I took a taxi and went to my mother in law's house.

- Actually he is having tumor in his stomach and We have to go outstation for surgery and treatment.

- Tomorrow. We are going to stay there for a month. I told Taehyung that we are going on a businesses trip. Please don't tell him, he is sensitive about his dad and please take care of him.

After mom told me these I thought I should postponed the idea of divorce. Cause Taehyung's dad is not fine and he would become more sad if he heard that we got divorced.

A maid came with two glasses of juice and some snacks. Mom told me to take some of it. I munched on the cookies.

- Have you adapted yourself with his behaviour?
- Huh!? Oh. Yess mom.

I said and smiled.

- I know he is a little mean sometimes but don't take it to your heart.
He does because he cares for you. He really loves you.

I nodded in response.

- After many years I saw him happy. He was happy that he was married to you.

- Yes. At the age of 15 he lost his mother. After that, his dad bought him a pet so that he can get distracted by the thought of his mom. Taehyung loved his dog so much but he died after one month. At the age of 19 he met his first love Daisy. They both loved each other a lot. But as they say that first love never works, it also didn't work.

- Daisy died in an car accident.

I gasped. Taehyung must be so hurt.

- After that he never cherished anyone. He never made friends. He never smiled at anyone and became cold. He thought that if he loves anyone they will also die.
And now I don't know what will happen with his dad.

She said and started getting teary. I hugged her and tried to calm her down. Even though she was Taehyung's step mother and his dad's second wife she really cared for them. She pulled out and wiped her tears. I gave her a glass of water. She took a sip of it.

- y/n he was happy that he was married to you. Many girls wanted him. He wanted someone who would care for him, love him, be with him and he chose you. Maybe he is mean sometimes but Understand him.
- Yes mom I will.

I said and assured her. We talked for sometime.

- Mom can I come to drop you to the airport?
- You can come but Taehyung should not know anything about it.
- Don't worry mom.
- Let's eat lunch together. What would you like to eat?
- Whatever you like.

I ate lunch with her and returned home.
