Aprils pov

Silence.

I'm honestly too shocked to speak and when I take a quick look at Jason I can tell that he's mirroring my expression.

Important huh? I guess she is or was important to him then.

I take a step towards the door only to be pulled back by Jason's hand.

The tingles begin again but only this time it feels like fire erupting through my whole being.

"You can't resist the mate bond for long April. The faster you accept Jason, the better for all of us." Snow says.

He gives me a look that reads "please stay" and all I can do is nod because the look of vulnerability displayed on his face and eyes breaks my heart , I don't know why but I never want to see that look cross his features again.

"Amelia, what are you doing here?" He asks.

"I came to see you of course. Since this THING arrived here you seem to have lost all interest in me." The THING she's referring to is obviously me.

Oh No, she didn't!

Some one hold my ear rings because I'm about to beat this bitch up (removing imaginary ear rings ).

"Ap-" Jason starts but I cut him off.

"Listen Bitch, I have no freaking idea who you are, neither do I care honestly but you have no freaking right to come in here and insult me." I say fuming.

"You should care about who I am because sooner or later Jason will come running to me and leave your weak pathetic ass behind." She says smirking.

I stop listening after she calls me weak, all I see is red. She turns dramatically and heads for the door but I grab her hair and push her to the wall. I press her face hard against the mirror with one hand while the other holds her hands behind her.

"What did you just call me?" I say.

Silence.

How ironic!

I dig my fingers deep into her hands till I can smell blood.

"What did you just call me ?" I repeat.

"Jason please help me. I won't mess with her again just please tell her to let go of me." She cries helplessly..

How pathetic! Isn't it amazing when you feel the fear of your victim? Even better when they beg helplessly for mercy? And the best? The best is surely the part where they scream their lungs out while trying to run away.

My claws dig deeper, She screams in pain and the room is now heavy with the scent of fear,pain and blood.

"April. Look at me." The most intoxicating smell invades my nostrils and I forget about my hunger for blood.

"April,Please look at me. She's not worth it." He says and I let her go, she runs as fast she can without looking back.

I turn around to see Jason looking at me.

Oh. My. Goddess.

I almost killed... Again!

He puts his arms around me and I sigh in contentment.

He brought me back from the edge of the abyss and he's not angry with me for almost taking a life. He's here, he's with me and right here, right now that's all that matters.
