Aprils pov

We are about to start catching up when two warriors interrupt us.

"The Alpha seeks your presence" One of them says to me.

"Alright. Dylan would you mind taking me to the Alpha?"

"Ofcourse not!" He replies eagerly.

"Actually, The Alpha requested her presence alone." The warrior who was silent says.

It hurts to let go of Dyls hand but I have no other choice.

I am led through the streets of what seems to be a small town. Heads turn as we pass by people. They're probably feeling threatened by me because I probably look like a criminal with one guard infront of me and the other behind me. Now all thats missing are the silver chains.....

I instantly remember my old pack and I shiver at the memories running through my mind.

We enter a small forest and for a moment I think they are going to kill me and dump my body in a stream thats not too far away, I cant see it but I can hear the water flowing.

However, They take a turn and lead me to a beautiful cottage.

By the smell of things, the Alpha has summoned his pack elders because of the different scents I can smell.

I enter the cottage and the warriors close the door behind them.

It's dark in here but I use my night vision to see.

There are five chairs on my right and the same number on my left side. There are 3 throne like chairs in the middle of the room but a little closer to the wall.

Every sit is occupied except for the one next to the Beta, I guess that's where the Beta female is supposed to be.

I then turn my gaze to the Alphas sit and I gasp at what I see...

I don't mean to be sexist or anything but that is so rare.

My thoughts are cut off when she says :

" I Esmeralda Parker, Alpha of the moonstone pack call this meeting to a start on the issue of this trespasser. May the moon Goddess guide us and help us make the correct choices. " Her voice is so powerful yet so beautiful.

The energy in the room has changed and the scent of power is thick in the air. I guess that's the moon Goddess telling us that she has heard us.

" What are your full names? " The Alpha asks.

Damn! What name should I use? How about I just use both?

" April Robinson Sinclair " I state.

" What were you doing in our lands? " asks Jason.

I had already told him why.. Why is he asking again? Uggghhh!

" I was attacked and I didn't know I had trespassed. Although now that I'm here I need your help. " I go straight to the point.

" What sort of help and in exchange for what? " One elder asks.

" I need information about my parents and after I get it, I promise I will leave and never come back! " I say while looking at my mate directly in the eyes.

" I OBJECT! YOU ARE NOT GOING ANYWHERE! " Jasons wolf says. I know its his wolf because of the eye colour change and his now deep voice.

" Why Beta? " The Alpha asks.

" Because she is my mate and your Beta female. "
