The night was crisp and cool, the relaxing breeze pushed past my face, making me shut my heavy eyes. If I focused hard enough, I could almost imagine myself not standing over four dead bodies.

I kicked the head of one man lying beneath me as I hopped off the crate. The blood-stained alleyway brought a small sense of comfort to me, and a sly grin formed on my lips.

"We have to get going soon," Lee said as he rounded the corner into the alley, hands tucked in his black pants and his dark hoodie up covering his raven hair that slightly fell onto his face.

"Please, I doubt any cops are coming yet," I huffed. I turned, waving my hand in a swift movement, almost like presenting something drunkenly.

"I was quiet" my eyes widened psychopathically as a smile formed. My brother rolled his eyes, and he gave me a stern look. I sighed, my once playful mood passing but not dismissed completely.

As we left out the alleyway, a tall guy walked in our direction. His face was covered in the shadow of his hood. I and Lee gave each other a calm look. We walked past the guy and almost left fully off the street before a loud "oh my god!" Came from behind us.

We both turned to him, Lee with an annoyed groan and me with a grin, knowing what was coming next. The man's headshot to us, before realization flooded him. You could see the sheer terror in his body's reaction, his arm twitching nervously, his feet pointing opposite as if ready to run but his knees tight as if we locked him in place. A chuckle left me as he began to hall ass down the road, Lee following quickly after. I placed my hair in a strong ponytail as a grin spread across my face like I was in a cartoon.

"Here kitty," I hummed more to myself with a head tilt, before I took off after them. The boy was fast, but Lee was gaining on him. I stopped, watching the boy run, and figured he was heading down Rockwood Ave. With a smirk, I dashed through a couple of shortcuts and smashed into the boy, sending us flying to the ground. I gracefully landed something like a cat. That image made my cocky self smile as I raised and stalked over to the boy.

He shot up quickly, gaining his balance. The darkness made it hard to see him fully, but the single street light that worked helped. He fumbled backward as I inched closer.

"I don't want any trouble,'' he said, hand out like I was a rabid dog.

"Why not? You got somewhere more important to be?" My voice was icy, but my eyes held a tease in them that confused the boy. He shook his head slightly before speaking again.

"I don't want to hurt a girl so please- "he shot back onto the ground hard as I pulled my leg back to me, his breathing staggered as he tried to regain it to its normal pattern.

"It'll be smarter if you tried" I strode towards him, and he slid back before getting up. I swung my fist at him, which he dodged and grabbed my wrist.

"Listen, I don't hit girls, we can talk this-ah" I flipped him over, landing hard on his back, and another chuckle left me.

"Come on princess, show me some entertainment worth keeping you alive for? I'm begging" I crouched down by his head, his eyes clenched in pain. I pulled a knife out and placed it on his throat. Something clicked behind his eyes and he realized he was truly in a life or death situation. I didn't react in time and he shoved my wrist up slightly, cut his chin, and slid from under me. His grip was tight on my wrist. As he stood, it twisted, and I flinched slightly before kicking his knee, freeing myself.

"It was you and that guy? You killed- oh my god" he moved as far from me as possible, looking at me like I was a monster.

"define killed?" I asked with a sly smile and head tilt. He gagged, and I gave a 'really' look.

"You're sick" he moved back more until he hit a wall as I stalked closer. I pushed up in his face, my eyes trailing his details.

"yeah, I am," I beamed, looking away from his lips to his eyes. Mine hardened as I jabbed the knife at his head, but he moved quickly enough, pushing me off and onto the ground.

"Stop! What's wrong with you- "he ran out of the alley but was thrown down as he rounded the corner. Lee gave him a deadly glare, the type of look that'll make you wince like you were getting a beating.

"Please, I won't tell anyone" before my brother could pull out his gun, sirens screamed in the distance. I was on my feet now, heading to him, when Lee gave me a look. Killing this boy now would be stupid and sloppy. Instead, he pulled him back into the shadows and shoved him hard against the brick wall, making his head bounce off it like a ball.

"Tell anyone about what you saw and we'll not only kill you, we'll skin the people you love alive and make you watch. Understood?!" The tone he was using made it clear there was no room for misunderstandings or hints of doubt about his promise. The boy shook his head and was dropped. The blue and red lights became closer.

"Let's go" Lee ran off. I was right behind him before I stopped and turned back to the boy. His gaze was on the ground. He soon felt my stare and looked up.

"You have a pleasant face, be more careful you wouldn't want that pretty little thing getting blown off," a grin formed on me as a disgusted look appeared on his. "Bye, kitty," I purred with a taunting wave before disappearing into the dark.
