIA BUILDING- AFTERNOON

IZZY WALKS INTO THE MEETING ROOM WITH HIS NEW SUIT ON AND IMMEDIATELY GETS THE ATTENTION OF EVERYONE. ONE OF THE WOMEN IN THE ROOM WHISTLES AND DIRECTOR MYERS COUGHS TO GET IZZY'S ATTENTION.

[Director Myers]

What exactly are you wearing?

[Cosmic]

It's my superhero suit. I got it from a Clest wreckage. I guess it's some kind of battle armor.

[Director Myers]

We'll look into that later. But now, it's time to get down to some very important business. As you know we are dealing with a very hostile alien threat known as the Clest. In the town of Skyline, they seem to have taken the town over and are planning to destroy the dam on the outskirts of town. We don't know they're reasoning for this and to be honest, I don't care. We stop them first and foremost and ask questions later. Cosmic, you will be our big guns. Lay the groundwork for a distraction with a team of operatives while another team goes to check out the situation at the dam. Got it?

[Everyone in the room (Except for Director Myers)]

Yes, sir.

[Director Myers]

Then move out, we don't have a second to lose!

THE AGENTS IN THE ROOM ALL LEAVE AND GET READY FOR MAKING AN ATTACK. THEY SUIT UP, GET THEIR GUNS, AND THEN MOVE OUT TO HELICOPTERS WHILE COSMIC FLIES ALONGSIDE THEM IN THE AIR. AGENT MILES WHO IS LOOKING OUT AT COSMIC FROM THE WINDOWS GETS A MESSAGE ON HIS PHONE. HE OPENS IT TO READ IT AND SEES THAT DIRECTOR MYERS IS ASKING HIM TO KEEP AN EYE ON COSMIC. AGENT MILES LOOKS OUTSIDE TO COSMIC AGAIN AND GRIMACES AT HIM.

CUT TO: SKYLINE

EXT. FIELD- AFTERNOON

COSMIC AND THE TWO CHOPPERS ARRIVE IN A FIELD AND THE AGENTS ALL GET OUT. THEY SPLIT INTO THEIR TEAMS AND THEN START OFF IN OPPOSITE DIRECTIONS. WHEN COSMIC AND HIS TEAM GET INTO THE TOWN AREA, THEY SEE THAT IT IS ODDLY QUIET. LITTLE TO NO TRAFFIC ON THE STREETS AND NO ONE OUT WALKING.

[Cosmic]

(Whispering)

This is creepy.

[Agent Miles]

(Whispering)

You would think that they would allow some activity to at least make the town look normal.

[Cosmic]

Yeah, they went with the first episode of The Twilight Zone.

AS THE GROUP CONTINUES ON THEY ARE SUDDENLY SURROUNDED BY CLEST ALIENS THAT BURST FROM BUILDINGS.

[Agent Miles]

AGENT MILES AND THE OTHER SOLDIERS START SHOOTING AT THE CLEST BUGS AND THEIR BULLETS SEEM TO DO NO EFFECT. COSMIC DOES HIS BEST TO FIGHT OFF THE ALIENS BUT THEY ALL DOGPILE ON TOP OF HIM AND PIN HIM TO THE GROUND. FOR A SECOND THEY HOLD HIM DOWN BUT WITH AN EXPLOSION OF ENERGY HE KNOCKS THEM ALL OFF OF HIMSELF.

[Agent Miles]

Retreat! Let's go! Cosmic hold them off, we'll continue on to the dam. If we need you I'll call.

[Cosmic]

AGENT MILES AND THE OTHER AGENTS START OUT AND COSMIC HOLDS OFF THE ALIENS.

[Cosmic]

Bring it on you overgrown water bugs!

THE CLEST ALIENS ALL RUN AT COSMIC AND START TRYING TO ATTACK HIM. COSMIC HOWEVER KICKS, PUNCHES, AND BLAST BACK A LOT OF THE CLEST ALIENS. THE CLEST ALIENS THEN START RETREATING ALL OF A SUDDEN.

[Cosmic]

Where are you guys going? It was just starting to get fun.

THERE IS SUDDENLY A THUDDING SOUND. COSMIC TURNS AROUND TO SEE GENERAL TROUZ WALKING OVER TO WHERE HE IS.
