she nodded her head like a small kid and turned around to cut the piece of the cake but suddenly a drop a red crimson colour fall on the back of her hand. Seeing it her heart beat started to get fast as she lift her head up and a gasp let sana's mouth when she saw
y/n nose which was bleeding. Y/n clutched onto the table cloth for the support but end up losing her balance making the cake to fall down from the table but jungkook immediately wraps his hands around her waist protecting her from falling down.

Y/n heads falls backwards still in his arms, her eyes brimering with tears and soon they started to leave her eyes.

"I lov-e you jungk-ook"
and that's when she lose her consciousness making every single person present there to get worried about her. Immediately lifting her up in his arms jungkook Stromed towards his car.

Sitting in the backseat of his car with y/n fragile unconscious body in his arms he orders his driver to drive towards the hospital as soon as possible.

"FASTER!!"
He roared angrily making the driver to drive the car more faster and looked towards y/n who was unconscious her face a little bleedy because of her nose bleed. Lifting his hand up he wipes her nose and face with his hand and they finally reach the hospital by breaking all the traffic rules.

Without waiting for the driver to open the door he himself kicked the car open and Stromed inside the hospital with y/n. Every person present there were looking at jungkook because everyone knows who he is and what he can do. Every person let there head to hang low as they didn't have guts to lift their head up infront of the mafia king.

"Lie her down Mr. Jeon"
Dr. Choi cooed seeing jungkook carrying y/n unconscious body in his arms..

Laying y/n down of the strecher jungkook kept holding her hand and they made their way to the room.

Immediately attaching an IV syringes and asking jungkook what happened Dr. Choi started to do his work.

All the time jungkook was standing there by her side clutching onto her hand. Not drifting his eyes away from her figure for even a single second.

"Mr. Jeon we have done all the tests and the report will come soon,...... but you can you please give me her medical files, so that I can study about her illness a little more"
Dr. Choi asked about her medical files as now he is confirmed that something is wrong with y/n and something is going on with her. He was suspecting something but he is not confirmed that's why he is waiting for the report as he don't want to talk about something which is not confim yet.

"What illness are you talking about Dr. Choi?"
Jungkook asked coldness laying in his voice.

"I am not confirmed about the illness she is having, I will tell you about her illness when her tests reports will come"

"Hm, I will look for her medical reports then"
with a nod jungkook made his way towards the room where y/n is kept, as per Dr. Choi y/n need to stay in the hospital for some more tests and observations.

Entering inside the room the first thing jungkook saw was y/n, she was laying on the bed like a dead person.
Oxygen mask on her face, syringes attached to her hands.
Jungkook was feeling very sad seeing her like this, he didn't expected this to happen on her birthday she was not even able to celebrate her birthday.
Her smiling face appears infront of his making him to clench his hand tightly. Slowly walking towards y/n he lift her hand up noticing how many syringes are attached to her fragile thin arm.

Kissing her knuckles softly, he kisses her head and her nose bridge. She was breathing very slowly and calmly with the help of oxygen mask.

Entering inside her building jungkook made his way towards y/n appartment as he remembered her appartment, when he followed her one day. Unlocking the door jungkook enter inside only to see a small shabby room with a small coffee table, one small sofa, and a broken bed. The walls were dirty, the floor was dirty.

How can a person live here, in this type of place. Any person can get ill if they will live here in this dirty place. My angel she was living here in this dirty place"
with all these thoughts jungkook started to search for her medical reports.

He started to go through her shabby almirah, drawers, and table. And finally after 15 minutes he found it. As jungkook turned around to leave the place he suddenly saw something, and he again turned around to look at it. Walking close to her bed he saw a white bunny, and j.jk was written on it. It was his bunny but what it is doing here. And suddenly something strikes his mind. Everything started to come back as a flashback infront of his eyes and he started to join the dots.

"She is my angel, she is the only one. Her name, her stutters, she is my angel I was right. Her eyes they use to seems familiar"
with that jungkook Stromed out from her appartment. Her medical reports and her bunny clutched in his hands.

FLASHBACK

"Uncle john can we-- "
jungkook words were cut off by the sudden call on uncle john phone which shows Mr. Jeon name on top of it .

"Yes sir we will be right there"
with that uncle John the cut the call off and turn to look towards the kids who were already looking at him with curiosity in their eyes.

Smiling a little uncle John said.
"Young master we need to leave, your father know about you leaving the house in the night and he is really angry"

"Ohh-"
suddenly a screeching of a tire is heard and a black car come in view which belong to Jeons.

"The car is here young master let's go"
uncle John cooed in his manly voice.

"Bye angel"
jungkook waves his hand infront of her with a bunny smile on his face and a smile made its way towards y/n face seeing his bunny teeths.

"Bye ko-okie opp-a"
she also cooed in her soft voice waving her small hands.

"Wait"
with that jungkook run towards the car to find his favourite bunny soft toy, which he always carry around.

"This is for you take this"
he run back towards y/n with the bunny toy in his hands and moves it forward towards y/n.

"Rea-lly, this i-s so cut-e tha-nk you" she chirped happily seeing the soft bunny.

"Welcome angel, bye"
and with that jungkook suddenly kisses her on her lips, it was just a peck but it surprised her because no one has kissed her like this except her mother. It was just an innocent peck. And he ran off towards the car, smiling and waving his hands.

"Bye"
y/n cooed still little shocked also waving her hands.

Stroming out from her appartment jungkook immediately made his way towards the hospital which obviously belongs to him.

Entering inside the hospital with his dark aura jungkook made his way towards Dr. Choi cabin to talk to him regarding y/n and her illness.

"Here are her medical files" jungkook enters inside Dr. Choi cabin without knocking scaring the hell out of him. And passes him the file that he brought from y/n appartment. He have so many mans and gaurds but he himself went to search for y/n medical files as he always want everything to be perfect and done on time when it comes to his baby his y/n. He don't trust anyone except his family members and jimin when it comes to y/n that's why he himself went yo search for her files.

"Oh thank you Mr. Jeon this will really help, if you want you can wait in her room, I will call you when the reports will come"
Dr. Choi suggested at the same time going through her files as her reports are not ready till yet.

Without saying anything jungkook made his way towards her room. Entering inside he again met with her lifeless body. He clenches his jaw as it is really painful for him to see her like this. Wrapped in wires, oxygen mask, syringes, IV s attached to her thin fragile arm. Eyes closed breathing with the help of oxygen mask. Never in his life he thought that he will see her like this on a hospital bed.

He always wanted to see her happy, smiling and living peacefully. Yesterday they both spend a beautiful night with each other in other arms and now she is here lying on the hospital bed without moving like a dead person.

Walking near her bed, I sat down beside her on the chair, gripping her hand in mine, carefully not to hurt her because of her syringes and iv.

Angel it's Beautiful right?
Jungkook chirped softly in his husky voice, walking hand in hand with y/n near mountain.

"Hm it's rea-lly beau-tiful jung-kook, I love-d it. Thank yo-u very muc-h for bringin-g me here"
she thanked him by pressing her lips on his cheeks giving him a beautiful soft peck whilst smiling like an innocent kid.

Suddenly y/n started to run seeing Beautiful butterfly flying, she started to chase it whilst giggling. And a beautiful smile came across his face seeing her all happy and giggling. But his smile suddenly disappears when he saw her running towards the dangerous area of that hill.

"Angel stop don't run, that dangerous over there"
jungkook screamed running towards y/n to stop her from running.

"Angel!!" 
As she listened to his scream she immediately turned around to look towards him with a frown but the thing she didn't notice was that she was standing on the edge on the hill, a single step and she will fall down. And as she turned around her foot slips and she fall down.

"JUNGKOOK!!"
She screamed in fear, not in fear of dying but in the fear of losing him, in fear of leaving him all alone on his own. She screamed clutching onto his hand as jungkook was fast enough to grab on of her hand, and started to pull her up.

But it felt like at that time luck was not at their side, suddenly a bang was heard more like a gunshot, indeed an gunshot. And a bullet passes Through his shoulder, Pearcing his skin, blood started to flow from his shoulder going down to his hand and a drop fall on y/n face, her eyes burn with new tears, and started to fall from her eyes.

And a groan left his mouth when he didn't left her hand and again tried to pull her up but suddenly he heard a voice, turning his face he saw Lee hyuk standing there with a gun in his hands, smirking in victory. And he started to walk towards them.

It seems to be like a k-drama scene in Dr. Strange but it was not a drama it was happening in real.

"Angel give me your another hand!!"
Jungkook despirately swings his hands to reach for her another hand.

"WHAT ARE YOU DOING!!"
He shouted tears falling from his eyes as well, as he saw her smiling through pain as she moves her head as a no.

"I lov-e you jungk-ook, ple-ase live a beautif-ul life for me, and mar-ry some-one who is more beau-tiful then m-e"
she wishpers softly, smiling Beautifully but the tears didn't stop falling down.

"WHAT ARE YOU SAYING, STOP DON'T DO THIS Y/N!!, I WILL NOT BE ABLE TO LIVE WITHOUT YOU!!" Jungkook shouted as he saw her removing her hand from his grip, but he tightens his grip on her hand, but she kept on pulling her hand making it almost impossible for him to pull her up.

"I lov-e you, farewe-ll lov-e"
and finally she was able to release her hand from his grip, and with her teary ears and a smiling on her lips she utters these beautiful words, and she slips away from his grip falling down of the hill.

"Y/N!!!"
his painful screams echoes in the area as tears were falling from his face.

She is not anymore, you let her die jungkook, you didn't protect her like the way you promised her. She is not here anymore, she is not with you then what's the importance of this life. She loves you, but she is not here.

"Oh my jungkook, you let her die" lee hyuk said dramatically playing with his gun with which he shoots jungkook.

Jungkook was sitting on the ground with his bleeding shoulder, closing his eyes like he was feeling her around him for the last time. Her smiling face, her eyes, her lips, her talks, her flowing hair, her cute pouts, her sleepy face, her cute stutters, her biting her lips, her crying face, everything was coming infront of his at that moment.

Suddenly opening his tears eyes jungkook saw him standing there with a dirty smirk on his face, immediately standing on his legs whilst picking a stone he throws it in Lee hyuk direction which collided with his face, making his nose to bleed.

As Lee hyuk was about to fire the gun in jungkook's direction, jungkook was fast enough to pull the gun towards him and now the gun was in his hands and he didn't waited for a second to shoot him. And a bullet passes straight through Lee hyuk skul and his body soon met with the ground but jungkook keeps on shooting him.

And with the last bullet jungkook falls down on the ground on his knees.
Crying his eyes out.

"Y/N!!!!"
He shouts painfully, with his bleeding shoulder. This is how painful a seperation is. For him there is not more reason to live, the one and only person whom he love is no more here with him.

"You promised you will never leave me alone in this world, but you did YOU ARE A LIAR!!! I HATE YOU!!!! I HATE YOU!!!!! , I-I HA.....TE Y--"
  he cryies out painfully chocking on his sobs as he looks upwards towards the sky, which seems to be crying like him as it started to rain. Water droplets started to fall on him mixing with his tears. He didn't dare to move from there as he just lie down on the ground feeling the rain and feeling her presence.

For him even the air there smells like her, like she there with him.

"I love you angel!"
And he closes his eyes feeling her for the last time. Tears leaving from the corner of his eyes. And again face appears infront of his closed eyes making him to smile painfully with tears in his eyes.
