Hana sat quietly waiting for the man on her sofa to start talking again. He had sipped from the mug and placed it back at the table, but wasย  now just staring down at his hands. When she cleared her throat, he lifted his eyes to look at her, before reaching into his back pocket for his wallet, pulling out the picture of the young girl like he did at the diner.

He dropped the picture on the table between them, looking at it with sad eyes as he replaced his wallet.

"That is my girlfriend," He said, "We were childhood sweethearts. I loved her ever since I can remember, and I finally asked her to be my girlfriend when I was about fourteen. When we were sixteen, ten years ago, the fair came to town. I remembered it a little from when I was about six, my parents took me,"

He took a deep breath, "I saw the flyer and it said that it had unicorns. She loved Unicorns," He smiled fondly, "Always did. I was going to take her anyway, but that made me really excited to see her face when she saw them,"

Jimin's face was different when he spoke about his girlfriend. He seemed calmer, but also sad. Hana could see the love clearly on his face. However, he quickly went back to how he was before when he began to speak again.

"Right from the start, she wanted to go to the middle of the fair for some reason. The owner was there. He looked exactly as he does now, not a single change in him. He said that she was special, because she was being drawn to that place for a reason. He took us there and her face lit up so much when she saw the carousel. He let us skip the queue to ride it, and I remember how she laughed and smiled as we went round and round and round," He grit his teeth, his voice making him sound a little more insane again, "When we got off she kept looking back at it. She wanted to go back, said that the unicorns were so beautiful that she had to see them again,"

He took a deep breath, "The next morning I went to pick her up and her parents were shocked. They thought she was staying with me for the night," He looked up, directly into Hana's eyes, making her hold back a shiver, "I had dropped her home after our date. I gave her a kiss and waited until her door was closed before I left. She wasn't with me, but I knew exactly where she had gone,"

"Back to the fair?" Hana swallowed nervously, the strong, longing feeling hauntingly familiar to her.

Jimin nodded, "I raced there but it was gone. Nothing but an old flyer left on the ground with the fair's name written across the top,"

He reached into his jacket and pulled out the very same flyer that Tam and Taehyung had seen, putting it on the table next to the photo of his girlfriend, "Do you know what Semper-Nox means?" He asked, tapping the name, "Semper-Nox Fair. Do you know what it means?"

Tam shook her head.

"It's Latin," Jimin said, "It means Forever Night. That is what my life has been for the past ten years without her. She didn't run away to join the fair. She wasn't murdered like everybody thinks she was. She was taken by Jungkook and that God-forsaken Carousel," He looked at her with the clearest eyes she had ever seen on him. There was no doubt, no madness or anger or even despair. It was the eyes of someone who believed that what they were saying was the complete and utter truth.

"And this time, he wants you,"

There was silence between them, and Jimin used the opportunity to drain the mug of the last of his coffee.

"You think I'm crazy," Jimin said with a sigh, "Everyone does. They even locked me up at Insanis house for a year. If everyone thinks you're insane, nobody believes you when you say you aren't,"

"Wait," Hana stopped him, "A year? Yoongi said it was five years,"

Jimin shrugged, "Everyone thinks that. I was there for a year. The other four years, I was trying to track down this fucking fair. I was always too late. Every time they visit a town, a girl goes missing when they leave. Every, single, time. That can't be a coincidence, Hana,"

Hana stared down at the image of the girl in the photograph. Her face was becoming more and more familiar to her, and it was frustrating her. She couldn't quite place her.

Suddenly it all came back to her. She remembered sitting and eating dinner with her parents with the news on the television next to the table. Her mother hated having a tv on when they were eating, but agreed to watch the news. She remembered how boring it was; they were always talking about a missing woman that had run away to join the circus; although it wasn't a circus. Her young mind had warped her memory. It wasn't a grown woman with sparkly makeup who wanted to be an acrobat.

It was a young blonde girl who lived a block away and she had joined the fair.

"What was her name?" She asked softly, pointing at the picture, "I remember her being on the news,"

"Bee," Jimin sighed, "Her name is Bee. I used to call her Beau. It means beautiful, in French,"

Suddenly, Hana realised why her eyes seemed so familiar. She looked up at Jimin with horror clear on her face as her heart began to pound uncomfortably hard in her chest.

"She's the white unicorn with the golden hair,"
