EXT. IZZY'S ROOM- MORNING

IZZY WAKES UP AND YAWNS THEN HE LOOKS AT HIS CLOCK AND SEES THAT IT READS 2:36 A.M. HE THEN LOOKS AT HIS BED TO FIND PEACE NOT IN IT SO HE GETS IN IT INSTEAD.

[Izzy]

(Thinking)

Where the heck does she go?

IZZY FALLS ASLEEP.

CUT TO: OCEAN

EXT. OCEAN FLOOR- AFTERNOON

PEACE SWIMS AROUND IN THE OCEAN AND THEN MAKES HER WAY TO WHERE A CORAL REEF IS. SHE THEN LOOKS AROUND AND CONTINUES TO SWIM. SHE THEN COMES ACROSS AN OLD SHIP WRECK UNDER WATER AND SWIMS INTO IT. USING HER COSMIC CRYSTAL AS A SOURCE OF LIGHT SHE LOOKS AROUND AND THEN LEAVES THE OLD SHIP TO GO TO THE SURFACE OF THE WATER. THERE SHE TAKES A DEEP BREATH AND THEN FLIES UP INTO THE AIR TO A NEARBY ISLAND WHERE SHE LEFT HER REGULAR CLOTHES. SHE THEN DRIES OFF WITH A TOWEL AND PUTS HER CLOTHES ON THEN LOOKS AT A WATCH.

[Peace]

(Thinking)

I'm not really tired but I could go for a nap.

PEACE JUMPS UP AND THEN FLIES OFF INTO THE AIR. SHE THEN STARTS ON HER WAY BACK OVER TO THE UNITED STATES.

[Peace]

(Third person)

My name is Peace. I was once an oppressor but the life a god, so to speak is really hard. You have to make people do things, worry about people being overly formal with you, and make examples out of people. I will admit that while I did like it a first I always knew that I was hurting people and that I was feared and hated. I wanted to be free from all that and I wanted others to feel the freedom as well. But not everyone wants what you want. I left the place that I called home and found this new world, as simple as it is I find it peaceful here.

PEACE FLIES BACK TO IZZY'S HOUSE AND THEN GOES INTO HIS ROOM THROUGH HIS WINDOW. SHE THEN SEES IZZY LAYING THE BED AND JOINS HIM LAYING THE OPPOSITE DIRECTION, SHE THEN LATER FALLS ASLEEP.

CUT TO: NEXT DAY

EXT. IZZY'S ROOM- MORNING

IZZY WAKES UP TO HIS ALARM AND THEN GETS OUT OF BED. HE THEN LOOKS OVER AND SEES PEACE SLEEPING IN A WILD POSITION.

[Izzy]

(Thinking)

She sleeps like an angel.

IZZY THEN WALKS TO HIS DOOR AND AS HE OPENS IT HE SEES KEN WALKING PAST AND THEN QUICKLY CLOSES THE DOOR.

[Izzy]

(Thinking)

Crap did he see her?

KEN THEN KNOCKS ON THE DOOR.

[Ken]

(Behind the door)

Hey Izzy, you alright bud?

[Izzy]

Yeah I'm cool, just um... wet the bed. Yeah, I didn't want you to see.

[Ken]

(Behind the door)

You wet the bed?

[Izzy]

(In embarrassed voice)

Yeah, you know water before bed and a pool dream can be the worst.

[Ken]

Oh well, make sure you take a shower.

[Izzy]

(In embarrassed voice)

Yeah dad I got this.

KEN WALKS OFF AND THEN IZZY OPENS THE DOOR TO CHECK. HE THEN TURNS AROUND AND SIGHS IN RELIEF, HE THEN LOOKS AT PEACE WHO IS JUST GETTING UP.

[Peace]

(Whispering)

What's wrong?

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

My dad almost saw you.

[Peace]

(Whispering)

That wouldn't have been good.

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

You're telling me. Hey Peace where do you go off to when you're not here?

[Peace]

(Whispering)

I explore this world. Just to have a look.

[Izzy]

No one sees you flying around?

[Peace]

I know how to keep a low profile. If I wanted to be seen then I would make myself known.

[Izzy]

Feel like doing anything normal for a change?

[Peace]

Humans travel around the world all the time. What's so weird about me doing it?

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

That was my way of inviting you to hang out with me and some friends.

[Peace]

(Whispering)

Well sure. I don't have a problem hanging out.

[Izzy]

IZZY GOES INTO HIS CLOSET AND THEN PUTS ON SOME CLOTHES.

[Peace]

(Whispering)

...Why do you want to hang out?

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

Just to hang out.

[Peace]

You're not getting attached to me are you?

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

No, it's just sometimes I need you to be around and you're not. Just hang with us, hopefully today is a pretty normal day.

[Peace]

PEACE GOES INTO IZZY'S CLOSET AND PICKS OUT AN OUTFIT AND THEN PUTS IT ON.

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

We need to get you some girl clothes.

[Peace]

(Whispering)

Why? I like these clothes. They're comfortable.

[Izzy]

(Whispering)

You look like a tomboy.

[Peace]

IZZY WALKS TO HIS WINDOW AND THEN OPENS IT UP THEN POWERS UP. HE THEN FLIES OUT THE WINDOW AND PEACE FOLLOWS HIM. KEN COMES BACK LATER AND THEN KNOCKS ON THE DOOR WHEN HE GETS NO REPLY HE OPENS THE DOOR AND THEN FINDS IZZY GONE. KEN THEN LOOKS AT IZZY'S BED AND SEES THAT THE SHEETS ARE DRY.

[Ken]

Yeah right. Wet the bed. How could I ever believe that? What are you up to?

KEN LEAVES IZZY'S ROOM AND THEN WALKS DOWNSTAIRS TO THE KITCHEN. HE MAKES HIMSELF A BATCH OF COFFEE AND THEN SITS DOWN AT THE TABLE. HELEN THEN COMES DOWN LATER AND JOINS HIM AT THE TABLE.

[Helen]

Hey babe. How are you?

[Ken]

I'm fine.

KEN GETS UP AND MAKES THEM BOTH A CUP OF COFFEE AND THEN SITS BACK DOWN.

[Ken]

Hey Helen was Izzy acting weird while I was away?

[Helen]

What do you mean?

[Ken]

I could have sworn that when I walked past his room this morning that I saw a girl in his bed.

[Helen]

A girl?

[Ken]

Yeah, you don't think that he just abandoned his morals do you?

[Helen]

I think that we would have been hearing things if he was doing what you think he is.

[Ken]

He lied to me earlier.

[Helen]

About what?

[Ken]

As I was walking past his room he shut his door like he didn't want me to see something.
Said he had wet the bed.

[Helen]

But you bullied him out of that phase.

[Ken]

I know. Called him a bed wetter for a year straight so that he would learn how to hold it until he woke up.

[Helen]

You were too harsh.

[Ken]

That's not the point. Izzy became a whole other person after that. He would have never in a million years peed in a bed and let me know about it.

[Helen]

Look we'll just sit him down and talk to him when he gets back. We'll pop the question and as long as he's honest there will be nothing to worry about.

[Ken]

I guess you're right. But if Izzy was doing the deed I would in the back of mind be proud of him.

[Helen]

Ken.

[Ken]

What it would just mean that he's taking after his old man. I know that I was a monster on our honey moon.

[Helen]

More like a frightened child.

THEY BOTH GIGGLE AND THEN KEN STOPS AND GLARES AT HELEN PLAYFULLY.

CUT TO: MALL

EXT. COURTYARD- MORNING

IZZY AND PEACE WALK INTO THE COURTYARD AND THEN SIT DOWN AT A TABLE.

[Peace]

So what are we going to do?

[Izzy]

Shouldn't be too long before the guys get here. We can just wait it out.

PEACE LOOKS AROUND THEN SEES A BIKER GANG WALKING OVER TO WHERE THEY ARE.

[Peace]

You call that a biker gang right?

[Izzy]

Well it sure looks like it.

[Peace]

They usually cause trouble right?

[Izzy]

Hopefully they're nice people.

THE BIKER GANG SITS A TABLE OVER FROM THEM AND WHILE ONE OF THE MEN SIT HE WINKS AT PEACE AND SHE BLUSHES. IZZY NOTICES THAT AND THEN NUDGES PEACE.

[Peace]

Yeah?

[Izzy]

Did you see that? That guy winked at you.

[Peace]

Yeah, you think he likes me?

[Izzy]

I think the better question would be is do you like him? You're blushing hard.

[Peace]

Well he is kind of cute.

[Izzy]

Cute in a dog type of way.

[Peace]

PEACE KEEPS LOOKING OVER TO WHERE THEY ARE AND THEN THE ONE WHO WINKED AT HER STANDS UP AND THEN WALKS OVER TO THEIR TABLE. HE THEN SITS DOWN AND IZZY GLARES AT HIM

[Biker]

What's up with you little dude? It's a free country I ain't done nothing wrong.

[Izzy]

What is it? What do you want?

[Biker]

I just wanted to talk to your friend here. She's a mighty fine glass of water, and I'm thirsty.

PEACE GIGGLES.

[Peace]

That was corny but funny none the less.

[Biker]

So what do you say doll? How about you get on the back of my bike and I show you the time of your life.

[Peace]

That sounds nice but I'm here with my cousin and I'm going hang out with him and some of his friends.

[Biker]

I don't think that you understand doll, this is a once in a life time thing. The best thing that will happen to you in your life. You should take the chance while it's here.

[Peace]

There have been a lot of great things to happen to me in life. I've been nearly every place on this planet and you ride your bike around the town, thinking that's something to be proud of. I feel like I lead a better life and there will be a lot more things to come in the future. So I guess that I'll have to decline that bike ride.

THE BIKER SCOFFS.

[Biker]

Fine, my ride doesn't need you holding it back anyway.

THE BIKER GETS UP AND THEN WALKS BACK OVER TO THE TABLE WITH HIS FRIENDS.

[Izzy]

What did you do that for?

[Peace]

What do you mean?

[Izzy]

You flirted with him and then when he got in close you sent him away.

[Peace]

Oh that? I just don't like strong minded men.

[Izzy]

What does that mean?

[Peace]

Over confident is maybe the better word. I can handle myself just fine, I don't need someone who acts like I couldn't survive without them.

[Izzy]

Okay now I get you.

SAMANTHA AND LANCE SOON ARRIVE AT THE TABLE AND THEN SIT DOWN.

[Lance]

Hey what's up guys?

[Izzy]

Nothing much. Hey guys I brought Angel with me I hope that's okay.

[Lance]

Sure I haven't a problem with it.

[Samantha]

Yeah you should bring her more often, now I'll have someone to relate to.

[Lance]

Did you guys eat yet?

[Angel]

No we haven't.

[Lance]

Good I found this burger joint in here the other day, the best burger that I have ever tasted. I promise you guys when you eat here you'll come back to it.

[Samantha]

You said that about the taco stand two years ago. We all got food poisoning.

[Lance]

But this isn't a stand and that was just a bad judgement of character.

LANCE LOOKS AT IZZY AND SAMANTHA FOR REASSURANCE AND THEN LOOKS AT ANGEL.

[Angel]

[Lance]

Come on Angel will you side with me please?

[Angel]

ANGEL LOOKS AT IZZY AND SAMANTHA AND WHO ARE GIVING HER SIGNALS NOT TO AGREE WITH HIM. SHE THEN SMILES AT LANCE AFTER SIGHING.

Why not Lance, let's see what this is all about.

[Lance]

Yes! Alright let's go.

IZZY AND SAMANTHA GROAN.

[Izzy]

[Samantha]

I hated the medicine that we had to take. I don't wanna have to take it again.

[Lance]

So friends you are. I barely know angel and she agrees with me.

[Samantha]

A rookie mistake she'll see.

THEY ALL FOLLOW LANCE TO THE BURGER JOINT AND THEN ODER FOUR BURGERS THEY THEN SIT DOWN AT A TABLE AND PRAY OVER THEIR FOOD. LANCE THEN STARTS TO EAT HIS BURGER.

[Lance]

Oh, so good.

LANCE THEN LOOKS AT THE OTHERS WHO ARE RELUCTANT TO EAT THEIR BURGERS.

[Lance]

Come on you big babies. Just take a bite, you already paid for it anyway.

[Izzy]

I think that I can afford to throw away three dollars.

[Lance]

Fine, sure Angel will agree with me.

ANGEL TAKES A DEEP BREATH AND THEN TAKES A BITE OF HER BURGER. SHE THEN LOOKS AT LANCE WITH A SURPRISED FACE.

[Angel]

This is really good.

[Lance]

Bam! Told you so!

IZZY AND SAMANTHA LOOK AT EACH OTHER AND THEN SHRUG THEIR SHOULDERS. THEY THEN TAKE BITES OUT OF THE BURGERS AND THEN HAVE THE SAME REACTION THAT ANGEL DID.

[Samantha]

It's like a burger from heaven.

[Izzy]

Yeah as if it came right off of God's grill.

[Lance]

Yeah now what, told you so!

[Izzy]

Oh no, those tacos were pretty good when we first tasted them. I'll wait a couple of days and then tell you what I think.

[Lance]

Oh will you give me a break?

THEY FINISH EATING AND THEN LEAVE THE BURGER JOINT.

[Angel]

Now what?

[Izzy]

Me and Lance are going to the arcade. Since Angel is with you, you can do whatever girls do.

[Samantha]

THEY SPLIT UP AND HEAD TOWARD THEIR DESTINATIONS.

CUT TO: ARCADE

IZZY AND LANCE MAKE IT TO AN ARCADE AND THEN FIND A SHOOTING GAME. THEY BOTH THEN PUT IN A TOKEN AND THEN START TO PLAY THE GAME.

[Lance]

Try not to die too quickly.

[Izzy]

Right, you're the one who sucks at this game.

THE TWO START TO PLAY THE GAME AND AFTER PASSING A COUPLE OF LEVELS THEY BOTH DIE. THEY BOTH PUT IN ANOTHER TOKEN AND THEN START PLAYING AGAIN.

[Lance]

You think that we should have let the girls go off on their own?

[Izzy]

You're asking that now?

[Lance]

Well you know neither of us have girlfriends you know.

[Izzy]

Yeah, I know that.

[Lance]

I could date Angel and you could hook up with Samantha. I know that you've been eyeing her for some time now.

[Izzy]

I don't think that's the best of ideas. Angel is way older than any of us. I don't really see myself with Samantha either.

[Lance]

EXT. MALL- NOON

SAMANTHA AND ANGEL WALK AROUND THE STORE LOOKING AT DIFFERENT CLOTHES AND WHEN SAMANTHA SEES THAT ANGEL IS UNINTERESTED SHE PUTS THE SHIRT SHE HAS DOWN AND THEN TAPS ANGEL ON THE SHOULDER.

[Angel]

[Samantha]
So where you from?

[Angel]

A long way from here.

[Samantha]

[Samantha]

You're not from the U.S.?

Oh that's what you meant. I'm from, um... Oregon.

[Samantha]

That's pretty far. Sorry if this is weird, I'm not big on small talk.

It's okay. So what do you want to do when you get older?

[Samantha]

I want to go into astrology. I really have a thing for outer space.

[Angel]

Is that something that the three of you have in common then?

[Samantha]

Yeah, we all want to get into astrology. Lance I think the most out of the three of us. He likes this, the three of us. He doesn't want it to end.

[Angel]

What makes you say that?

[Samantha]

He told me and Izzy a while after we all met each other.

[Angel]

What do you want?

[Samantha]

I like the guys but I like to think a little more realistic. I would someday like to get married and be a mom, things like that.

[Angel]

Well that's nice. Lance is really nice too. I'd say keep headstrong about what you want but also enjoy the guys while they're around.

[Samantha]

SAMANTHA'S PHONE STARTS TO RING AND SHE ANSWERS IT.

[Izzy]

(Over the phone)

Lance isn't really feeling the mall today and wants to go to the lab.

[Samantha]

IZZY HANGS UP THE PHONE AND THEN SAMANTHA DOES THE SAME.

[Angel]

What was that about?

[Samantha]

The guys want to go over to the lab.

[Angel]

Oh, what are you guys going to do there?

[Samantha]

Work on project, we do it for fun. You've been over to the lab with us once right?

[Angel]

Yeah I have.

[Samantha]

Maybe today will be something a little simpler, that way you can help out and not feel left out.

IZZY AND LANCE COME INTO THE STORE AND THEN WALK OVER TO WHERE SAMANTHA AND ANGEL ARE.

[Izzy]

You guys ready to head over there?

[Samantha]

Yeah. Are you ready to go Angel?

[Angel]

[Lance]

Let's get a move on then.

THEY LEAVE THE STORE AND THEN LEAVE THE MALL. THEY THEN START OVER TO THE SPACE MUSEUM.

CUT TO: SPACE MUSEUM

EXT. DR. COOPER'S LAB- AFTERNOON

DR. COOPER SITS IN HIS OFFICE AND TAKES APART THE ENERGY TRACKING DEVICE. HE THEN RECORDS THE LAST ENERGY READINGS THAT THE MACHINE GOT AND THEN COMPARES THEM TO REGULAR ENERGY.

[Dr. Cooper]

(Thinking)

This energy nearly goes over what regular energy is 100 fold. I surprised that whatever it was didn't break the machine. Whatever it was it wasn't earthly. Nothing on earth has even been registered to have that much energy in that small of an amount.

DR. COOPER HEARS IZZY AND THEN OTHERS COMING INTO THE OFFICE AND THEN HIDES THE MACHINE IN HIS CLOSET. HE THEN WALKS OUT INTO THE LAB AND SITS BEHIND HIS DESK. LANCE AND THE OTHERS THEN COME OVER TO WHERE HE IS.

[Lance]

Dr. Cooper, how you doing today?

[Dr. Cooper]

I'm doing fine. What brings you guys in here today?

[Lance]

We want to work on some projects, if you don't mind.

[Dr. Cooper]

Well I don't really have anything for today.

[Samantha]

Is it okay if we have a repeat project? Something simple, we didn't want to leave Angel out.

[Dr. Cooper]

Okay. Let me see what I got.

DR. COOPER GOES INTO HIS OFFICE AND THEN BRINGS OUT SOME PARTS TO MAKE SMALL RC ROVERS.

[Lance]

RC rovers?

[Dr. Cooper]
