꧁Chapter 1: One Night Stand꧂

.・゜-: ✧ :-A woman sips through her drink as she waits for her friend to start moving again who was still in a state of shock...

"You're freaking what?!", yelled her 'friend'. The woman sweatdrops and scratches her nape. "Kinda?..."

"How could you be so stupid?! Does the thing called condom still exists when you both did it?! And who even was that guy?!", her friend pulls their hair in frustration. "I honestly don't know...", the woman sighs as she knew her friend would flip the moment she tells her the news.

"You think your kid will accept her if you keep it?"

"I hope so..."

"So? What do you wanna do with the kid?"

The woman stayed silent.

"I.... I wanna keep her", she says while holding her belly as her friend sighed and smiled softly. "Your choice to give her life. But so you know. I'll always be here... Kikyo"

"Thank you"

And that was 8 years ago. She had a one night stand with a man she didn't know just because she was h*rny. But she may or may not regret learning about it later.

"Miss Y/n. I have called you here to ask you about what you did. I heard you punched Sarah in the face earlier. Is that true?", my fingers twitched wanting to punch the living hell of that brat once again who had been pestering me for wanting to copy my homework.

I refused of course who in the right mind would say yes to something like that? Only the weak does. I already told her to shut up about it, but it seems she wanted it the hard way.

"Pardon? Punch? Mr. Principal what are you talking about? I was with my brother earlier since I forgot to take my bento from him...", I put on my innocent-confused face like I usually do with everyone.

"Is that true?"

"Oh, yes that is true. I did saw her with Daisuke-kun this afternoon with a bento in hand", a teacher spoke. I ran to my brother after punching her. The teacher came on time and I too made sure we were in a location where many students hovered and they could be witnesess for all I care.

I wanna laugh so bad at Sarah's face seeing at how her face morphed from confident to shock and anger.

"WHAT ARE YOU TALKING ABOUT?! YOU LITERALLY PUNCHED ME IN THE FACE AND IT STILL HURT YOU-"

I grin as I watch how my plan to provoke her worked. I let her grab me by the collar and let her yell at me. I'll just deal with her later. "Kyaa!! What are you talking about?! Lying is bad! I can't just lie to the principal!", I screamed with slight tears in my eyes.

"I'M GONNA KILL YOU. YOU LYING BITCH!", the teachers try to pry her off me as I took a glance at the shaking principal. Fufu~ probably from anger.

"W-what do you expect me to say? I already let it slide about how you pinched me for not giving you my homework earlier", I sniffed and faked a gasp. "Oh! I'm so sorry I didn't mean to say that! Don't listen to me! Um... I-"

"Enough!"

We all flinched. The principal slammed his hands on his table with slight anger on his face. Then his face softened when he turned to me.

"You and your brother may leave early for today. I'll deal with this. I'll send an apology letter to your mom later", I nodded and bowed. Before leaving I glanced at Sarah and stuck out my tongue at her who in return was fuming mad and began shouting insults at me.

Walking in the hallways towards my classroom I hum happily winning today's battle. I almost got suspended for my mistakes I knew I should've scared her more.

I don't really make enemies while at school. It's a hassle dealing with brats like Sarah so it can't be helped.

My brother's currently taking his test so he couldn't accompany me to the office since their subsitute teacher was quite strict and thought he would cheat and get answers outside, so he didn't let him out of the classroom until he finished his test.

I packed my bags getting ready to leave. I smile and thanked everyone who believed me with a smile on my face though inside laughing my insides out.

You need to use your brains to survive in this world.

After coming out of the classroom I hop towards my brother's classroom and knocked. My neck hurt from looking up seeing how tall and strict-looking their teacher was.

"Hello Mister! Mr. Principal told us we can leave early. So I'm here to pick up Onii-chan!", I beam. My brother's whole class awed at the sight and some groaned and even complained about how he gets to leave class early.

'Heh. You better thank me for this Nii-san'

"I see.. Who is her brother? Pack your stuff and get out"

I sweatdropped at how he just dissmissed him like that as if he didn't care what happens to him.

"Great job! I see you won", I grin. "Of course who am I to lose to a wimp like that? Come on. Let's get ice cream!"

Timeskip

We walk with mom on the street humming a happy tone. "I heard you punched Sarah and even get to blame her? Fufu~ you really are my daughter", our mom giggled.

"Yep!"

Our walk was quite fun but then we saw a shadow suddenly looming behind our backs. My eyes narrowed and turned around. I stare with curiousity in my eyes at the man in front of us. He was creepy as fuck! He kept grinning, the scars on his face was not making it any better.

"I see you've been living quite well, woman? You've kept him waiting ya'know?", I gulped when his eyes just glowed. The hell?

"You- He left me---Pregnant! I couldn't have survived by myself if it wasn't for my friends! And he expects me to go back?!", my mom squeezed my hand as I pat it.

She looks down on me and smiled patting my head. "Ya got pregnant again? Who fucked that brat inside you? Seeing that you're alone looks like he left", he sneered.

My hands twitched. 'How dare he?...'

Shadow loomed over my eyes. If Daisuke was here he could've kicked this man in the nuts.

"Mommy I'm hungry can we go now?", I pout. Mom exhaled a sigh. "Of course honey. Let's go", she held my hand again and walked away. But before we got far he spoke.

"You can't run away forever woman"

I felt my mom walking faster so I did too. "Mom who was he?", I ask in a tone void of emotion. She stopped on her tracks when we got far. "No one honey. Nothing to worry about", she kissed my head.

"Okay"
