(Y/n) listened intently to Ray's humming, a sweet melody escaping his curled lips as he gently stroked her (h/c) locks.

"Hey (Y/n)?" Ray started, the lullaby coming to a halt.

"Yeah?"

"Promise me something."

(Y/n) turned her upper body around to face Ray's dark green eyes, his stoic expression not willing to leave his face.

"Sure, what is it?"

"If mama ever asks you to become a mama, can... Can you back down?" (Y/n)'s bubbly face morphed into a more confused look.

"But—"

"I...I know you've always dreamed of becoming a mama, but... But can you just do that... For me?"

Why doesn't Ray want me to become a mama?

(Y/n) jerks her body upwards, heavy breaths escaped her agape lips as beads of sweat rolls down her face.

"(Y/n)!" A voice yells.

(Y/n) glances at the caller, realizing it was Thoma.

Still exhausted, she rubs her eyes and shifts her sheets away, stepping on the floorboard with her bare feet.

"Hey little rascal, where's your buddy?" She yawns.

Thoma plays dumb and shrugs his shoulders, obviously plotting something.

A chuckle left the 10-year old's mouth, "He's behind me, isn't he?"

"AW!" A whine exclaims.

(Y/n) glances behind her to see the blonde 7-year old, a pout on his face.

She bombards with laughter, "You guys— You guys are so gullible!"

The ninja-like girl then immediately grabs the two best friends with her arms, carrying both of them on each of her shoulders.

"Hey! No fair!" Lannion cries, pounding his balled-up fists on her back.

"Oh shut up, I taught you that! Now come on, we'll be late for breakfast." (Y/n) mischievously grins before trotting out of the bedroom, Lannion and Thoma still on her shoulders.

She walks down the stairs, careful not to trip and fall.

"Good morning (Y/n)." Norman greets with a smile, laughing heartily at the sight of her and the duo.

"Is breakfast ready yet?" (Y/n) asks, now walking side-by-side with the albino-like boy.

"I think so." He replies.

"(Y/n)! Please put us down!" Thoma pleads, kicking his legs violently to escape her grasp.

"Nu-uh, never gonna happen." She teases, Norman laughs lightly at (Y/n)'s stubbornness.

(Y/n) and Norman reaches the final step.

(Y/n) immediately drops the kids on the floor, not really caring about their well-being.

"O-Ow..." Thoma groans.

"Good luck with tomorrow, you rascals." She laughs before walking off to the kitchen, lazily placing her hands behind her head.

"So... Did Ray do anything last night?" Norman whispers, one of your eyebrows raise as you glance at the white-haired boy, "Let's say..."

"He tried."
