"Taehyung-ah, Captain is looking for you. He's at the field."

Namjoon said. Tae was a bit curious about why would Captain doughnut call him. Tae got up the seat and slowly went to the feild, it's 5 in the afternoon, and it's almost sunset.

"Why? You miss me?" Tae jokingly said as soon as he arrived at the feild, seeing Jungkook casually riding the horse.

"No." Tae glared at him. "You can't take jokes don't you?" He rolled his eyes and crossed his arms.

Jungkook hopped down the horse.

"I'm here to teach you horseback riding. Not for jokes." Keeping his poker face on, he went to the other horse and showed Tae.

"Just me?" Tae asked, pointing to himself. He heard Jungkook sigh.

"All of them know how to run a horse. I'm really surprised that you don't."

Tae stepped on the foot hook, he held onto the harness and he successfully mounted the horse.

But he immediately crouched down when he realized how high it is. He suddenly remember what happened awhile ago.

"Oh my god, oh my god!" He cried, eyes tightly shut.

Jungkook rode the other horse and watched Tae with a disappointing look. "Sit up straight, nothing will happen if you'll be scared."

Tae shook his head. "We're not the same! You don't know how much I hate heights." He said, voice tone almost crying.

Jungkook sighed.

It's seriously making him crazy. How can a future soldier be fragile like this?

He waited for a few moments so Tae can adjust but all he saw were cries. "Pls, let's not do this." He cried.

Jungkook clicked his tongue. "The horse can feel if you're afraid. It wont hurt you."

Tae thought for a bit. Maybe nothing will happen if he try again right?

He slowly tried to straighten up on his seat, his grasp were still tight on the harness.

But he realized that he's finally sitting straight.

He opened his eyes and saw Jungkook smiling. He gasped.

"Oh god, did you just smile?" He asked and Jungkook's smile immediately faded away.

Tae laughed to himself. Why would he not want anyone to see him smiling? "I'll pretend I didn't see that."

Jungkook coughed and fixed his voice.

"Just gently hit the horse with the rope attached on its harness if you want it to run. Just keep on hitting it if you want it to run faster. If you want to go left or right, just put the pressure on your body onto which side you wanted to go. To stop it, just lean backwards and it'll halt."

Tae nodded while listening to his words. He hit the horse with the rope and it started walking.

Tae flinched at the sudden movement, the horse is going on circles and he eventually got used to it.

"Ooo, this is nice." He said while slowly trying to control the horse.

Jungkook let Tae adjust first. After some minutes, he decided to speak.

"Should we go for a stroll?" He asked and Tae immediately nodded with a big smile on his face. He's so proud of himself because he can finally run a horse.

The went out of the camp, out to the city that they're in. The sun is already setting down, and it's really visible since there are just trees and there's no huge buildings yet.

Tae smiled to himself. He never knew its this relaxing to take a stroll without seeing any smoke coming out from the factories.

The rivers are clean, the streets are full of plants and people who we're sharing foods, talking and children playing.

Its just too endearing to see this scenery, because in the future all of these are gone.

The horse suddenly groaned and lifted himself up. A pebble hit its eye because of the children that we're playing with the stones.

"AAA!" Tae almost fell off but good thing he's holding onto the harness.

The horse suddenly ran faster — well faster than Tae could take.

He was crouching back down again while screaming. Tears we're falling down his cheeks because of fear.

He can't halt it. The amount of speed was too much for him to handle.

On the other hand, Captain was following him with the same amount of speed. The people were looking at them and went on the side to give them a way.

The horse isn't stopping yet, Jungkook doesn't know where it's going but he's really dead if something bad happens to the General's son.

They we're already in a forest, and all he can hear was his heart beat and Tae's cries. He heard something else coming but his eyes we're all focused on Taehyung.

Another horse drifted on the front to stop Tae's. At the horse's surprise, it lifted its body up and groaned.

But this time, Tae didn't get a hold. He slid down the horse and he thought he was gonna die.

Jungkook quickly hopped out of the horse to catch him but the other person was quicker than him.

"It's okay it's okay, you're safe now." Bogum said while encircling Tae in his arms and caressing his back to calm him down. He was crying so hard.

"I'm never riding a horse *sniff* anymore." Tae said in between his cries. He was shaking for real. I mean, who wouldn't be scared when that happens.

On the other side, Jungkook had no choice but to just stand there and watch Bogum calm him down.

He slowly approached them and Bogum immediately saluted, even though he's sitting on the ground because of Tae.

"I'm sorry sir but I followed the both of you when I what's happening." Bogum explained and Jungkook slowly nodded.

"Thank you." Bogum guided Tae to stand up, there are tear trails on his face, and he's having a hard time to stand up because his legs we're shaking.

Their eyes met, but Taehyung quickly looked away. He's still bawling. "If it's okay, I'll take him back to the camp now." Bogum asked.

Jungkook had no choice but to nod since it looks like Tae wouldn't want him to be the one to take him back to the camp. He probably pushed him off too much.

Bogum bowed and rode his hoarse with Tae in front of him. He made sure he's comfortable enough before he run the horse.

Jungkook sighed.

Did he push him that hard? I mean, he's a future soldier, he needs to be used to this.

But for him, Tae felt like somebody else. Not just a person, or a soldier. But he can't tell what.

He rode the horse and went back to the camp with his head full of thoughts.
