I hadn't answered him as I made my way out, off of his porch, but his words replayed in my mind

"I hope we will meet again y/n"

aish this guy.

I knew in this area where the bus stop was, so I quickly walked in that direction. The bus didn't go here frequently though because firstly it was a bit away from the city center and secondly because all rich people have either their own drivers or enough money for a taxi.

Unfortunately for me, I had to wait a considerable amount of time for the bus, and I arrived therefore pretty late at home. I quickly ate my dinner and then rushed from my apartment to the bar.

'Sorry I am late Yoongi' I immediately apologized as I rushed in.

Yoongi softly smiled at me

'y/n, you are the boss, and as I have mentioned time after time you don't have to apologize, alright?'

I looked at him gratefully.

     'Thank you.'

'So you had to deliver a car again?'

Yoongi inquired as he was taking his personal belongings as for now his shift was over. Probably assuming it already because I was only ever running late when I had to drop off cars.

'yes, it was in the richest area again.'

'oh, what was the person like? Was it the arrogant or the pitiful type?' he asked with an interest.

I often told him about the people I met when delivering the cars, I just had to complain to someone about it. Plus Yoongi was actually one of my oldest friends as in that I had known the longest.

I saw Taehyung again in my mind, I couldn't really classify him as either of them.

'I am not sure, he was a bit atypical.'

'Was it a nice car at least? Like which sports car was it this time?'

       'Actually, It was an SUV.'

Yoongi frowned 'that does sound atypical indeed.'

We talked a little bit more until Yoongi left and I worked till closing time which was at 00:00.

Days passed until it was finally the weekend, not that it mattered that much. I still worked every day, except for Sunday, either in the bar in the evening from Tuesday till Saturday or at the car dealer on weekdays.

It was Friday night and that was always the busiest night.

It was a "normal evening" with regards to how crowded it was. It was mainly the regular crowd; the ones that already came here in the time my parents ran the place.

Though due to it being Friday evening there were also a bit more the "party seeking" groups of people, which was fine, they would always spend a lot of money. My bar was more of a place to have pre-drinks at before hitting the clubs. The location was good for that, it wasn't always but in recent years many clubs opened in this area.

Around an hour of 22:00, a group of young men entered; they were looking different from the regular crowd. Their clothes were more delicate and their shoes were probably more expensive than the rent of this pub. They kept entering one by one, in total five, the fifth guy was one I recognized.

Taehyung

What are the odds right? Especially considering the bar was so far from his residential area. Plus I think I have never seen him before in the bar, I would surely remember his face.

He hadn't seen me yet as he followed his friends to the biggest table in my petite bar.

'This place is cosy' one of them said but in a positive tone, meant as praise.

'The music is pretty good' Taehyung indicated, which was basically a compliment to me, as it was my self-made playlist.

'The staff is hot' one mentioned and all their heads turned my way. The fact he didn't even try to say it in a low voice showed me these guys always did whatever they wanted.

I smiled passive-aggressively.

Taehyung's eyes widened as he recognized me

'What do you guys want to drink?' Taehyung quickly asked his friends as he already got up from his chair.

When they placed the order, which seemed to be a shared bottle of wine, Taehyung moved my way.

'y/n, is that you?' he asked as I was facing him, now with only the bar in between us.

'ah you remembered my name, impressive.'

He smirked

'I never forget the name of a pretty face'

      'oh I feel flattered Daehyung'

He looked at me stunned and I laughed

         'just joking Taehyung'

His face softened

'What are you doing so far away from your neighborhood?' I asked

'I made a promotion and my friends decided to organize a pub crawl here in the party area to celebrate.'

'Wait... are really you working here?' he asked confused

'uh yes, what else would I be doing behind the bar?'

'Why?' he fired questions at me as if we were acquainted, when we hardly were.

'Because I need to make money to live?' I fired back at him.

'But you work at the auto dealer?' He sounded genuinely puzzled and also interested.

I rolled my eyes, in a way he didn't know about the extra costs I had to cover but still, there are many people in the world that work two jobs to get around, especially those in the hospitality industry.

'Taehyung just get us the damn drinks already, instead of flirting with the bartender' one of his friends shouted before I had to chance to answer his question.

'oh yes what can I get you?' I quickly asked.

'Your most expensive bottle of wine and five glasses.'

y/n handed me the bottle and the glasses

      'Here you go'

I thanked her and went back to the group, it actually took me two rounds to get everything to the table but eventually I sat down again.

'You really are the youngest one here' Wooshik said as he hit the back of my head lightly. Referring to what they saw as a flirt attempt with the bartender.

      'It's just.....'

Seojoon started to fill the glasses with the wine.

'It's just...?' he inquired as I didn't finish my sentence.

'Remember I told you about the girl who delivered my car?'

'oh, the one that asked Ara if she was experiencing temporary insanity?' Wooshik laughed

'The one that you can't get out of your head?' The others added in a teasing way. I quickly looked at y/n but she was busy with another customer so she probably didn't hear that.

'Yeah... it's her' I indicated while glancing back.
