"Rillleeeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeyeeyey" I woke to a really annoying noise and opened my eyes with a frown. I almost kicked out and screamed when I turned my head to see Alex's literally millimetres from mine with a scary psycho smile.

"Um, what?" I asked and he beamed even wider.

"They said we're nearly there!! Like just under an hour" he said and I sighed.

"Oh wow yeah, nearly there, totally" I grumbled and looked over to see a few people glaring at Alex as he was disturbing their sleep.

"What time is it there?" he asked with a pondering look and I looked down at my phone.

"3:30 in the morning" I said and he pouted.

"Damn, it'll be too dark to see anything" he grumbled and I smirked.

"We're not going through London, just around it I guess" I said and he folded his arms.

"Fun." he sulked and I chuckled.

"What are you doing?" I asked when he wouldn't stop intensely staring at my face.

"Checking out your face" he stated and I scoffed.

"Erm, why?" I asked, perplexed, but he kept a serious expression.

"'Cause I've already checked out the plane seats and the isle and the roof and everyone else" he explained like that made it make sense and I rubbed the bridge of my nose.

"Did you bring your tablets Alex?" I asked after a few moments, as I was reminded of it by this situation, and he blinked at me.

"A few." he said with wide eyes, giving away that by 'a few' he meant 'not enough'.

"Great." I sighed and he shrugged.

He then slumped in his seat after a few minutes, looking seriously bored.

"Did you have any friends while in America? Wait, where have you lived in america?" he asked and I smiled.

"Texas, New York, California and now Washington state" I said and smiled at how he seemed like he was listening and taking it in seriously.

"In that order?" he asked and I shook my head.

"-Okay, what about the friends question?" he chirped before i could speak and I made a face.

"I never really got on with many people, although I did have someone I was close to in Texas..." 'close' as in my boyfriend that I cheated on and ended up making him hate me, but whatever.

"Oh...did you fight with any of the people you knew? Like your mother's boyfriend's children for example?" he asked and it made me think of a certain boyfriend's son, I gulped.

"Uh, yeah..." I said quietly but he didn't seem to notice my discomfort.

"Ohhhh, like bullying or did you start it sometimes?" he asked and I bit my lip.

"I never started anything, I was always the one trying to avoid any interaction." I said and he frowned.

"Sounds like an asshole" he stated with narrowed eyes and I smirked.

"Yeah, he was." I replied while staring out the window but he didn't let up on the questions and leaned against me.

"Would you kill him if it was legal?" he asked unseriously and I clenched my fist.

"Definitely." I said seriously making him widen his eyes.

"Woah..." he commented as he sat back in his seat and I looked at him.

"What? Sorry" I said like I'd just broken out of a daydream but he didn't take my queue to lighten the tension.

He stayed sitting there with a frown and I stared at him.

"Was it the illegal type of bullying?" he asked seriously and I sighed.

"Yes..." I said with a bitter smirk and started fidgeting uncomfortably when he still didn't change the subject.

"Did you get them arrested?" he asked and I shook my head.

"Why not?"

"Because I didn't tell anyone it was happening, so there wasn't really any evidence..." I explained and he frowned deeper.

"That's hardly an excuse."

"Yeah well i didn't want to talk about it with anyone"

"So you just left?"

"Yes, the day my mother broke up with his father was one of the most relieving days of my life."

"Didn't you tell your mother?"

"It not something you could easily bring up."

"How hard is it to say hey mom this guy is an asshole he keeps hurting me" he commented and I scoffed.

"The stuff i'd have to tell her is a bit harder to talk about then that" I said defensively and he looked at me with a pale expression.

"What do you mean? You..."

"-You know what I would prefer even talking about anime i don't know right now to be honest, besides you're being too loud you are disturbing people" I cut him off and glared out of the window ignoring him. He sat in the same position silently for a few moments before sitting back and carrying on his slight fidgeting.

"What are you going to be doing there? Will i get in your way?" he asked unsurely and I sighed.

"I don't know, my father wants me to attend a court hearing in which i am sure my mother or maybe a representative of her would have to be there so that'll be fun and if I'm not killed i guess i'll just hang around the manor." I explained leaving out some major details.

"I see....can we explore London?" he asked with puppy dog eyes and a small smile crept onto my features.

"Sure"

"Alex seriously if you try wondering off one more time I'm buying a large dog harness and tying you to it" I warned after I almost lost him in the large airport crowd.

This airport was much larger and busier than the one we left was so i was ten times more stressed. Alex was like a child so I could easily see him getting himself lost, and our phones wouldn't be reliable until we bought a UK sim card for them. Of course i already had one for my phone that I bought in the airport but Alex was too busy looking at stupid things to do something responsible like that.

By the time we finally got to the front of the airport it was nearly 5 AM, but it was still pitch black, whether that was normal or because of the heavy rain clouds from the English weather i was unsure.

"Whoah, so busy!!!" he exclaimed and I rolled my eyes at him.

I called the number i was given for a taxi and glared at Alex's back when i looked up to see it escaping through the crowd again.

"Alex!" I snapped and pulled him back by the back of his hood.

"Come on, don't get lost" I said with a huff before grabbing his hand and dragging him towards the exit.

The cold and drizzly air hit us as we stepped out of the large doors and Alex squeezed my hand.

"Fudgicles, it's chilly" he commented and I raised a brow at him.

"It's England."

He made a face as I answered the phone and i watched him looking around at everything like an excited puppy.

I dragged him closer to me when he almost stepped back in the way of an old lady and he mumbled an apology before getting in someones way again two seconds later.

"We need to get one of the buses to the outside of the airport grounds" I told him once i'd finished and he frowned.

"How do we do that? I don't do well on buses" he commented and I smiled reassuringly.

"The bus comes every few minutes, don't worry it'll be fine" I explained and he gave me a wonky smile.

I let his hand go when the bus neared but he grabbed onto it before i could step forwards.

"Alex don't unbalance me" I warned but apart from that I just accepted his clingyness and ignored the odd looks we were getting.

I sat slightly to the back and let him sit by the window. He watched everything going on outside like he was looking at important landmarks, thankfully that did mean he didn't get too fidgety while sitting on a very quiet bus ride filled with very tired people.

Including me. I sighed and rubbed my face, desperately wanting to be in any bed right now snuggled up in the warmth.

I wonder if my old room is even still there...
