Engagement Eve.

"Yah Jungkook-ah you are the first one who is going to get married from our group. I wonder how can a playboy changed overnight?" Taehyung scoffed on which the others laughed.

"Hyung is also in love so when we should expect the wedding bells??" Jungkook diverted the topic to avoid himself being the target in the group.

"Very soon Jungkook-ah" Taehyung's cheeks flustered as he said on which everybody cheered up for him making him more awkward and shy.

"Aish...i also want to fall in love now" Jimin complained and pouted silently feeling envious for his best friend and Jungkook, one of which is in love while the other is in courtship.

"Sure hyung... Go for it" Jungkook encouraged his hyung by showing a thumbs up, as expected from the supportive maknae.

"Well i don't think so i will be able to see my marriage..." Jin said in playful tone by rubbing his temple with his hand and showed a bitter expression.

"It's because hyung doesn't finds anyone beautiful than him" Jungkook mocked on which the others nodded in response.

"Yah.. you chickens i am beautiful and handsome did you forget that i was trending on twitter and internet just by the way i got down from the car...!" Jin proudly raised his collar and let out a half smirk.

"Aish hyung is really something...!" Taehyung rolled his eyes.

"This is nothing boys. Few days ago we were watching the beauty contest at my home in which the girl from ______ country won the Ms. Universe title so instead of admiring her beauty Jin hyung said- She was lucky enough to win this pageant just because men cannot participate or else i would have won that" Namjoon imitated Jin on which everyone burst into laughter except Jimin, who was staring at Namjoon with his dark orbs.

"Jiminie why aren't​ you laughing??" Taehyung asked as he controlled his laugh and wiped the tears which rolled down from his eyes.

"Ignore him Taehyung he did not understood the joke. As i say he is jamless..." Namjoon mocked him.

"Taehyung i was thinking that what was Jin hyung doing at Namjoon hyung's house" Jimin squinted his eyes as he switched his eyes from Namjoon towards Jin.

"I was hungry so Jin--"

"Hungry....huh??" Jimin and Taehyung said in unison followed by laughter.

"Aish...  these youngsters now a days have no respect for their elders.... Namjoon called me because he was hungry as his maid was out of town so i visited him or else he would have burnt the kitchen" Jin clarified and flicked their foreheads.

"But why hyungs were watching beauty contest??" Jungkook questioned on which Taehyung and Jimin fixed their eyes on their older hyungs.

"J..Jin hyung wanted to see that so we were watching but i wanted to watch Show me the money"

"Namjoon stob it...i said...S-T-O-B it..!! The remote was in your control.. so don't lie... guys he also watched the women's tennis championship after that." Jin scolded Namjoon. "He is so pervert" he made a disgusting face at him.

"Aniya.... I wasn't-"

"Seriously hyung??" Jungkook asked. His voice was hoarse as if he wasn't going to spare this hyung today.

"Arraseo..fine..!!" finally Namjoon surrendered on which the maknae line celebrated.

"Jin hyung is old now. He should date someone and get settle" Jungkook said showing his concern for his oldest hyung.

"Jungkook what's with you?? Do you know how old i am??" Jin asked.

"Tsk tsk.. very old hyung.. very old...!!" Jungkook added on which the others laughed while Jungkook ended up getting smacked on his shoulder by Jin.

"There will be a time Jungkook when you will be of my age"

"Do you know how old you will be when i will be of your age??" The maknae roasted the hyung in line and the other burst into laughter.

"Aish... seriously?? You hate your hyung so much??" He said in low shaky voice showing his pain as he wiped his fake tears.

"No hyung actually we all love you but you should think about your life too. You should try to look around. You should try to admire and praise other people" Taehyung adviced the older.

"I saw a beautiful person today in the morning. I was mesmerised by the charms...Ahh.." Jin said and closed his eyes as if he is trying to portray that person infront of his eyes. The young ones were looking at their hyung, their eyes widen and they were not able to believe that their hyung is praising someone other than himself.

"Jin hyung then what happened after that??" Taehyung asked out of curiosity, his eyes were on the older while the others were looking at Jin.

Jin opened his eyes to see his dongsaengs gazing at him with their puppy eyes.

"Well then i moved away from the mirror." Jin smiled proudly.

*Sigh

"Guys i am going to get the drink from the drinks counter is anybody interested??" Namjoon said ignoring Jin on which everybody nodded and followed him leaving Jin alone yelling at them.

"Yah....where are you going?? Aish.. these kids nowadays are so rude to their elders" Jin clenched his teeth as he saw the younger ones heading towards the counter leaving him behind.

He was alone so he casually look around to target someone and he spotted Eun Ae in the crowd. He eventually recognised her as he was the one who searched for her background and current situation for Jungkook. He smirked and started walking towards her. Jin was not only a man with handsome face and unique personality but he was also confident and a first-to-say-hello-to-stranger type person.

Eun Ae's P.O.V.

'Aish this dress is so tight' i thought as i pulled the dress which was tight at the waist showing little extra curve than usual. This was given by Rhea unnie. The stilettos was so uncomfortable that it was just few minutes and my legs were already paining. I felt that i will fall anytime so i was glued at one place without moving.

Flashback

"Eun Ae have you finished your shopping??" Rhea unnie suddenly entered my cabin scaring me like hell. I was shook by her sudden appearance. Sometimes i doubt that she teleports.

'Aish... this unnie...she is so unpredictable and doped 24/7' i thought and nodded 'no' in response.

"Yah seriously day after tomorrow you are having your engagement and you are still not ready" she pouted.

"Actually... I..I will do the s..shopping tomorrow" i stuttered.

"Eun Ae you aren't serious about this. I will be complaining about you to Jungkook. You don't know this engagement is so important for us. We cannot take this casually" she cooed and dragged me towards the door.

Seriously Rhea unnie is so cheerful and bright person just like my oppa. She took so much interest in my shopping as what dress i will be wearing, the shoes, accessories everything. It took almost more than 3 hours just for my shopping.

After so much struggle i finally found a perfect outfit. It is a maroon colour gown with lace sleeves and V line neck. It wasn't that deep because i really find the backless​ dresses uncomfortable.

Flashback ended

I just casually look around with an intention to spot the man with whom i will be celebrating my fake engagement but instead saw a man walking towards me.

'Whoa such a handsome man' i thought. His wide shoulders caught my attention. My eyes were almost drooling over his presences.

"Hello" he smiled as he stopped at a safe distance from me. He was hella tall but thanks to the heels which made me feel that i am not tiny infront of him anymore.

"Oh hello" i bowed as i thought he is older than me.

"Eun Ae-ssi myself Kim SeokJin"

My eyes widened thinking about how he knows my name but after very next moment i remembered he was the one Jungkook and Rhea unnie was talking about that day in the cabin.

"Oh.. i kindof know you. You are Jungkook-ssi friend right??" I grinned.

"So you know me? Guess then things will be smoother now. Jungkook is my friend so you are also my friend then" his logic was some what confusing but i accepted his proposal as he was 'Jungkook's friend'.

"Did i startled you due to my beauty?" He asked. A smirked was plastered on his face. I was speechless rather i was out of words. How should i answer this man whom i just met few minutes ago.

"Jin hyung seriously?? Now you are even bothering her with your pick up lines??" A voice interrupted and we look around to see Jungkook standing with his arms crossed. He was wearing a navy suit, a classic one. With a glittering collar and a white satin shirt beneath. His brown bangs teasing his forehead. For a moment i forgot that i was surrounded by people and this is a fake marriage as my eyes were locked on him. His choice of clothing is no joke. Maybe he has a special designer for himself.

I shrugged my thoughts as he was walking towards us. His eyes switched from me towards Jin.

"Jungkook-ah i was just being comfortable" Jin clarified.

"I know hyung" he smiled as he patted his hyung's wide shoulder. He looked at me. His eyes trailed from head to toe and finally it fixed on me.

"Tsk Tsk...Eun Ae were you born with that speck?? And this dress...why this is so long?? You should have just wrapped a blanket instead" he scoffed and laughed clapping his hands.

I felt so insulted. I just stood there glaring at him. I wanted to answer him saying that i am not a type of girl to show off the skin for wooing men but i clenched my fist into ball instead, just because his friend was there with us. I rolled my eyes in anger.

"Yah Jungkook-ah you should compliment her" Jin corrected him by pulling his ears and he squealed. I chuckled at the sight and Jin winked at me.

I never thought that the playboy like him can have such a decent friend. I found Jin amazing but also weird.

"Hyung that hurts... Ahh..." He rubbed his ears which turned red.

"Where is our gang?? Let's introduced her to them" Jin suggested.

'What their are few more?' i thought.

"Hyung they are still at the counter" Jungkook answered and Jin nodded.

End of P.O.V.

"Thank you for joining us on this wonderful night. I really appreciate your presences. Meet my to be daughter in law Jung Eun Ae" Mr. Jeon put his hand on her shoulder like a side embrace on which everybody applauded. He then called Jungkook and embraced him in a side hug too. Everybody was happy and smiling. The sounds of clapping filled the Jeon's lawn. Jungkook was faking a smile showing how happy and satisfied he is. Eun Ae on the other hand was looking at people with a strong guilt. She knew that there will be a day when she will be hated, cursed and it will be the same people who will be doing that. She looked at Mr. Jeon who was smiling and looking at his son.

'Sorry Mr. Jeon. I have no intention of hurting you and toying with your feelings' she thought and let out a weak smile as Mr. Jeon looked at her. In the crowd she spotted a man whose smile is even brighter than the sun. He was clapping like a happy seal for his little sister. She apologized in her mind to him.

Jungkook held Eun Ae's hand and slid the diamond ring. His hands were cold as he touched her. It was because he didn't​ had any feelings so touching her wasn't a big deal for him. She flinched at his touch, little awkward and shy. She was stealing glances from the crowd which were shouting and teasing them. Finally they parted and everybody raised the toast showing their approval and Mr. Jeon declared the start of the party.

Jungkook walked away leaving her alone. Rhea eventually came up to accompany her.

Eun's P.O.V.

'Aish this man how can he just walk away leaving me alone here??' i thought. I wanted to stomp my feet and vent out my anger and awkwardness but this heels weren't allowing me.

Rhea unnie took me with her towards her friends and family members. She introduced me to them. All i did was bowing and showing a plastic smile. I was so done with this. I hate faking but still i managed to do this. My back was almost on the verge of breaking while i felt like i should remove my heels and walk bare foot. Few minutes passed by and i was getting bored. I am not really a party person while this high class party is a complete show off. The people wearing all the bling-bling stuffs, few people who aren't really interested as they are just here because of free drinks and food, the braggers, the girls trying their hard luck to seduce some rich brats, people who just want to criticise, this really annoys me.

I took a brief look around to spot Jungkook but i was not able to find him. Many thoughts struck my mind.

'Is he..?' my eyes widen with a thought which brought chills down my spine.

"Rhea unnie have you seen Jungkook-ssi??" I asked out of hesitation.

"I don't know Eun Ae. I think i saw him going inside the mansion" she answered hurriedly and started talking with her friends again.

I decided to check on him. I walked inside the mansion and towards his room. My legs were heavy and mind full of confusion.

"Jungkook-ssi don't please don't. This is risky..." I mumbled as i stood infront of his bedroom door which was locked.

I thought of knocking but i wasn't sure that whether i should disturb his privacy or not. Lowkey placed my ears on the door.

'Seriously i am going insane and it is due to this man' i thought.

I heard the moaning and groaning voices and i huffed.

"Aish...this fuckboy... He is even doing it in his own house that too when his family is outside celebrating his engagement." I mumbled.

'What should i do?? I should not leave him alone or else they will be suspicious about this. I can't even stand here outside like a pervert' i thought. I was caught in an awkward situation.

"Eun Ae why this happens to you?" i mumbled and look down.

After few minutes of fighting with myself i decided to join the others outside atleast i can engage them meanwhile.

I walked towards the stairs and saw Rhea. She smiled as our eyes met. 'She must be looking for me' i thought.

'Oh no...!! Shits... Jungkook-ssi is...' my breathe hitched and i felt that my heart beats stopped for a second.

"Eun Ae, Appa is looking for you and kookie. Where is kookie??"

"Actually unnie...."

But i stopped as i noticed that Rhea looked at a distance behind me as if she was looking at someone who was standing behind me. Her eyes went wide as if she has seen something unexpected.

'Did Jungkook-ssi came out with that girl?' i thought and turned around praying and thinking about the consequences.

I turned around and saw Jungkook standing there with messy hairs (bed hairs), the navy coat in his hand while his white satin shirt half tugged out and was little wrinkled as if someone have grabbed it tightly leaving the wrinkles. He was alone standing there in confusion and was looking at me and his noona. I darted a fierce look at him and turned my head towards Rhea whose eyes were still fixed on him.

'What she must be thinking?' i thought.

She smiled at the sight looking away and i sighed as she finally responded. Atleast we are safe i thought.

'Oh shit... She must be thinking that...i and Jungk...'

"Kookie-ah control your hormones. We are having party at our house and the guest are waiting for you" she teased us with her awkward smile and stare. I cringed but remained quiet. I saw Jungkook who was ruffling his hairs with a smile on his face playing along pretty well like a player.

"Eun Ae help this boy to settle his clothes and come outside as appa is waiting for you and yes don't be late" she smiled in an evil way and winked at me.

"Unnie i will come with you" i said and followed her leaving him behind but before walking out i glared at him.

He came after few minutes. He was well groomed and settled. Nobody would ever know that this man just came after a 'hot make-out session'. I ignored him as it was due to him that we were almost dead. The contract would have ceased even before it started. We bidded farewell to the people one by one as they walked out. I was exhausted and tired all i wanted to do was change into my comfy pajamas and throw myself on the bed.

After everybody left we bidded farewell to the Jeons and made our way towards our house.

'This ring doesn't make any sense. I don't even know when this will stop and i will return to my own world where i can leave without pretending and hiding the truth' i thought as i gaze at the so called 'engagement ring'
