Hana watched in horror as the women on the carousel began to shudder and groan as their limbs stiffened and they transformed back into the unicorns that they had been before.

Jimin let out an almost inaudible whimper and tore his eyes away from the one at the front with the silver eyes. His hands were clenched into fists and it looked like he was struggling to control himself.

"We've been in here for two hours," Hana whispered, "Hoseok hasn't come back for us yet. Should we leave?"

"No," Jimin said through a clenched jaw, "We need information from him,"

"We need to free those girls," Taehyung replied, "And Hoseok wouldn't just leave us here,"

"You've known him for a few days," Hana snapped at him, "You don't know him that well. I'm scared that Jungkook is going to find us-"

"Sorry I took so long," The flap at the back of the booth opened, revealing Hoseok. Taehyung shot Hana a half smug, half relieved look, before turning his attention back to him, "I had to wait for everyone to leave. Let's go, my friend is waiting for us outside,"

Jimin looked back sadly at the carousel, before pushing Hana in front of him as they followed Hoseok out of the booth and through the fair. They reached the entrance quickly, as there was nobody around, and once they were out through the gates, Hoseok led them across the road to where there was a man stood in the shadows.

"You're out," He said, stepping towards them, into the light. He seemed to be just as young as Hoseok, and he looked just as tired, "Where can we go to talk?"

"My place," Hana said, "It's the closest,"

The man nodded, "And that way we can keep an eye on you. Lead the way,"

It didn't take long to get to her apartment, and once everyone was safely inside, she made a coffee for each person, and they sat in her living room, trying to get their heads around what had happened.

After a moment of silence, the fair worker that Hoseok had got involved spoke up.

"My name is Seokjin - Jin," He looked at Hana, "We've been given the job to get you to the carousel no matter what," He sighed, "I don't know if I can disobey him for long, so we need to come up with a plan,"

"First," Taehyung said suddenly, "Tell us what the fuck that was!"

"And tell me how to free Bee!" Jimin cried, "And all those other girls!"

Hoseok nodded, holding his hands out, "I know you're scared," He said, "And we'll explain the best we can, but I don't know how to save the girls. A lot of people have tried, and all of them have died trying,"

Jin nodded in agreement, "He always finds out, and he lets them think they have a chance. Then, when they think they've succeeded, he kills them,"

Taehyung and Hana glanced at each other, but Jimin shook his head, "I won't fail," He said, "Now tell us what you know,"

***

Hana was exhausted. They had stayed up all night discussing the carousel and had learned almost nothing that could help them. They knew that every night at midnight, the unicorns turned to girls for two hours. They knew that each person who worked at the fair was under a demon's contract and could not leave. They knew that nobody else had managed to free someone from the carousel and they knew that Jungkook always got what he wanted.

And he wanted her for the carousel.

"We have to get back," Hoseok said quietly, getting to his feet. Jin joined him with a sigh.

"I'm sorry we weren't much help," He said, "But you need to try and figure something out while we are at work. I won't be able to keep you away for much longer,"

"Come back here when you get off tonight," Jimin muttered, running his fingers through his hair as he lifted his head to look at them, "We can discuss a few more things, then,"

Jin and Hoseok both nodded, before saying goodbye and quickly leaving Hana's home.

"What do we do?" She sighed, groaning as she got to her feet to get some more coffee, "I don't want to be a wooden unicorn for the rest of my life,"

"I won't let that happen," Taehyung promised, "I won't, I swear it,"

Jimin looked up at Tam, a strange look in his eyes, "I think," He said quietly, "That we don't have much choice. We all know that Hana is going to give in to the carousel and we can't stop her. I think we need to let her go,"
