●WARREN POV●

She said yes . I was nervous that she might have thought that this was moving fast . But she and I have always been meant to be . We always thought on the same wavelength and now, now I was marrying my other half . I finally got my girl and the way she was reacting to when I was professing my heart, I couldn't help but feel even more emotional.

As soon as we walked into the house, I had sent the address to both our families and told them to leave their homes in exactly 10 minutes . That would give us about half an hour before they got here . I wanted all of this to be a surprise to Aria and I'd say I've succeeded so far .

"I can't believe this is our home, can I?" She points to the bathroom .

"It's yours , my love . Explore all you want," i grin at her .

I gotten the text from Delilah that everyone have gathered in the livingroom . So when Aria was done looking at our future children's room, I told her that we can come back this weekend to plan on how we would furnish our home.

"Wait," I told her before she went to the front door, "I forgot something , come with me."

"What did you forge--" she starts to ask.

SURPRISE!!!

Our families say as we walked into the livingroom  . If she was surprised when I proposed, this definitely pushed her over . She was completely speechless and in tears. Both Delilah and Sonja wrapped her up in a large hug, followed by her cousins. The women all congratulating her and giving her kisses.

The men hugged me and patted my back . I looked over to see Alex looking a bit lost but snapping back at attention and putting on a bright smile for me, "congratulations, bro" he said while he hugged me. Her parents walked over to where I was and welcomed me warmly as my parents and sisters gathered around Aria.

We all celebrated the night knowing our two families were going to become one . One that both our parents had only dreamed would happen . I looked over at my future wife and my whole heart felt full , knowing that I helped put that bright smile on her face . And it will be my life's mission to continue putting that smile on her face.

Our mothers were tightly knitted at the elbow giggling like little school children , this news seems to have reversed their aging as they looked lively and with so much happiness , "I know you guys just got engaged,  but were you thinking of a long engagement or a shorter one?" My mother asked me .

Aria had squeezed my side with her delicate hand, "We hadn't discussed it but I can assure you that we don't want to wait a year," she said . We looked at each other knowing that if we could we would leave tonight to elope. But we wanted our families present for it .

"How soon were you hoping," her mother inquired.

"It took 20 years for our reunion and honestly we have dreams to fill these rooms . Would a month be cutting it too close?" She said answering them but looking at me.

I turned my body to her and placed my hands on either side of her face , "I'd marry you tomorrow if you so desire."

"NONSENSE!" Both our mothers say .

"One month, we could do it. We can plan a wedding in one month. Right Ceci?" My mother asked Aria's.

"Yes, we got this Kel," she said back to my mother .

"Don't over do it. Keep the wedding list at an intimate number ," Aria warned. Although they could have a large party the way they did with Delilah, she wanted things more personal .

"300 guests small enough?" Her mother says without blinking.

"Go smaller," she said , still smiling but you can hear a hint of annoyance.

"200?" Well at least she shed the list by 100 people.

"Go smaller . I want only the people that matter , like truly matter to us. Do you think you can stay under 100?" Aria tried to compromise.

"No wonder your daughter is marrying my son . They are alike , aren't they?"

They walked away from us as we were circled by our siblings. To say that the air was filled with excitement is an understatement. They asked us similar questions to that of our mothers .

"Lilah, I want it to be small," she connects her gaze to her sister.

"The way you always described?" She asked.

"Yes."

"Say no more . I'll talk to mom , we'll make it happen baby girl . I promise it'll be exactly how you always dreamed it would be, " she tells Aria with confidence.

"Thank you," she says.

"We have to go dress shopping this weekend," Delilah remembers , "we don't have a lot of time."

"Okay, let's do it."

"And , I already know , no bridal party," Delilah winks at Aria in full understanding.

"No bridal party?" My sisters ask.

Sonja comes into the conversation, "When Aria says she wants intimate , she means it . The ceremony of exchanging vows are sacred to her and believes that it is an intimate moment for just her and her husband. She won't change her mind . I know , I've tried."

She turns to my sisters who's mouths are agape , "it's true , I just feel weird sharing the 'stage' of my ceremony with other people when I'm the one who's getting married . It's meant for me and my husband."

I nod, that makes all the sense , "I agree with that sentiment."

"But that doesn't meant this isn't a family affair . That's why we still need your support of love and encouragement. Your all still important people in our lives both separately and as a couple," Aria assures them .

Florence spoke up first , "I mean , it's not like the old days of medieval times when newlyweds required an audience to watch them consummate their wedding night . I get it," leave it to one of my sisters to say something strange like that.

"Right," Trip agrees but not really .

●ARIA POV●

Everything feels surreal to me . When the evening began I never thought in my wildest dreams that it would end with a promise of forever on my finger . Then to have everyone we love be there made everything real. If we could , I'd get married tonight .

Once we were done with the congratulations and we all began to leave the house, I held onto Warren's hand told him that, "I want to go to the courthouse tomorrow."

A look of surprised overcame him , "tomorrow?"

I smiled , "If this is happening in a month , we need to get our license . That way we don't need to go back there and wait for , who knows how long," I explained.

I remember the process being a bit daunting with Delilah was finding out all this information. At least this way we can have one less thing to worry about . He walked me to the car and opened the door.

"Okay, we can go first thing," he says to me .

"Delilah will have everything else covered. She knows exactly how I've always envisioned this day. Our mothers might put up a fight but my sister can be convincing . Honestly, she would've made a great asset to any advertising company . She can convince anyone of anything," I gushed.

"Good to know," he says with a matching smile.

"Love, thank you," I say to him as I gaze adoringly at the man who would become my husband. He takes my hand and pulls it up to his lips and kisses it.

"Aria, I wake up everyday thankful for you," he says as he gives my hand a tight squeeze . We pull out of our driveway and begin to go back towards the direction of our apartment.

"You know, our union is going to be big in the business world, right?" I ask him .

"I know, that's why I have your company handling the PR," he says with a smirk, "I already talked to your partners and they were more than happy about us."

"So you're the reason why they let me off early today?" I give him a toothy grin.

"Yeah, and I also knew that once I went all in that this was going to be an inevitable subject . So after we leave the courthouse tomorrow we can see if they'll be able to see us," he says.

"Of course they will . And we'll need all the help we can get."

We sat in the car in happy silence. I recounted how my day started and all the surprises that followed after . The look on our family's faces and how proud our parents were . I felt the tears welling up and Warren could hear me sniffling, "Are you okay?"

I tried to blink back the tears, "more than okay. We're really doing this," I said.

"We're really doing this , my love," he kissed the back of my hand again.

In one month's time I'm going to be Aria Cassidy Wells . And I wish it would come so much sooner.

■■■
Epilogue will conclude this story. I'm so sad to see this end BUT we haven't seen the last of the Wells brothers. Alex's story is just beginning.

Also, the third story in this series hasn't been written but the direction it will be going is already planned. I'm actually extremely excited about it!
